1.Controlling optical complications after corneal refractory surgery and improving visual quality
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2017;35(6):481-485
In recent years, corneal refractive surgery continues to develop with becoming to be one of the most prevalent utilizations of correction of many patients and brings about better visual quality for ametropic patients.Meanwhile, some patients are subjected to optical complications, and poor night vision is one of the most serious problems which are complained by sufferers after refractive surgery, such as glare, halo and reduce of contrast sensitivity, and the affective factors include age, pupil diameter, high order aberation,scattering,pre-estimated diopter, corneal healing, individual sensitivity to surgery, which are supposed to attract the attention of the majority of clinicians and researchers,at the same time.Ophthalmic clinical doctors and researchers only fully understand the mechanism of the above factors and explore the corresponding measures in order to purposefully treat these complications. In addition, ophthalmologists should be aware of the interaction of these factors and their relationship with individual sensitivity and explore the impact of postoperative visual impairment and the way to avoid them in clinical practice inorder to improve the visual quality by controlling the postoperative optical complications.

Chinese Journal of Radiological Medicine and Protection 2014;34(7):512-515
Objective To study the protective function of resveratrol on radiation-induced small intestine injury and lethal effect in mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into three groups:irradiation (IR) control,IR only, and IR + resveratrol.15 mice each group were irradiated on abdomen with 7.2 Gy γ-rays for cell lethal assay and 8 mice each group were irradiated with 6.5 Gy for small intestine injury assay. For the IR + resveratrol group, the mouse was given resveratrol by intragastric administration 24 h before irradiation and then was fed with resveratrol daily for 5 days. The control and IR alone groups were fed with placebo. After 30 days of IR,mouse survival rate was detected. For small intestine injury experiments,24 h after IR,the mice were terminated and the small intestines were treated with HE and immunohistochemical staining. Results Compared with the irradiation group, resveratrol increased mouse survival by 33.3%,decreased apoptosis in intestinal crypt cells (t =17.35,P < 0.05),and increased Ki67 expression (t =13.62,P < 0.05).Conclusion Resveratrol could protect small intestine injury from ionizing irradiation.

AIM: To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of heavy silicone oil (HSO), Densiron 68, was used as internal tamponade to treat complex vitreoretinopathy.METHODS: A retrospective study of 30 patients (30 eyes) who underwent vitrectomy and HSO tamponade for complex retinal detachment between January 2015 and January 2016.The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), intraocular pressure (IOP), retinal reattachment and complications after surgery were observed.RESULTS: There were statistical significances in both the BCVA difference between pre-operation and HSO tamponade, and the BCVA difference between pre-operation and the removal of HSO for 3mo (z=-2.198, P=0.028;z=-2.682, P=0.007).The average intraocular pressure of HSO tamponade group was 20.233±8.007mmHg, and the average intraocular pressure of pre-operation group was 16.067±4.025mmHg, showing significant difference(t=-2.913, P=0.005).Between the pre-operation group and the HSO removed group 14.933±3.423mmHg, there was no significant statistical difference in the analysis of IOP (t=2.635, P=0.430).Anatomical success was achieved in 90% of cases after the removal of HSO.Most common complications were cataract formation and oil emulsification.CONCLUSION: Densiron-68 is a safe and effective tamponade material for the treatment of complex vitreoretinopathy. However, most common complications are cataract formation and oil emulsification. So clinicians should strictly handle indications and usage during the clinical applications.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 2002;0(05):-
Objectives To analyze the mechanisms and implications involved in the generation of platelet associated antibodies in cancer patients. Methods HLA IgG antibody from 116 cancer patients who had received repeated platelet transfusion (more than 3 times) was screened by ELISA and the GTI QUICKSCREEN kit. The positive samples from the initial screening were confirmed for HLA and HPA antibodies using the PAKPLUS reagent. Patients with antibodies were observed for symptoms and clinical effectiveness of platelet transfusions. Results A total of 44 cases of HLA IgG antibody were screened out of 116 samples, with an antibody rate of 37.93%. Among those 44 samples, 18 were confirmed to contain anti-HLA-Ⅰantibody, 8 with anti-HPA antibody, 10 with both anti-HPA and anti-HLA antibodies, and 8 were not identified. The occurrence of antibodies was positively correlated to the times of platelet transfusions and correlated to the improvement of clinical symptoms (P
7.The analysis of prognosis using the criterion of model for end-stage liver disease and Child-Pugh grading in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2000;0(12):-
Objective To investigate MELD and Child-Pugh in the patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis. Methods 41 cases of death and 71 survivors were graded with MELD and Child-Pugh and compared. Results The deaths' MELD and Child-Pugh score was (17.93?8.22 )and (10.07?1.84),the survivors' was (11.18?6.54 ) and (8.04?2.09)(P=0.000).Among the deaths and survivors,MELD≤9 was 14.63% and 42.25%(P =0.003),MELD 20-29 was 26.83% and 8.45%(P=0.009),Child A was 21.95% and 56.34%(P=0.000),Child C was 29.27% and 5.63%(P=0.001).Conclusion The deaths' MELD and Child-Pugh score is higher than the survivors'.The MELD score can act as a disease severity and prognosis index for patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis.

Objective:To investigate the effect of cPLA 2(cytosolic PLA 2, 85-kD PLA 2) on the signaling pathways of IL-1?、IL-6 release in LPS induced Hela cells.Methods:①LPS stimulated Hela cells were exposed to the complex of cPLA 2 initiation site-directed antisense oligonucleotide and liposome in the indicated doses and time, and then, analyzed the changes of cPLA 2 both in mRNA and in protein by RT-PCR and Western blot.②At the same time, the supernatants were collected to detect the level of IL-1? and IL-6 under radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results:①The transfection led to a dose-dependent decrease in cPLA 2 protein, while the change of mRNA is not notable.②The levels of IL-1?、IL-6 in the transfected cells were reduced following the repression of cPLA 2 compared with that of LPS added only. Conclusion:cPLA 2 probably plays an important role in the signaling mechanisms on IL-1?、IL-6 release in LPS-induced Hela cell. Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(10):-
[Objective]To review our experience in treatine infection after total knee arthroplasty with debridement and component retention to determine To the feasibility, indication, factors related to success and failure, and the main points of technique.[Method]Since 1990 to 2004,9 patients were treated with debridement and component retention at our department.[Result]Four of 9 patients successfully retained their component at most recent follow-up,without ongoing infection(mean 18 months, range 10~25 months). We have not draw the statistically significant factors that related to successful and failure, but the factors such as acute infection, surfacing replacement, immediate debrided after onset of symptoms, and the bacteria sensitive to antibiotic were relate to success.[Conclusion]Debridement and component retention can be used in acute postoperative infection and later acute hematogenous infection after total knee replacement, but timing and indication must be chosen strictly.
