1.The influence and significances of ghrelin on growth and cardiac function in infants with congenital heart disease
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2017;35(1):64-68
The ghrelin is an endogenous ligand of the growth hormone (GH) secretagogue receptor, which can regulate the secretion of GH,stimulate the appetite, adjust the energy metabolism, and improve the cardiovascular function.Children with congenital heart disease (CHD) usually suffered from malnutrition and growth retardation, which were connected with insufficiency of energy intake, poor absorption, and increase of nutritional requirement, anatomy and the changes of hemodynamics. Many infants with CHD gradually present ventricular dysfunction and growth restriction in their early childhood, which consequently lead to severe complications.Ghrelin is valuable in the early detection of potential CHD,plays an important role in improving the state of malnutrition and protecting the cardiac function, and provides an important reference to explore the new drug therapy for CHD.This review summarized the effects and significances of ghrelin on growth and cardiac function in infants with CHD.
2.The Transmission of the Ishinpo Versions
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2015;(2):101-104,112
Objective] To study the transmission of the Ishinpo versions ,understand the prevailing version of Ishinpo. [Method] With the research methods of the Chinese traditional history and philology, collect and sort historical cited references of the Ishinpo, by paying attention to three main emendation in the transmission history of Ishinpo. [Result] Ishinpo of Nakarai is the golden version for document research. The prevailing Ansei Ishinpo version of contemporary China is based on Nakarai version, which consists of twenty seven scrolls of Hei era and three scrolls of Edo Era. Ishinpo Versions have been divided into Emperor Nakarai versions,Uji versions and Family tradition versions. There are big differences in utilization and completeness of the three version system. The Emperor Nakarai versions are relatively good, of which the Nakarai version preserves best. The Uji versions are widespread, of which the RenHe Temple version is better preserved but lacuna. There are lots of lacunas in the family tradition versions, owing to circulateed copies. [Conclusion] In the three main emendation, of Ishinpo, mostly, the Nakarai version is the source edition, the Uji version is primary edition, and the family tradition version is the secondary edition. The paper, which is useful in the transmission of the Ishinpo and thus historical process of medical exchange between China and Japan, has established the system of Ishinpo versions, defined the golden version and the prevailing version.

5.Analysis the clinical efifcacy of blu-ray combined with Yinzhihuang Keli for newborn pathological jaundice
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(1):121-122
Objective To analysis the clinical efifcacy of blue-ray combined with Yinzhihuang Keli for newborn pathological jaundice. Method 120 newborns with neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into control group(traditional treatment group, took enzyme inducers phenobarbital and continuous blue-ray radiation for 8 h everyday)60 cases and treatment group(Yinzhihuang Keli combined with traditional treatment group)60 cases,7 days for a course of treatment , then the efifcacy of two groups were compared. Results After 7 days treatment, we found compared with control group, the speed of decline of serum bilirubin of treatment group was much faster, the degree of decline was much bigger and the average time of jaundice subside was much shorter, all P<0.05.The total efifciency of treatment group was 98.33%which was signiifcantly higher than the control group which was 91.67%, P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment methods, blue-ray combined with Yinzhihuang Keli for neonatal jaundice would get a better efifcacy, faster speed of jaundice subside and smaller side effects.
6.Changes of D-Dimer and Immunoglobulin in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia and its Significance
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(3):156-159
Objective To explore the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets,D-Dimer and immunoglobulin in mycoplasma pneumonia children and its significance. Methods The levels of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3 +、CD4 +、CD8 +、CD4 +/CD8 +)in 50 children with mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP Group)and 50 healthy children were detected by flow cytometry; The levels of D-Dimer were detected by immunoturbidimetry; The levels of serum immunoglobulin were detected by immune turbidimetric method. Results The results of T lymphocyte subsets:Compared with normal control group, CD3 +and CD4 +peripheral blood cells in MPP group were significantly declined(P<0.001)、CD8 +cells were increased slightly, but with no significant difference、CD4 +/CD8 +ratios were decreased slightly. The results of D-Dimer:Compared with normal control group, the levels of D-Dimer in MPP group were significantly escalated(P<0.001).The results of immunoglobulin:IgA and IgMin MPP group were both significantly higher than those of normal group, but IgG was not different from that in normal group. Conclusion Children with mycoplasma pneumonia have immune disorder, which may generate abnormal clotting. Therefore, besides the conventional anti-mycoplasma pneumonia treatment,we need to detect the levels of D-Dimer according to the clinical symptoms and disease progression and strength the regulation and treatment of the immune system.
7.Considerations about treatment programs of elderly patients with hypertension.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2009;7(7):607-10
Hypertension in elderly patients is a common and frequent disease which could cause stroke, heart failure and renal dysfunction. The pathogenesis of hypertension in the elderly is different from that in the young and middle-aged people, and its clinical characteristics including frequent isolated systolic hypertension, variable blood pressure, high pulse pressure, multiple complications, serious target organ damage, and so on. High prevalence, disability and mortality rates and low awareness, treatment and control rates are prominent phenomena in the elderly patients with hypertension, bringing many difficulties for clinical treatment. Presently, drug therapies for elderly patients mainly include Western medicine (WM), traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. WM therapy has superiority in lowering blood pressure intensively with clear mechanism, but has more adverse reactions. The effects of TCM therapy are multilinked, and TCM is good at reducing side effects and improving symptoms, but TCM preparation falls behind and its hypotensive effects are weak and slow. Furthermore, more multicenter, randomized, controlled and double-blinded clinical trials with large sample are needed to identify the effects of TCM therapy. Based on combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and WM disease differentiation, treatment programs of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine would take advantages of both TCM and WM treatment modalities, and are worthy of being studied in the future.
8.Correlation of lymphatic vessel density with a high mobility group Box-1 protein and tumor-associated macrophages in cervical carci-noma
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;46(4):222-226
Objective: To detect the correlation of lymphatic vessel density (LVD) with a high mobility group box-1 Protein (HMGB1) and tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) in cervical carcinoma and the effect on prognosis. Methods:Immunohistochem-istry was applied to detect HMGB1, CD68, and D2-40 expressions in cervical squamous cell carcinoma in 93 cases. t test,χ2 test, Spear-man rank correlation analysis, Kaplan-Meier method, and Cox regression were performed to analyze the expression levels, correlation, and prognosis. Results: HMGB1 protein, CD68, and D2-40 were highly expressed in CSCC. As HMGB1 and TAM expressions in-creased, lymphatic vessel density increased. As HMGB1 and TAM expressions decreased, lymphatic vessel density decreased. Positive correlations were also found between the HMGB1 protein, TAM content, and LVD. In the group with low HMGB1 and TAM expres-sions, the survival time of the group with a high LVD expression was significantly lower than that of the group with a low LVD expres-sion. A multivariate Cox regression model showed that HMGB1 and lymph node metastasis were independent prognostic factors. TAMs and LVD were not independent prognostic factors. Conclusion:HMGB1 proteins and TAMs were highly expressed in CSCC. Patients who exhibit increased HMGB1 expression or increased TAM count consequently show enhanced LVD expressions, increased lymph node metastasis, and poor prognosis.
