Objective To explore the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets,D-Dimer and immunoglobulin in mycoplasma pneumonia children and its significance.Methods The levels of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3 +、CD4 +、CD8 +、CD4 +/CD8 +)in 50 children with mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP Group)and 50 healthy children were detected by flow cytometry;The levels of D-Dimer were detected by immunoturbidimetry;The levels of serum immunoglobulin were detected by immune turbidimetric method.Results The results of T lymphocyte subsets:Compared with normal control group, CD3 +and CD4 +peripheral blood cells in MPP group were significantly declined(P<0.001)、CD8 +cells were increased slightly,but with no significant difference、CD4 +/CD8 +ratios were decreased slightly.The results of D-Dimer:Compared with normal control group,the levels of D-Dimer in MPP group were significantly escalated(P<0.001).The results of immunoglobulin:IgA and IgMin MPP group were both significantly higher than those of normal group,but IgG was not different from that in normal group.Conclusion Children with mycoplasma pneumonia have immune disorder,which may generate abnormal clotting.Therefore,besides the conventional anti-mycoplasma pneumonia treatment,we need to detect the levels of D-Dimer according to the clinical symptoms and disease progression and strength the regulation and treatment of the immune system.

Objective To study the T Lymphocyte Subsets and the cytokines in the newborns with infectious diseases. Methods Twenty cases of neonatal bacterial pneumonia (bacterial group), 15 cases of rotavirus enteritis (virus group) and 20 newborns with jaundice (control group) were recruited in this study. The peripheral CD4+T Cells and lymphocyte subsets were assessed by flow cytometry. Results The IL-4 level was significantly different among different groups (F=3.39, P=0.041). The levels of IL-17 and IFN-γdid not differ signiifcantly among different groups (F=0.28 and 1.24 respectively, P>0.05). The IL-4 level was higher in bacterial group than that in virus group and control group (P<0.05). The percentages of CD3+, CD4+, CD19+and NK cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ had significant difference among different groups (F=3.30-26.69, P<0.05). The percentages of CD3+and CD4+cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+were lower in bacterial group and virus group than those in control group (P<0.05). The percentage of CD19+cells was higher in bacterial group and virus group than that in control group (P<0.05). The percentage of NK cells was lower in virus group than that in bacterial group and control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The pattern of cytokines level is different in newborns with infection caused by different pathogens. Newborns with infectious diseases have immune dysfunction and Th2-dominated imbalance. The low percentages of T lymphocyte subsets indicate the depressed cellular immunity after infection, which may result in atypical symptom and prolonged disease course.

Objective To explore the high-risk patients with benign prostatic hypeiplasia using bipolar transurethral resection of prostate for the treatment of dual-loop electrosurgical excision of the safety .effectiveness.Methods To retrospectively analyze of 56 cases with high-risk BPH patients with United States bicyclol CIRCON ion bipolar TURP TURP mirror line.Results Operation time was 50～100 minutes,an average of 70 minutes.1 case of mild postoperative incontinence,1PSS score from(28.2 ±1.5)to(7.0 ±1.0).voiding patency,fewer complications.Conclusion 1.Lavage using normal saline to avoid TURS syndrome,operative time can be extended accordingly.2.The current through the body,suitable for patients with special diseases.3.Reducing the incidence of capsularperforation.4.Less bleeding and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.5.TURP plasma removal of prostate tissue without charring,suitable for histopathological examination,to avoid the TURP and TUVP undetected pathological examination,increased prostate cancer detection rate.

Objective To investigate effects of 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine(5-Aza-dC)and trichostatin A(TSA)on the methylation and expression of TFPI-2 gene in pancreatic cancer Panc-1 cells.Methods We treated pancreatic cancer Panc-1 cells with 5-Aza-dC and TSA alone or combined.TFPI 2 gene's DNA,mRNA and protein were determined by MSP,RT-PCR and Western blot.Results The hypermethylation of TFPI-2 gene in Panc-1 cells was reversed after treated with 5 Aza-dC alone or in combination with TSA.The re-introduction or raised expression of TFPI-2 mRNA and protein was detected in Panc-1 cells after treated with 5 Aza dC alone or in combination.However,we did not see the hypermethylation of TFPI 2 gene reversed nor detected TFPI 2 gene mRNA and protein after treated with TSA alone.Conclusions The methylation of the promoter region for the TFPI-2 gene is a main cause for its transcriptional activation in Panc-1 cells.The hypermethylation of TFPI-2 gene in Panc-1 cell was reversed and the expression of TFPI-2 gene mRNA and protein was detected after trea ted with 5-Aza-dC alone or in combination with TSA.Treatment of TSA alone does not have significant effect on TFPI-2 gene reexpression.

