ObjectiveAnalyze preoperative clinical relevanted factors of acute type A aortic dissection with hypoxemia according to a group clinical data.MethodsFrom January 2011 to June 2011,we have collected 54 preoperative cases of acute type A aortic dissection,including 42 males,12 females,aged 28-73 years old,onset to treatment time is 0.4-14.0 days.General information:age,gender,time of onset,body mass index,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,smoking,drinking,heart ejection fraction,prothrombin time,quantitative fibrinogen,fibrinogen degradation products,D-dimer,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,ICU time,length of hospital stay.According to the blood gas analysis of quiet state case without oxygen,with PaO2 ＜ ( 100-age ×0.33 ±5) mm Hg is for the hypoxemia group,equal or higher than this is no-hypoxemia group.ResultsNo-hypoxemia group has 14 cases,11 males,3 females,average aged (51.14 ± 14.24) years old,including 12 operation patients ( no death) and 2 no-operation patients(2 cases death).Hypoxemia group has 40 cases,31 males,9 females,average aged (50.53 ± 9.73 ) years old,including 33 operation patients(2 cases death) and 7 no-operation patients(7 cases death).There is no significant difference in age,gender,time of onset,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,smoking,drinking,cardiac ejection fraction,prothrombin time and fibrinogen.There is statistically significant on body mass index,fibrinogen degradation products,D-dimer,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,ICU time and length of hospital stay time ( P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionPreoperative hypoxemia with acute type A aortic dissection is associated with obesity,excessive inflammation and activation of coagulation and fibrinclytic system,and hypoxemia may prolong the time of operative patients with acute type A aortic dissection in ICU and hospital.

ObjectiveTo explore the role of ERK1/2 in the expression of the type-1 plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI-1) induced by parathonnone (PTH) in human renal tubular epithelial cell line HK-2 cells.MethodsVarious concentrentions of PTH and manifold durations were applied in the test.The expression of PAI-1 mRNA and protein in HK-2 cells was measured by RT-PCR and Western blotting,respectively.Besides,ERK1/2 protein was detected by Western blotting before the ERK1/2 inhibitor incubated with the HK-2 cells or after.Results The expression of PAI-1mRNA and protein was gradually up-regulatad along with the increasing concentrations of PTH(10-12-10-10 mol/L).The maximum level of PAI-1 mRNA and protein was detected in 10-10 mol/L PTH and was 4.01 and 3.81 times of control group.Otherwise,the decreased expression of PAI-1 was found while the concentrations of PTH were beyond 10-10 mol/L.The levels of PAI-1 mRNA and protein were increased in pace withtime from 12 to 72 hour,in time-dependent manner,which was 4.06 (12 h) and 4.03 (72 h) times of 0 hour group.The levels of ERK1/2 and PAI-1 were ascended after 10-10 mol/L PTH incubated with the HK-2 cells (all P＜0.01).Howerver,both of them decended after cells were pretreated by the ERK1/2 inhibitor (all P＜0.01),but were still higher than those of control group(all P＜0.05).ConclusionERK1/2 kinase system partly participates in the regulation of PAI-1 induced by PTH in HK-2 cells.

Objective To investigate the feasibility to establish experimental model of autoimmune myocarditis and to study the value of echocardiographic assessment of left ventricular structure and function.Methods Seventy-two male 6 weeks old Lewis rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal control group,negative control group and positive group.Positive group were immunized with porcine cardiac myosin at days 0,7,30.Results ①The positive group showed weight loss,increased heart weight and myocardial necrosis with inflammatory infiltration.②The development of experimental autoimmune myocarditis included acute,subacute and chronic stages.The left ventricular diameter,ventricular wall thickness,left ventricular fractional shortening and ejection fraction of positive group differed significantly from those of other two groups.Conclusions Lewis rats immunized with porcine cardiac myosin may be a desirable experimental model of experimental autoimmune myocarditis,echocardiography can evaluate changes of cardiac structure and function accurately.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness of transcatheter Amplatzer device closure on patent ductus arteriosus(PDA),and to give some evidences for the clinical application.MethodsAll studies in the world regard to the controlled trials(CT) about transcatheter Amplatzer device closure and cardiac surgery on PDA were searched and made synthetic evaluation by means of Meta-analysis.RevMan 4.2.2 software was used for statistical analysis.Cases relative risk(RR)and its 95% confidence interval(CI)of procedure failure,the incidence of complication and residual shunt were calculated.ResultsTotally 5 studies including 349 cases were analyzed.Operation failure of Amplatzer device occlusion was higher than cardiac surgery [5 CT,349 cases,3.0% vs 0,RR=4.29,95%CI(0.77,23.95)](P=0.10).Incidence of complication of Amplatzer device occlusion was lower than cardiac surgery[5 CT,343 cases,3.1% vs 38.0%,RR=0.11,95%CI(0.05,0.23)](P

