1.Memory retrieval-extinction paradigm and its application on drug addicts
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2016;25(12):1138-1141
Based on the traditional fear extinction training paradigm, the retrieval-extinction para-digm rewrites fear memory within the reconsolidation window, and reduces their fear response by decreasing the valence of fear stimulus. From the perspective of psychology, the main reason of addicts relapse is that the intensive memory of the painful experience inspired when protracted withdrawal symptoms of drug depend-ence. The reduction of the sensitivity of drug related memory, which is the key of drug detoxification is to change the memory caused by drug related cues. The retrieval-extinction paradigm provides no drug treatment and a new non-invasive model for addicts, and a new perspective to reduce the relapse rate, and to improve the quality of life of addicts. We can do empirical research which using memory retrieval-estinction paradigm on drug addicts in the future. The memory retrieval paradigm can be applied to empirical research in drug ad-dicts in future.
2.Analysis of clinical effects on different methods of hydroxyapatite orbital implantation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
Objective:To discuss the effect of different hydroxyapatite orbital implantation and the prevention and cure of its complications.Methods:96 cases treated with different methods of hydroxyapatite orbital implantation were reviewed.26 cases were placed directly into the sclera shell(type①),41 cases were unwrapped in sclera(type②),and 29 cases wrapped in autologous or homologous sclera were placed into the orbit(type③).The patients were observed through following up for 3 to 72 months. Results:The effect of the above three surgical types was satisfying. The orbit was full. And the orbital movement was smooth. The main complications included the conjunctiva dehiscence and exposure of the orbit. The incidence of the orbit exposure of type ① was obviously higher than types ② and ③(P0.05).Conclusion:The direct hydroxyapatite orbital implantation is a simple surgical type. Its clinical effect is very good.It has few complications. And it does not need the autologous or homologous material. Therefore, its advantage is obvious.
3.Comparison of different operations for congenital blepharoptosis
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To review and investigate the superiority and disadvantage of three operations for severe congenital blepharoptosis.Methods:76 severe congenital blepharoptosis patients(90eyes) undergoing therapy in our hospital were divided in three groups randomly.24 patients(30eyes)underwent frontalis muscle flap suspension operation,28 patients(32eyes),frontaliss suspension operation with homologous sclera implanted, and the other 24 patients(28eyes),the same operation with fascia lata implanted. Results:The patients who got the frontalis muscle flap suspension operation achieved more persistent effect. The frontaliss suspension operation with homologous sclera or fascia lata implanted offered better fold of upper eyelid. Conclusion:All of the there operations can correct severe congenital blepharoptosis efficiently.Oculists should choose the available therapy according to the requirement and condition of patients.

Through searching literature about cytochrome P450 from PubMed, CNKI, CBM and Wanfang database in the recent 10 years, this article concluded, summarized and analyzed vivo and vitro research methods of cytochrome P450 to provide references for the study on TCM cytochrome P450 enzyme.
5.Effects of 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine and trichostatin A on the methylation and expression of TFPI-2 gene in human pancreatic cancer Panc-1 cell line
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2012;18(3):226-229
Objective To investigate effects of 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine(5-Aza-dC)and trichostatin A(TSA)on the methylation and expression of TFPI-2 gene in pancreatic cancer Panc-1 cells. Methods We treated pancreatic cancer Panc-1 cells with 5-Aza-dC and TSA alone or combined.TFPI 2 gene's DNA,mRNA and protein were determined by MSP,RT-PCR and Western blot. Results The hypermethylation of TFPI-2 gene in Panc-1 cells was reversed after treated with 5 Aza-dC alone or in combination with TSA.The re-introduction or raised expression of TFPI-2 mRNA and protein was detected in Panc-1 cells after treated with 5 Aza dC alone or in combination. However,we did not see the hypermethylation of TFPI 2 gene reversed nor detected TFPI 2 gene mRNA and protein after treated with TSA alone. Conclusions The methylation of the promoter region for the TFPI-2 gene is a main cause for its transcriptional activation in Panc-1 cells. The hypermethylation of TFPI-2 gene in Panc-1 cell was reversed and the expression of TFPI-2 gene mRNA and protein was detected after trea ted with 5-Aza-dC alone or in combination with TSA.Treatment of TSA alone does not have significant effect on TFPI-2 gene reexpression.
6.A Correlativity Study About of the Expression of iNOS and AChE on Guinea Pigs Cochlea Damaged by Streptomycin
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(03):-
Objective To study the expression of iNOS and AChE during streptomycin ototoxicity and the correlation. Methods 16 guinea pigs were divided into 2 groups randomly:control group and SM group.SABC immunohistochemical staining and image quantitative analysis technique were used to observe the expression of iNOS and AChE and grey value analysis.ABR measurements were used to monitor the effects of ototoxity. Results After 10 days with drugs, the ABR threshold value of SM group increased more significantly than that of the control group(P
7.Analysis of curative effect of compound azinomide and mosapride in the treatment of senile gastrointestinal diseases associated with indigestion
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):323-324,326
Objective To explore the compound azintamide + mosapride application regimen in elderly patients with gastrointestinal diseases and associated dyspepsia in the treatment. Methods 116 cases of elderly patients with gastrointestinal disease associated dyspepsia patients treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 58 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with azintamide + mosapride, the control group was treated with mosapride, the two groups were treated for 28 d .The total score of dyspeptic symptoms before and after treatment in two groups was recorded, and the clinical symptoms were evaluated according to the remission rate of symptom scores. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was calculated and compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in total scores of dyspepsia symptoms between two groups before treatment. The total score of the two groups of dyspepsia symptoms decreased in different degrees after the end of the effective course, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was 87.9%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (60.3%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound azintamide combined with Mosapride is effective in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases associated dyspepsia in elderly patients, combination therapy significantly improved in patients with dyspeptic symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, clinical application of feedback is good, safe and reliable.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(11):-
Aim To examine the apoptosis and bFGF expression on the cochlea of guinea pig after administrated streptomycin(SM) and the antagonism of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection(DS) on SM ototoxity. Methods Forty guinea pigs were divided into four groups, and treated with DS and SM respectively. The apoptosis and bFGF expression were examined by TdT mediated biotin dUTP nickend labeling(TUNEL) techniques and SABC immunohistochemical staining with paraffin slide. The intensity of images were stored in a computer and analyzed by the image quantitative analysis technique.Auditory brainstem response(ABR) measurement was used to detect the ototoxicity before/after the examination. Results After 10 d treated by drugs, the ABR threshold of SM increased significantly, while the DS+SM reduced more(P
