2.Effect of chemokines, activity enhanced by mobilization of bone marrow cells on solution and absorption of venous thrombosis
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2010;35(1):110-113
Objective: To discuss the effect of bone marrow mobilization on chemotaxis of aggregation of macrophages in venous thrombosis. Methods:SD adult rats were divided randomly into normal group, sham operation group, thrombus group and rhG-CSF group.Peripheral blood was harvested at 30min before operation and on the 7th and 14th day after operation.Level of MCP-3 in peripheral blood was detected by ELISA.Inferior vena cava specimens of thromus group and rhG-CSF group were collected at postoperative 7th and 14th day. With the application of RT-PCR,expression of MCP-3mRNA in thrombus was detected. Results:The level of MCP-3 in peripheral blood of rhG-CSF group was significantly higher than that before operation and also higher than the levels of MCP-3 in peripheral blood of sham operation group and thrombus group on the 14th day after operation(P<0.05),and the difference was significant. On the 7th and 14th day after operation, compared with thrombus group, the expression of MCP-3 mRNA in rhG-CSF group remarkablely increased, and the difference Was significant beween these two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Brone marrow cell mobilization enhances the chemotaxis of MCP-3 on macrophages.
3.Diagnostic value of combined detection of CEA,CA_(19-9) and CA_(50) on elderly patients with cholangiocarcinoma
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of tumor markers on elderly patients with cholangiocarcinoma. Methods:Radioimmunoassay and immunoradiometricassay were adopted to detect CEA,CA19-9 and CA50 in venous serum of 35 elderly patients with cholangiocarcinoma and 31 cases of benign bile duct disease.Results:CA19-9and CA50 in serum had better sensitivity in diagnosing cholangiocarcinoma, and the rates were 80.00% and 91.48% respectively.CEA in serum had the best specificity with the rate as 87.10%.Parallel testing was superior to series testing in combined detection with the sensitivity remaining as 88.64% and the accuracy promoted. Conclusion:The combined detection of tumor markers had cooperative function in diagnosing the elderly patients with chola ngiocarcinoma, with the accuracy promoted, and the rates of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis lowered.
4.Progress on vitamin A for newborn respiratory distress
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(5):461-464
Chronic lung disease (CLD) of prematurity is the major cause of long-term disability of extremely low birth weight ( ELBW ) premature infants, and it is the most cost consumptive disease in neonatal intensive care unit graduates.Vitamin A plays an important role in the development of premature lung. Nevertheless, premature infants are prone to vitamin A deficiency.Oral supplementation of vitamin A does not alter the incidence of CLD in ELBW infants.Intramuscular administration of vitamin A reduced the incidence of CLD.The treatment is considered painful and this way is not routinely practiced.Vitamin A is systemically bioavailable after intratracheal administration with surfactant in an animal model of newborn respiratory distress.

7.Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Four Different Drugs for Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
AIM:To evaluate the economic effectiveness of different therapeutic schemes for benign prostatic hypertrophy METHODS:175 patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy were divided into 4 groups:A,B,C and D They received different drugs,A:tamsulosin(34),B:prostat(45),C:tedenan(46) and D:qiangliexin(50) RESULTS:The costs of A,B,C,D schemes were RMB 492 80,499 52,526 40 and 664 16 yuans, respectively, and the effective ratios were 85 3%,82 2%,80 4% and 80 0%,respectively CONCLUSION:According to the evaluation with pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis,A is the best scheme
8.Experimental Study on Acellular Dermal Matrix and Autologous Fat Injected into Rabbit Vocal Cords
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2015;(4):386-390
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of autologous fat and acellular dermal matrix (ADM ) in vocal fold medialization .Methods A total of 16 New Zealand white rabbits of both sexes were divided into two study groups (8 rabbits in each group) ,after unilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve section ,autologous fat or ADM were injected into paralyzed vocal folds .Laryngoscopic exams were performed 2 ,4 ,8 ,and 12 weeks after implanta‐tion ;then larynx specimens were sampled and serially sectioned in axial plane from the false vocal fold to the sub ‐glottis .After section was stained with HE ,histologic behavior of the graft were evaluated by optical microscope , volume of remaining material were calculated by autoCAD software .Results The remaining volume of autologous fat and ADM reduced gradually ,there were no statistically significant differences between the 2 groups .In 2 weeks , fat cells survival was mass distribution ,as its necrosis and absorption ,intraimplant resulted in a plurality of cavitati‐on ,encapsulated by fibrous connective ,mixed with a little survival fat cells .In 12 weeks ,obvious capsule formation surrounded lipoma composed of fiber connective tissue .In the ADM group ,2 weeks after injection ,intra - implant fibroblast activity and neovascularization was noted ,later fibroblast infiltration increased gradually .In 12 weeks ,the implantation maintaun the basic outline and have compact organizational structure ,but not forming obvious bounda‐ries with the surrounding tissue .Conclusion Comparing degree of absorption ,there were no statistically significant differences between autologous fat and ADM in the study ,but histological outcome of ADM is closer to the original organization .In future ,ADM optimization or combination with other materials ,will have a larger development and clinical application value .

10. Analysis on chemical constituents in ethanol extract from vanilla pod in various habitats and quantitative determination of vanillin by GC-MS
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(8):955-959
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents in ethanol extracts from vanilla pod in Hainan (China) and Papua-New Guinea and to assay the content of vanillin. Methods: Comparing various pretreatment methods, GC-MS analysis method was selected and the column was packed with Agilent DB-5MS capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm); column temperature: the column initial temperature was 60 °C, kept for 1 min, rose to 260 °C at the rate of 10 °C/min, kept for 6 min, rose to 290 °C at the rate of 6 °C/min, kept for 8 min; carrier gas: helium for comparing the difference of the constituents from the above two habitats. Results: Because of the different habitats, 34 and 32 compounds were respectively identified from vanilla pod and 18 compounds were common components. Vanillin had a high content in vanilla pod and presented a good linearity with the peak area at the concentration of 0.04-1.10 mg/mL (r = 0.999 8, n = 5). The average recovery was 100.05% with the RSD of 1.88%. Conclusion: GC-MS is quick, simple, convenient, and effective to analyze the constituents in the ethanol extracts from vanilla pod, and it is also reliable and reproducible to determine the content of vanillin.