ObjectiveTo assess the effects of crude extract of Cape Jasmine in the experimental Alzheimer's model induced by Aβ25-35 and the memory acquisition impaied model induced by ibotenic acid(IBO).MethodsAlzheimer's dementia of mice was induced by Aβ25-35 i.cv. treatment and the impaired memory acquisition model was induced by IBO injected into the forebrain nucleus basalis. The effects of crude extract of Cape Jasmine on the learning and memory function of model animals were evaluated with Morris water maze and step-through test in 3 dose groups(12-5, 25, 50 mg/kg). Donepezil(0-75 mg/kg)was used in the positive control group.ResultsMorris water maze test showed that the spatial learning and memory ability of the model mice significantly improved in three crude extract of Cape Jasmine groups(P<0-05). Meanwhile, the impaired function of the rats induced by IBO significantly improved in the medium dose group(P<0-01). The electric shock latent period in step-through box test prolonged and the frequency of electric shock decreased within 3 minutes in three groups.ConclusionCrude extract of Cape Jasmine can improve the learning and memory function of mice or rat in the model group.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of chronic endurance exercise on microcirculatory reserve capacity of biceps brachii in Chinese rowers and provide a certain basis for the date standard foundation of monitoring of functional status and the foundation of database of reserve capacity of blood of Chinese rowers.

METHODSEmpty stomach in the morning, 77 rowers from different groups and 24 common health people were noninvasive tested by using PeriFlux System 5000, the test indexes include the microcirculatory reserve capacity and other related indexes of biceps brachii. The test sites of all athletes were the same space in biceps brachii of the right side of body, there was no space differences of all athletes . All athletes were tested in the relatively stable functional status, common people were healthy. The test value included basic values and heating values, put the before and after heating of microcirculatory blood perfusion (MBP) as the microcirculatory reserve capacity.

RESULTSHeavyweight female (198. 97 ± 98. 81) > heavyweight male (183. 45 ± 64. 31) > lightweight male (151. 01 ± 65. 96) > lightweight female(140.53 ± 43.22) > common male people(127.21 ± 56.38) > common female people(103.54 ± 33.41), the microcirculatory reserve capacity of each group athletes were higher than common people, except the comparison between lightweight female and common male people, and there was no significant difference among the different group athletes.

CONCLUSIONChronic endurance exercise can improve the microcirculatory reserve capacity of rowers, especially the heavyweight rowers; the normal value of microcirculatory reserve capacity of heavy weight rowers should be more than 160, and lightweight rowers should be more than 120. There was no significant difference among different sex athletes, if the value of microcirculatory reserve capacity is significant lower than normal, it shows that athletes are in the state of fatigue.

OBJECTIVETo determine the encapsulation efficiency of silybin liposomes.

METHODAfter Silybin liposomes solution was separated through sphadex G-100 column, eluent collected was determined by the first derivative UV spectrometry.

RESULTThe calibration curve of Silybin was linear in the range of 0.5-30.0 mg x L(-1) (r = 0.9998). The average recovery was 101.7%. The relative standard deviation was 1.8%. The results showed that the encapsulation efficiency ranged from 65.1%-83.0% when the drug/phospholipid ratio varied from 0.02-0.06. The concentration of SLB in liposomes prepared by optimum technique was 760.4 mg x L(-1) (n = 4).

CONCLUSIONThe method is accurate, simple and suitable for the quality control of Silybin liposomes.

Objective To understand the present internet addition of Chinese college students and to explore the relationship between the types of internet addition and learning burnout,and to provide reference and theoretical basis for domestic research on internet addition.Methods Two-stage stratified sampling was used to select 1 485 students in Grade one to Grade three from seven colleges and universities in Henan province including Xinxiang Medical University,Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical University,Xinxiang University,Henan Institute of Science and Technology,Henan Normal University,Henan University of Technology,Engineering College of Zhengzhou University.The university students questionnaire of internet addiction types and the leaning burnout scale were used and the results were analyzed.The students with internet addiction were divided into high score group and low score group according to result of questionnaire of intemet addiction types,and the difference of learning burnout between them was analyzed.Results In the types of internet addiction,the leaning burnout scores and the score of each dimensional scores in the high score group were significantly higher than those in the low score group (P ＜ 0.01).The network game addiction scores was positively related to depression,misconduct and learning burnout(P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01);questionnaire of network information scores and depression had positive correlation (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The tendency of network information addiction is higher,the manifestation of depression is more obvious.The more obvious tendency of network information addiction,network relationship addiction,network information addition,which more easily leads to learning burnout.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of the tissue strain imaging in myocardial dysfunction in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Sixty-two patients and sixty controls underwent conventional and tissue Doppler echocardiography. Peak strain and strain rate value during systolic and diastolic phases as well as E/A, left ventricular fraction shortening (LVFS), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were measured in both SLE and the control groups. Results ①E/A,LVFS and LVEF did not differ between SLE patients and controls( P ＞0.05). The systolic peak strain and strain rate of SLE patients were lower than those of controls but without significant differences( P ＞0.05). ②The diastolic peak strain and strain rate of SLE patients were significantly lower than those of controls (P ＜0.01). ③ The diastolic peak strain and strain rate of antiheart antibody (AHA) positive patients were significantly lower than those of negative ones( P ＜0.05). Conclusions Strain and strain rate combining with AHA can sensitively detect myocardial dysfunction of SLE.
