1.The causes and some recommendations to reduce the occurences of residues following intracranial aneurysm clipping
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2003;0(5):32-35
3 cases of intracranial aneurismal residue following clipping at Viet Duc Hospital were studied. The causes of this condition were anatomical and technical. It is necessary to identified prior surgery the cause of hemorrhage, to limit the disruption of aneurism, to expose entirely the neck of aneurism before the setting of clip and to explore throughly the place of clip- Anterigraphy or systematic Xray control should be made for checking the results

2.Intracerebral artericvenous malformation in association with aneurysm
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2004;10():29-32
This association had been reported for long time with a frequency of 2.7-23% of cases of intracerebral arteriovenous connection. This association increases the risk of cerebral meningo hemorrhage. 3 cases of cerebral meningo hemorrhage associated with intracerebral arteriovenous connective malformation were studied retrospectively and treated at Viet Duc Hospital from January 1999 to January 2004. The presence of aneurysm in cerebral arteriovenous connection was an important predictive factor for the hemorrhage possibility, leading to cerebral hemorrhage

3.Operative results of malformation of cerebral arterio-venous fistula
Journal of Preventive Medicine 2001;11(4):34-37
Meningocerebral haemorrhage due to the rupture of malformation of cerebral arterio venous fistula is neurosurgical emegency that requires the radical management to prevent from relapsed haemorrhage. Currently in Vietnam, the operation for malformation removal is an unique technique. The restrespective study on 16 cases suffered the rupture of malformation of cerebral arterio venous fistula in Vietduc during 1999-2000 showed the encourage results. 81.3% of malformations were radically removed, 18.7% of malformation were partial removed and experienced ligation of artery the outcomes: good (81%) and no death

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2001;11(4):14-18
A retrospective study on 14 case of ruptured cerebral cranial carotid aneurysm operated in Viet Duc Hospital during 1998 - 2000 has shown that the clinical outcome and method of operation found well in 78.6% of patients. The time for operation was usually late (often 2-3 weeks of bleeding).

5.Research progress of AIM2 in tumor
Practical Oncology Journal 2017;31(2):175-178
Absent in melanoma 2(AIM2),as a cytoplasmic DNA sensor, can perceive the cytoplasmic dsDNA which released by the cells infected with DNA virus or bacteria.AIM2 will be raised by Apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD to produce inflammation complex, activate of Caspase-1,promote the maturation, and secretion of IL-1β and IL-18,or lead to pyroptosis.AIM2 plays an importation role in initiating immunity.Recent research shows that AIM2 has an influence on the occurrence and progress in tumor,it acts as a tumor suppressor and inhibits tumor progression in liver and breast carcinoma;However,AIM2 shows the carcinogenic effect of promoting tumor development on cervical carcinoma and oral squamous cell carcinoma. These results contribute to the diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumor.
6.Memory retrieval-extinction paradigm and its application on drug addicts
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2016;25(12):1138-1141
Based on the traditional fear extinction training paradigm, the retrieval-extinction para-digm rewrites fear memory within the reconsolidation window, and reduces their fear response by decreasing the valence of fear stimulus. From the perspective of psychology, the main reason of addicts relapse is that the intensive memory of the painful experience inspired when protracted withdrawal symptoms of drug depend-ence. The reduction of the sensitivity of drug related memory, which is the key of drug detoxification is to change the memory caused by drug related cues. The retrieval-extinction paradigm provides no drug treatment and a new non-invasive model for addicts, and a new perspective to reduce the relapse rate, and to improve the quality of life of addicts. We can do empirical research which using memory retrieval-estinction paradigm on drug addicts in the future. The memory retrieval paradigm can be applied to empirical research in drug ad-dicts in future.
7.Correlation between BRAF gene mutation and papillary thyroid carcinoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2017;29(3):211-213
Papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) is a common tumor in endocrine system with unclear pathogenesis. The study has shown that the stimulation of cell growth, differentiation and gene mutation factors act together on the thyroid gland cells to transform into tumor cells from normal cells. A variety of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes are involved in the development of PTC. In recent years, the study has found that BRAF gene mutation has a close relationship with the pathogenesis and prognosis of PTC. Mutated BRAF gene affects the occurrence and development of PTC owing to the regulation by RAS protein kinase and the application of biological function by activating MAPK signaling pathways.
8.Influence of ischemia/reperfusion on characteristics of membrane potassium channels of human renal tubule epithelial cells
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(11):-
Objective:To observe the influence of ischemia/reperfusion(simulated by anoxia) on the characteristics of K~(+) channels in renal tubular epithelial cells. Methods: Healthy renal tubule epithelial cells were divided into normal control group(cultured in serum-free RPMI 1640 medium),anoxic group(treated with antimycin A + serum-free RPMI 1640 medium),and oxidative stress group(H_(2)O_(2)+ serum-free RPMI 1640 medium)(n=15).The whole-cell patch clamp technique was used to examine the characteristics of K~(+) channels in renal tubular epithelial cells. Results: The transmembrane K~(+) current in tubular epithelial cells was voltage-dependent and could be blocked by K~(+) channel blocker Ba~(2+).The transmembrane potential levels in anoxic group and oxidative stress group were remarkably higher than that in normal control group(P
9.Therapeutic effect analysis of surgical treatment for carcinoma of the head of pancreas in 97 cases
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To analyze therapeutic effect of surgical treatment for carcinoma of the head of pancreas and study the operative indication and model of carcinoma of the head of pancreas. Methods:The clinical data of 97 patients with carcinoma of the head of pancreas were analyzed retrospectively from 2000 to 2004.Results:41 patients underwent pancreatoduodenectomy,13 patients underwent pancreatoduodenectomy with PV/SMV resection, palliative hepaticojejunostomy was performed to the rest. All the patients who underwent palliative resection were died in lyear after the operation, the 1,3-year survival rate of patients undergoing PD was 58.5% and 26.8% respectively, the 1,3-year survival rate of patients undergoing PD with vascular resection was 53.8% and 23.1% respectively. Conclusion:PD is the only way to cure.carcinoma of the head of pancreas,PD with vascular resection can increase the resection rate and the survival on the condition of strict indication.
10.Different Implantation Way of ~(125)I Seeds Stent in the Treatment of Unresectable Esophageal Cancer.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(01):-
0.05)in group B.Conclusions The method of intraluminal irradiation ~(125)I seeds stent in the treatment of unresectable esophageal cancer is effective. No significant difference was found between two implantation ways of ~(125)I seeds.Implantation with a distance of 1cm between the layers of ~(125)I seeds stent was more helpful to decreased relapes of malignant esophageal obstruction.
