1.The Transmission of the Ishinpo Versions

Objective] To study the transmission of the Ishinpo versions ,understand the prevailing version of Ishinpo. [Method] With the research methods of the Chinese traditional history and philology,collect and sort historical cited references of the Ishinpo, by paying attention to three main emendation in the transmission history of Ishinpo. [Result] Ishinpo of Nakarai is the golden version for document research. The prevailing Ansei Ishinpo version of contemporary China is based on Nakarai version,which consists of twenty seven scrolls of Hei era and three scrolls of Edo Era. Ishinpo Versions have been divided into Emperor Nakarai versions,Uji versions and Family tradition versions. There are big differences in utilization and completeness of the three version system. The Emperor Nakarai versions are relatively good, of which the Nakarai version preserves best. The Uji versions are widespread, of which the RenHe Temple version is better preserved but lacuna. There are lots of lacunas in the family tradition versions, owing to circulateed copies. [Conclusion] In the three main emendation, of Ishinpo, mostly, the Nakarai version is the source edition, the Uji version is primary edition, and the family tradition version is the secondary edition. The paper, which is useful in the transmission of the Ishinpo and thus historical process of medical exchange between China and Japan, has established the system of Ishinpo versions, defined the golden version and the prevailing version.
2.The influence and significances of ghrelin on growth and cardiac function in infants with congenital heart disease

The ghrelin is an endogenous ligand of the growth hormone (GH) secretagogue receptor,which can regulate the secretion of GH,stimulate the appetite,adjust the energy metabolism,and improve the cardiovascular function.Children with congenital heart disease (CHD) usually suffered from malnutrition and growth retardation,which were connected with insufficiency of energy intake,poor absorption,and increase of nutritional requirement,anatomy and the changes of hemodynamics.Many infants with CHD gradually present ventricular dysfunction and growth restriction in their early childhood,which consequently lead to severe complications.Ghrelin is valuable in the early detection of potential CHD,plays an important role in improving the state of malnutrition and protecting the cardiac function,and provides an important reference to explore the new drug therapy for CHD.This review summarized the effects and significances of ghrelin on growth and cardiac function in infants with CHD.
3.Clinical control study on efficacy of aspirin and rivaroxaban on prevention of deep vein thrombosis after total knee replacement

Objective To compare the efficacy of aspirin and rivaroxaban on prevention of deep vein thrombosis after total knee repalcement.Methods Patients (200 cases) who were given total knee replacement were selected,and the patients in aspirin group (98 cases) were administered with asprin after 12 h treatment,and the patients in rivaroxaban group (102 cases) were administered with rivaroxaban after 12 h treatment.The efficacy of aspirin and rivaroxaban to prevent deep vein thrombosis after total knee repalcement was evaluated by blood coagulation indexes,D-dimer level,and complication during perioperative period.Results Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference on coagulation indexes between two groups.After 3 d of operation,there was no statistically significant difference in Plt,APTT,and PT between two groups.The FIB level of aspirin group was improved significantly and higher than that of rivaroxaban group (P < 0.05).While the FIB level of rivaroxaban group was close to the normal level.Before operation,there was no statistically significant difference in D-dimer between two groups.After 1,3,and 7 d of operation,the D-dimer levels in two groups were increased.But the D-dimer levels of 3 and 7 d after operation began to decline.After 1,3,and 7 d of operation,the D-dimer ofrivaroxaban group was lower than that of aspirin group (P < 0.05).During perioperative period,there was no statistically significant difference on DVT between two groups.Conclusion Rivaroxaban could prevent the formation of DVT effectively and reduce the D-dimer with good anticoagulation and high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.

