Objective:To explore the correlation between serum NLR and SII levels and postmenopausal osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) and to analyze the short-term prognostic value.Methods:A total of 132 patients with postmenopausal OVCF admitted to our hospital from Dec. 2018 to Dec. 2021 were selected as the study group, and 98 patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis but did not suffer from OVCF were selected as the control group. According to the recurrence of postmenopausal OVCF fractures, the ROC curves of NLR and SII were plotted, and their prognostic value for postmenopausal osteoporosis OVCF was analyzed.Results:NLR level was 2.96±0.41 and STI level was 39.41±23.45 in the control group. The level of NLR was 3.42±0.32 and SII was 431.77±31.14 in the research group ( P<0.05) . Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that lumbar bone density ( OR=0.030, 95%CI: 0.001-0.832, P=0.042) , NLR level ( OR=29.43, 95%CI: 9.840-103.6, P=0.001) and SII level ( OR=1.048, 95%CI: 1.034-1.066, P=0.001) were all risk factors affecting postmenopausal OVCF. NLR (3.77±0.22) and SII (441.32±29.68) in the recurrent fracture group were higher than NLR (3.27±0.22) and SII (426.87±30.57) in the non-recurrent fracture group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05) , multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed lumbar spine bone density ( OR=8.56×10 4, 95% CI: 3.884-2.992×10 10, P=0.045) , NLR level ( OR=1.243×10 -8, 95% CI: 2.911×10 -13-1.072×10 -5, P=0.001) and SII level ( OR=0.938, 95% CI: 0.885-0.976, P=0.008) were all influencing factors affecting the postoperative treatment effect of postmenopausal OVCF, and ROC results showed that both NLR (AUC=0.86, 95% CI: 0.77-0.94, P<0.001) and SII (AUC=0.76, 95% CI: 0.67-0.85, P<0.001) had good prognostic value for postmenopausal OVCF. Conclusion:NLR and SII are risk factors for OVCF in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients, and have good short-term prognostic value.

Objective: To compare the clinical and imaging characteristics of traumatic acute subdural hematoma acute subdural hematoma with rapid resolution and those without rapid resolution. Methods: A retrospective case-control analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 traumatic acute subdural hematoma patients with hematoma thickness≥5 mm admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from January 2011 to May 2018. There were 37 males and 23 females, aged 18-80 years [(47.0±16.9)years]. There were 27 patients in the rapid resolution group and 33 patients in the non-rapid resolution group. Coagulation function [prothrombin time (PT) and international normalized ratio (INR)] on admission, hospital stay, Glasgow outcome scale (GOS), and brain CT results were compared between the two groups. Results: The PT and INR values in the rapid resolution group were (11.9±2.1)s and 1.1±0.2 respectively, while those in the non-rapid resolution group were (10.8±1.0)s and 1.0±0.1 respectively, with significant differences (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in hospital stay and GOS between the two groups (P>0.05). The thickness of subdural hematoma of the two groups in the first CT scanning was (8.2±2.3)mm and (7.3±1.8)mm, respectively, with no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). In the second CT scanning, the hematoma thickness in the rapid resolution group was significantly lower than that in the non-rapid resolution group [(2.7±1.9)mm vs. (6.6±2.1)mm] (P<0.01). The incidence of low density zone between the hematoma and intracranial plate was statistically higher in rapid resolution group than that in non-rapid resolution group (93% vs. 36%) (P<0.01). The incidence of subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) increase was significantly higher in rapid resolution group than that in non-rapid resolution group in the second CT scan (74% vs. 15%) (P<0.01). The conversion rate of acute subdural hematoma to subacute or chronic subdural hematoma was 4% in the rapid resolution group, which was significantly lower than 18% in the non rapid resolution group (P<0.05). Conclusions The abnormal coagulation function and low density zone indicated by CT are two important indicators of rapid resolution in patients with traumatic acute subdural hematoma. The risk of conversion from acute into subacute or chronic subdural hematoma is lower in rapid resolution of traumatic acute subdural hematoma, suggesting that rapid resolution may be one of the prognostic indicators of ASDH patients.

[摘 要] 目的：探讨干扰B7-H4表达对乳腺癌细胞增殖、凋亡、周期以及相关下游分子表达的影响。方法：利用脂质体转染技术分别将特异性靶向B7-H4的siRNA（siB7-H4）及其阴性对照（siNC）转染至对数生长期的乳腺癌T47D和MCF-7细胞，分别命名为T47D-siB7-H4、T47D-siNC、MCF-7-siB7-H4和MCF-7-siNC组。用qPCR法和WB法验证siRNA干扰效果及其对细胞周期分子cyclin D1表达的影响，CCK-8法和FCM分别检测干扰B7-H4表达对T47D和MCF-7细胞增殖、周期和凋亡的影响，qPCR法检测B7-H4干扰对E2F家族相关转录因子表达的影响。结果：成功构建干扰B7-H4表达的乳腺癌T47D和MCF-7细胞。与T47D-siNC和MCF-7-siNC组相比，T47D-siB7-H4和MCF-7-siB7-H4组细胞中B7-H4 mRNA和蛋白表达水平均显著降低、细胞增殖能力显著降低（均P<0.01），并伴有G1/S期细胞周期阻滞以及cyclin D1表达下调（均P<0.01），但细胞凋亡率差异无统计学意义（均P>0.05）。与T47D-siNC相比，干扰B7-H4后T47D细胞中E2F1、E2F2、E2F7和E2F8 mRNA水平有不同程度的降低（均P<0.01）；与MCF-7-siNC相比，干扰B7-H4后MCF-7细胞中E2F1、E2F2、E2F3、E2F7和E2F8 mRNA水平均有不同程度的降低（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论：干扰乳腺癌细胞B7-H4表达可下调cyclin D1和E2F家族相关转录因子的表达，导致细胞周期阻滞并抑制细胞增殖。
