Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin on intraabdominal fat and microalbuminuria (MAU) in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods Forty-four MS patients were divided into the atorvastatin group and the control group. Blood pressure and blood glucose were controlled in both groups, in addition, atorvastatin was administered to the patients in the atorvastatin group. Blood pressure, blood glucose, body weight, abdominal wall fat, intraabdominal fat and MAU were compared before and after 12 weeks’ treatment. Results Obvious decrease of the intraabdominal fat and MAU was found in the atorvastatin group compared with those before the treatment Intraabdominal fat: non-ACE1/ARB (41.76?3.61) mm vs (33.23?2.47) mm, P

The development of information technology in the medical industry is accelerating the construction of 3-level rehabilitation networks centering on community-based rehabilitation, which is based on the Internet and in combination with the Internet of things(IOT). A municipal rehabilitation hospital cooperated with the health centers of sub-district communities in the city to build a remote rehabilitation network based on IOT technology, for rehabilitation training of community stroke patients. The two sides worked out a cooperation scheme on project management, designed and built a remote community rehabilitation management model. Under the remote monitoring and equipment data IOT, the medical team of the municipal rehabilitation hospital could formulate the therapeutic plan according to the immediately obtained relevant functional evaluation data, and the medical team of the community health service center was responsible for the implementation of the plan. Fifty-three patients in the experimental group received the training of remote lower limb intelligent feedback system based on IOT together with routine rehabilitation training. After 8 weeks of treatment, the functional evaluation data of the two groups were improved in varying degrees( P< 0.05), but the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0.05). Remote rehabilitation under the construction path of remote rehabilitation network based on IOT technology could significantly promote the improvement of post-functional rehabilitation of community stroke patients. This study can provide reference for the construction of three-level remote rehabilitation networks based on IOT and the implementation of home-based remote rehabilitation therapy in the future.

Objective To investigate application effects of project management in boosting the operation standard of intravenous therapy nursing technique. Methods The team of project management was established. After the ward rounding in the whole hospital, ten key points were listed for improvement. The idea of project management was applied in intravenous therapy, and then the second ward rounding in the whole hospital was carried out. Finally, the results of the second ward rounding were analyzed, summarized and compared to the results before the appliance of project management. Results After the appliance of project management, for the nurses, they all increased compared with before the implementation of project management in the awareness rate of core contents, the accuracy of check methods, the coincidence rate of selecting therapy equipment, the rate of reaching the standard of disinfection, the compliance rate of the sanitation of hands, the implement rate of the observation of intravenous therapy, the qualified rate of changing blood transfusion apparatus and additional device, the accuracy of maintaining the central vena catheterization and the qualified rate of the usage of remaining needles, except the incidence rate of adverse events of intravenous therapy ( decreased compared to the rate before the appliance of project management) (P <0. 05). Conclusions The appliance of project management philosophy in the operation standard of intravenous therapy nursing technique improves the quality and safety of intravenous therapy in the whole hospital. Its appliance has vitality in the fields of hospitals and nursing.

Objective:To understand the factors hindering exercise rehabilitation in aged patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and provide a reference for clinical interventions. Methods:Aged CHD patients who underwent PCI in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from January to June 2022 were selected by purposive sampling and underwent semi-structured interviews. Content analysis was employed for data analysis. Results:The factors hindering exercise rehabilitation in aged CHD patients after PCI can be categorized into two major groups: endogenous factors and exogenous factors. Endogenous factors were categorized into four themes: inadequate understanding, adverse disease experiences, weakness and physical dysfunction, and poor self-perception. Exogenous factors were categorized into four themes: lack of cardiac rehabilitation prescriptions and programs, social environmental barriers, insufficient family support, and restricted medical insurance coverage. Conclusions:The factors hindering exercise rehabilitation in aged CHD patients after PCI are diverse and complex. Prior to implementing exercise rehabilitation, healthcare professionals should thoroughly assess individuals' health conditions, rehabilitation needs, and limiting factors, and provide feasible rehabilitation content and formats.

Objective To explore the features of frontotemporal lobes'resting-state functional connectivity(rsFC)in preschool children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD)based on functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS)and to explore the possible neurological markers for early identification of ASD.Methods Sixty-three preschool ASD children and 72 typical development(TD)children were enrolled.Selected bilateral dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC),bilateral premotor cortex(PMC),and bilateral temporal lobe(TL)cortex as the regions of interest(ROI).Changes of Oxyhemoglobin in the 6 ROIs in resting-state were measured by using functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS).Compared the frontotemporal rsFC strength and calculate the laterality index(LI)between two groups. Results Compared with the TD group,rsFC strength was significantly lower in the ASD group(P<0.05),and the differences existed mainly within the left ROIs(0.21±0.11 vs.0.32±0.18),right ROIs(0.16±0.16 vs.0.30±0.14),bilateral DLPFCs(0.20±0.14 vs.0.39±0.17;0.15±0.13 vs.0.36±0.13),bilateral TLs(0.15±0.14 vs.0.28±0.17;0.14±0.15 vs.0.31±0.17),and between the 10 groups of ROIs-ROIs(including right DLPFC-left DLPFC,right DLPFC-right PMC,right DLPFC-left PMC,right DLPFC-right TL,right DLPFC-left TL,left DLPFC-right PMC,left DLPFC-left PMC,left DLPFC-right TL,left DLPFC-left TL,right TL-left TL).There were a significant differences in the rsFC's laterality index of DLPFC and whole-brain between the two groups(t=2.002,P=0.047;t=3.003,P=0.003),and the ASD group showed left-lateralized connectivity. Conclusion Frontotemporal lobe's resting-state functional connectivity is abnormal in preschool children with ASD,characterized by low short-range functional connectivity of bilateral DLPFCs and TLs,low long-range functional connectivity associated with DLPFCs,and left-lateralized connectivity.