6.A contrastive research on bFGF expression in retinas of rd mouse and C57BL mouse

Objective To compare the expressions of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in retinas of rd mouse (the experiments) and C57BL mouse (the controis) of five different postnatal ages,analyze the similarities and differences of bFGF expressions,and conclude the role of bFGF during the key period that retinas developed or degenerated,Methods Eight rd mice and eight C57BL mice of postnatal 0 week,1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks (PN 0,1,2,3,4 W) were chosen stochastically and executed immediately,their eyeballs were excavated and made into the retinal slices,then the bFGF contents in the retinas were analyzed by immunohistochemical method,photomicroscope and semi-quantitative analysis.Results Change characteristic of the curve of bFGF contents in retina of rd mice was similar to that of C57BL mice.Both curves began to fall after born,which reached each low level at PN-1W and then rose until reaching each peak at PN-2W,at which ten layer structures of retinas in both groups were formed.Then both curves began the second fall till PN-4W.During the last two weeks,retinas of C57BL mice degenerated rapidly while retinas of rd mice continued to mature.For all the five postnatal weeks,the bFGF contents in retinas of rd mice were lower than those of C57BL mice evidently.All statistical analysis of the difference have made sense distinctly (P < 0.01).Couclusion bFGF may play a protective role in the developing to maturation and sustaining of retinal structure,and the higher expression of bFGF content may prevent retinal degeneration in some extent.
7.The research progress in the relationship between the number of nucleated red blood cells and neonatal diseases

Nucleated red blood cells (nRBCs) are immature red blood cells, which are rarely in circulating blood in elder children, but often present in neonatal blood. The clinical significance in neonates is unclear. Numerous studies have shown that many kinds of acute and chronic stimuli can lead to an increase in the number of nRBCs in circulating blood. This article reviews various pathological processes related to the production and release of nRBCs, and emphasizes the effects of acute and chronic hypoxia and immune regulation on it.
8.Analysis on pathological changes of portal vein and hepatic artery in patient with cirrhotic portal hypertension

Objective To research the tissue structure changes of vessels wall in the patients with liver cirrhotic portal hypertension and to investigate the role of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in development process of liver cirrhosis.Methods The left portal vein,left hepatic artery and left hepatic vein (n=27) were collected from the patients with liver transplantation as the case group and the corresponding vessels of traumatic hepatectomy were collected as control group (n=15).HE staining and Masson staining were performed respectively.The hepatic arteries were stained with elastic fibers and immunized with anti-human iNOS polyclonal antibody.Results Compared with the control group,the portal vein intima and tunica media in the case group were thickened,the smooth muscle cells of tunica media were hyperplasia and hypertrophy,partial smooth muscle cells protruded into the intima;the irregular proliferation of hepatic arterial intima,arterial luminal stenosis,internal elastic membrane flatten,and even fracture,the tunica media smooth muscle hyperplasia to the intima were also observed;no obvious structural changes were observed in the hepatic vein wall.The higher expression of iNOS was found in the cytoplasm of hepatic artery smooth muscle cells (P<0.01).Conclusion The walls of liver artery and portal vein in the patients with liver cirrhosis would secondarily develop the tissue structure reconstruction,which is the results of human body′s own compensatory mechanism,the higher expression of iNOS accelerats the occurrence and development of the tissue structure reconstruction.
9.Alternation of blood pressure and behavioral performance in rat offspring following maternal inflammation during pregnancy

Objective To explore the effect of prenatal inflammation on rat offspring's blood pressure and behavioral performance.Methods Twenty-four time-mated Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into three groups,i.e.control,zymosan and LPS.On their gestation days 8,10,12,the pregnant rats received i.p.injections of sterile saline,0.79 mg/kg zymosan or 0.79 mg/kg LPS respectively.When the offspring were sixty weeks old,eight pups were chosen randomly for the later study.Their serum TNF-? level was detected by ELISA using tail blood,arterial blood pressure was measured by tail-cuff method,and their behavioral performance was detected in Morris water maze test.At the end of the experiment,the brains were rapidly taken from the sacrificed offspring,cut into sections and stained with H&E method to investigate the structural changes of hippocampus.Results Compared with control group,all offspring from the inflammation groups showed increased serum level of TNF-?,increased systemic arterial blood pressure,long latency in finding the safe platform and decreased number of neurons in CA1 region of hippocampus.Conclusion Prenatal exposure to LPS or zymosan results in hypertension and disturbance of learning and memory.
