1.Human leukocyte antigen and lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(5):370-373
HLA (human leukocyte antigen) is critical molecule relevant to immunoresponse, which is always involved in antigen presentation and determining killing activity of immune cells against tumor. The abnormal expression of HLA in lung cancer is believed to be a common phenomena of tumor biology. It has been demonstrated that HLA expression varies in various types of lung cancer, even in differential stages of one type of lung cancer. HLA expression is highly associated with genre, progression and prognosis of lung cancer. The thorough investigations of the relationship between HLA and lung cancer and of mechanism of HLA abnormality will provide useful information for studying of development of lung cancer and tumor immunotherapy.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(22):-
Objective To explore the changes of plasma somatostatin(SST) in children with septic shock. Methods The level of plasma SST in children with septic shock (test group,n=21) on an empty stomach at shock stage, blood pressure and heart rate recovery stage, recovery stage(at that time clinical symptoms and signs disappeared, infection indicators such as blood routine and CRP returned to normal, about 6-12 days after admission) were detected by competive radioimmunassay, the level of SST in healthy children(healthy control group,n=25) on an empty stomach on morning was detected, too. The levels of plasma SST between septic shock concbined with paralytic ileus group and without paralytic ileus group were compared. Results 1.Level of plasma SST of test group at shock stage[(44.60?16.83) ng/L]was significantly lower than that of control group[(123.15?6.57) ng/L](t=-12.16 P0.05).The level of plasma SST of children with paralytic ileus [(28.10?7.0) ng/L] was significantly lower than that of children without paralytic ileus [(56.98?9.44) ng/L](t=-7.70 P

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 2009;20(4):327-330
Objective To observe the effect of Sijunzi Decoction (SD) on the mitochondrial DNA deletion of the aging model mice, and to explore its anti-aging biomolecular mechanism. Methods Kunming mice were divided into 6 groups according to the body weight: normal control group, .model control group, high-, middle-and low-dose SD groups (at the dose of 20, 10, 5 g·kg-1 respectively), and vitamin E group (250 mg·kg-1), 20 mice in each group. The mice models of aging were induced by D-galactose. Water maze test was used to evaluate the learning and memory ability of the aging model mice. The effect of SD on the mitochondrial DNA deletion of the aging model mice was ob-served. Results In the hippocampal mtDNA of model control group and low-dose SD group, there were about 3.87 kb fragment missing. But there was no missing pieces in high-and middle-dose SD groups. Conclusion The anti-aging biomolecular mechanism of SD is probably related to the preventive effect on the mutation and deletion of the mitochondrial DNA in the aging model mice.

International Eye Science 2014;(9):1712-1714
To observe the clinical efficacy of diclofenac sodium eye drops for postoperative recurrence of pterygium, and to provide safer drug regimens to prevent the recurrence of pterygium.
● METHODS: From November 2011 to September 2013, 124 patients 134 eyes who underwent surgery because of pterygium in our hospital were randomly divided into trial group ( diclofenac sodium eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops) and control group ( tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops), all patients were followed up for 3mo ( once a week ) and the cornea, intraocular pressure and recurrence of pterygium were observed and compared between the two groups.
●RESULTS: Followed up for 3mo, 43 cases (45 eyes) in the trial group and 38 cases (39 eyes) in the control group had done the follow up as planned, in which 14 cases (15 eyes) showed the signs of recurrence, 2 cases (3 eyes) recurred eventually in the trial group, and in the meantime there were 12 cases (13 eyes) with signs of recurrence and 2 cases ( 2 eyes ) with a recurrence eventually in the control group, but no statistical difference was found between the two groups (P>0. 05);there were 6 cases (9 eyes) dropped out of the study with a higher intraocular pressure in the control group, compared to trial group (0 cases of 0 eye), the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05); cornea conditions between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0. 05).
●CONCLUSlON:Diclofenac sodium eye drops is effective and safe in preventing the recurrence of pterygium.

International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(8):536-538
Objective Investigate the effect of applying clinical pathway on the patients undergoing leiomyoma of uterus. Methods As an experimental group of patients, 50 cases of uterine leiomyoma are treated with clinical pathway. By contrast, another 100 cases are treated with the traditional medical care as control group. Results Waiting time for surgery and hospital stay of the experimental group are less than the control group; and the average hospitalization cost of experimental group is lower than the control group (P< 0.01). Conclusions Application of clinical pathway management will regulate the activities of medical treatment, ensure the quality of health care, improve the feeling of patients, increase efficiency of hospital services, reduce the financial burden of patients, increase the hospital social benefits.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(05):-
AIM: To establish variation in flow rates of anthraquinones in Anzhong Tongbian Capsule(Radix et Rhizoma rhei,Radix paeoniae alba,Fructus cannabis and Semen trichosanthis). METHODS: The thin layer chromatographic method was adopted. The anthraquinones compounds from Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in Anzhong Tongbian Capsules were extracted by ultrasound and separated by outspread on silica gel G thin layer, and n-hexane-ethyl acetate-formic acid(30 ∶ 10 ∶ 0. 5)as the developing system, detection wavelength was set at 435 nm and reference wavelength was 610 nm by using CAMAG TLC ScannerⅢ. RESULTS: Anthraquinones was separated well and 5 peaks of emodin,chrysophanol,aloe-emodin,rhein and physcion were ascertained. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control for Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in Anzhong Tongbian Capsules.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
The experiences of surgical treatment of valvular heart diseases in children were reported. Cardiac valve operations were performed in 87 children including 58 males and 29 females between the age of 4 to 14 years ( mean 10 2 years) . Of the 87 patients, 36 underwent mitral valve replacement, 13 aortic valves replacement, 6 mitral and aortic valves replacement, 13 aortic valvuloplasty, and 29 mitral valvuloplasty. Associated cardiac lesions were simultaneously managed. Postoperative complications included low cardiac output syndromes in 7 patients, respiratory failure in 3, and arrhythmia in 5 patients. The operative mortality was 4 60% (4 patients). Follow up was 0 5 to 14 5 years (mean 6 51 years). Late mortality was 3 61% (3 patients). The valvuloplasty operations were first choice for cardiac valve operations in children. It was advisable to use cardiac valve prosthesis of larger size(adult) for valve replacement in children.Anticoagulation with Warfarin was routinely used and the treatment of rheumatic fever should be emphasized postoperatively.