Expansive type of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a subtype of HCC. Correlation between the preoperative sonography and postoperative pathology was studied in 35 cases of HCC. According to the classification of nakashima, 21 cases belonged to the expansive type whereas the other 14 cases the infiltrative type. Different from the infiltrative type. the expansive type of HCC had four specific sonographic appearances: hypoechoic ring, hypoechcic halo, pedunculated and small nodular echo which had different pathological bases. Expansive tyje of HCC was not so commonly seen as infiltative type but its rate of surgical resection was mu~h higher than that of infiltratine type (JP< 0. 01). Thus, it is the kind of HCC with significant clinical importance. Preoperative ultrasonographic diagnosis help to decide the way of treatment.

Recently,some researches have been focused on prostate stem cell antigen and related cancers.Researches have reveled that prostate stem cell antigen is overexpressed in prostate cancer,bladder cancer and some malignant tumors in digestive system,and is highly associated with tumour genesis and progress.This review is to show the recent researches on association between prostate stem cell antigen and bladder cancer.

Objective To compare the expressions of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in retinas of rd mouse (the experiments) and C57BL mouse (the controis) of five different postnatal ages,analyze the similarities and differences of bFGF expressions,and conclude the role of bFGF during the key period that retinas developed or degenerated,Methods Eight rd mice and eight C57BL mice of postnatal 0 week,1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks (PN 0,1,2,3,4 W) were chosen stochastically and executed immediately,their eyeballs were excavated and made into the retinal slices,then the bFGF contents in the retinas were analyzed by immunohistochemical method,photomicroscope and semi-quantitative analysis.Results Change characteristic of the curve of bFGF contents in retina of rd mice was similar to that of C57BL mice.Both curves began to fall after born,which reached each low level at PN-1W and then rose until reaching each peak at PN-2W,at which ten layer structures of retinas in both groups were formed.Then both curves began the second fall till PN-4W.During the last two weeks,retinas of C57BL mice degenerated rapidly while retinas of rd mice continued to mature.For all the five postnatal weeks,the bFGF contents in retinas of rd mice were lower than those of C57BL mice evidently.All statistical analysis of the difference have made sense distinctly (P ＜ 0.01).Couclusion bFGF may play a protective role in the developing to maturation and sustaining of retinal structure,and the higher expression of bFGF content may prevent retinal degeneration in some extent.

Objective To evaluate the different expression level of prostate cell carcinoma antigen (PSCA)mRNA in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC) and normal bladder tissue,additionally analyse the relationship between PSCA mRNA expression level in BTCC and different rs2294008 (C ＞ T) genotypes and various clinicopathological features,including stage and grade.Methods Real-time reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was performed on 80 BTCC samples and 38 samples of normal bladder mucosal to measure the expression of PSCA mRNA.Genomic DNA were extracted from tumour tissue to sequence to determine the rs2294008 (C ＞ T) genotypes.Results PSCA mRNA expression was detected in all samples (100％).Tumor samples had significantly higher PSCA expression (M =0.22) than normal samples (M =0.12) (P =0.038).PSCA mRNA expression level was positively correlated with advanced histological grade (G1-2 vs.G3,P =0.001).However no significant difference was detected between patients with superficial tumors (Ta or T1) and those with (≥ pT2)muscle-invasive tumors (P =0.250).There was significantly higher PSCA mRNA expression in T allele carriers than CC homozygous (P =0.001).Conclusions PSCA mRNA expression is related to the BTCC and tumor histological grade,however it is unrelated to tumor stages.PSCA mRNA expression level is higher in patients with T allele carriers than CC homozygous,suggesting T allele may increase PSCA mRNA' s expression.

Objective To design a Chinese phonetic laboratory system for clinical blood and urine analysis with Chinese pronunciation. Methods The database/table for saving data of patients is established on the basis of Microsoft Access 2000. The Windows Chinese speech function API is used for Chinese pronunciation. The codes of all objects are translated to an executive file which is set up with Visual Basic 6.0 tool kit. Results All data received from 100,000 samples are saved without error in the program running. The Chinese pronunciation is clear. Conclusion This Chinese phonetic laboratory system is effective and flexible in managing the data from blood analyzer and urine analyzer, which helps to improve the standardization of laboratory data report in Out-patient Department.

The incidence of venous thromboembolism in patients with ovarian cancer is much higher than other gynecologic cancers. Approximate 20%of ovarian cancer patients have hypercoagulable status during different phases of their disease. Ovarian cancer itself can induce hypercoagulability, but meanwhile the over activated coagulation system may promote disease progression. Coagulation system disorder is one of the most important prognostic factors in ovarian cancer. Recently, hypercoagulability becomes a hot spot in the ovarian cancer research ifeld. This article reviews the mechanism of hypercoagulability, its clinical implication and correlated treatment in ovarian cancer patients.
