1.Related Anatomy Study and Transjugular Interventional Treatment of Iliofemoral Deep Venous Thrombosis
Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(03):-
To study the related anatomy of iliofemoral deep venous thrombosis (DVT) through autopsy, CT and venography. Anotomic factors are very important in iliofemoral DVT. 4 cases iliofemoral DVT were treated with transjugular catheter-directed thromobolysis with urokinase or thrombolysis + PAT + stent. Technical and clinical success rates were 75% (3/4) There were no serous complications. Conclusion: This method is safe and effective.
2.The diagnosis and treatment of traumatic duodenal injury
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the prognostic factors and managements of the duodenal trauma.Meth- ods Clinical data of duodena trauma from January 1988 to September 2005 were collected and retrospectively anal- ysed. Results One case(4.76%)got preoperative diagnosis, and 20(95.2%)missed and 4(19.04%)died,compli- cations occurred in 6(28.5%),duodenal fistula and abdomina abscess were the major complications. Conclusion The rate of confirmed diagnosis is quite low,and early laparotomy,anti-infection and surgical nutrition are the key factor to reducing death rates and its complications.
6.A summary of service for persons with dyslexia in libraries of USA
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(3):43-47
Described in this paper are the definition of dyslexia, service for persons with dyslexia in domestic and foreign libraries, and the practices in relation with the service for persons with dyslexia in libraries of USA, such as law support, service provided by US Congress Library, and Bookshare service, in an attempt to provide reference for such service in domestic libraries.
7.Dendritic cell vaccines in glioma treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):596-598
Dendritic cell ( DC)-based tumor vaccine is applied to the gliomas treatment. Target selection heightens the specificity of DC vaccine, while obtaining of highly immunogenic long-lived and more effective DC vaccines by genetic engineering to antiapoptotic protein gene transfer. With the accumulation of clinical experience, the clinical curative effect of DC vaccine has been materially improved.
8.Clinical analysis of treating hernia with Lichtenstein's tension-free hernioplasty in 178 cases.
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(10):1632-1633
Objective To study the standard operating methods and skills of Lichtenstein's tenaion-free her-nioplasty for treating groin hernia and the methods of reducing the postoperative complication and recrudescence. Methods Clinical data of treating greinhemia in 178 eases at Department of General Surgery, Luan People's Hospi-tal were reviewed and analyzed. Results On average, each operation needs 50 minutes and the patients spend 4 days in hospital. After 2~3 weeks, the patients can restore the daily activity and manual labour. There were 9 cases of uri-nary retention after operation,5 cases of scrotum haematoma's accumulating liquid,7 cases of the cut fat deliques-cing, 14 cases of various pain and numbness in groin area and 1 case of hernia recrudescence. Conclusion Lichten-stein's tension-free hemioplasty is a perfect surgical operation method which has many advantages, such as minimal trauma, rapid recovery, simple operation sequence, and less postoperative complication and recrudescence. It is in keeping with anatomy physiology.
9.One case of pleomorphic adenoma originates from inferior nasal turbinate.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(20):1622-1622
Pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is the most common benign tumor of the salivary glands. Originating from the nasal cavity is very rare. This paper reports one case of pleomorphic adenoma of the inferior nasal turbinate to analyze the clinic characteristic of this disease. Although these tumors are rarely seen in everyday practice, one should consider this possibility as an uncommon aetiology when confronted with an intranasal mass.

10.The Treatment for Malignant Tracheal Stenosis with Nitinol Memory Alloy Stent
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the therapeutic method and effects of malignant tracheal stenosis with nitinol memory alloy stents. Methods Seventeen patients with malignant tracheal stenosis were treated by nitinol memory alloy stents.Of them,13 patients underwent chemotherapy or chemotherapy and radiotherapy after stents set. Results Eighteen tracheal stents were placed in 17 patients through interventional method, with 100% successful rate. All patients had made immediate disappearance in dyspnea.Followed-up time was taken for 1 to 11 months with no restenosis and stent migration. Conclusion Under fluoroscopic guidance, tracheal stent placement is a safe, rapid and reliable proceduce for treating malignant tracheal stenosis.
