Objective To explore the effects of childhood abuse on leptin level in blood plasma of adult depression patients.Methods 106 depression patients were included in this study.Children abuse status,severity of depression anxiety were assessed with the childhood trauma questionnaire (CTQ),Hamil-ton rating scale for depression ( HAMD) and Hamilton rating scale for anxiety ( HAMA) .According to CTQ score subjects were divided into abuse group ( n=38) and non-abuse group ( n=68) .Leptin levels were de-termined using the Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay.Results Of 106 depression patients 35.85%( n=38) had been abused in childhood according to the result of CTQ score.There were significant differences between the abuse group and the non-abuse group in the age of first onset,sex ratio,the total score of the HAMD-24,the total score of HAMA.Leptin level of abuse group ((4.989±2.820)μg/L) was lower than that in non-abuse group((7.324±4.941)μg/L, P<0.05) and control group ((9.811±7.353)μg/L, P<0.01).Leptin level in non-abuse group was lower than that in control group ( P<0.01).Conclusion Childhood abuse obviously influences lep-tin levels of adult depression patients,which may be a risk factor of adult depression development.

Since the China's new healthcare reform has launched , beneficial policies introduced by the central and local governments has promoted the rapid development of private hospitals .This paper taking Sichuan Province as an ex-ample analyzes the development of private hospitals from four points of view:hospital amount, scale, location and services package, using 2002—2014 hospital-level data, which provides decision support for formulating and improving relative pol-icies.As per the analysis of the data at hand , it has been confirmed that private sector has developed quickly during the 13 years, with the number of hospitals increasing by 19.2%annually.Private hospitals were mainly of small-scale.Although the proportion of services provided by privates sector has grown yearly , it was merely 14.5%in 2014.The hospital location that the private sector selected concentrated mainly in developed regions , but the proportion of private hospital in the un-derdeveloped region has risen steadily .In terms of types of service provided , there were certain differences between private and public sector.Compared to the public sector, the private sector provided a higher proportion of specialized medical services, concentrating on otolaryngology , cosmetic plastic surgery , cardiovascular services , etc.

BACKGROUND:Core decompression and autogenous bone grafts are widely used in treatment of early avascular necrosis of femoral head. According to the report, the success rate of this therapy has obvious difference;the reasons may be related to inaccurate puncture location and secondary damnification of repeated puncture. OBJECTIVE:To reconstruct three-dimensional model of femoral head necrosis by Mimics software for reappearance of lesions in the necrotic area to realize measurement of necrotic area of the femoral head and estimation of its volume. METHODS:We restructured images by using multi-slice spiral CT Syngommvvp VE23A workstation, Inspace software and NeuroDSA software. Hip CT data in DICOM format were imported into Mimics 13.0 software systems. Necrotic area of the femoral head was reconstructed with Mimics SimuIation software to truly reproduce the integrated form, scope and stereochemical structure of the necrotic area so as to achieve the measurement of the necrotic area of the femoral head and the volume estimation. We designed the best core decompression channel, simulated core decompression surgery, so that the patients could refer to the best simulated decompression path in the operation of core decompression. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) Among 36 patients (48 hips) with avascular necrosis of femoral head, there were phase I in 8 hips, accounting for 17%, phase II in 28 hips, accounting for 58%, and phase III in 12 hips, accounting for 25%. (2) The volume of necrotic area was (1 475.48±647.342) mm3 in the phase I, (4 571.77±2 344.55) mm3 in the phase II, and (4 836.46±2 969.33) mm3 in the phase III. (3) We simulated the core decompression based on the radius of the sphere of the necrotic area as parameter in the Mimics Simulation software module, and then completely cleared the necrotic area. (4) Surgery can more clearly understand information and stereochemical structure of the necrotic area with Mimics software to simulate the core decompression. It is the theoretical basis of operation.

In order to get more pulse diagram valuable information, we summarized the traditional acceleration in the pulse chart based on the calculation of a new high-precision calculation of the acceleration pulse graph algorithms, being suitable for a large amount of data to adapt to requirements of high-resolution digital pulse diagram analysis, optimizing the acceleration pulse mapping process, reducing the impact of noise on data analysis, and improving the ability to distinguish details of the image. In addition, we used the spectrum analysis diagram for high-precision acceleration pulse. By doing so, we overcomed the traditional acceleration noise in the pulse data as the large loss, we found flat pulse, slippery pulse, taut pulse acceleration spectrum of feature points in the new Chinese medical traditional pulses. We then were able to recognize the pulse diagram calculated at the acceleration level to identify the frequency domain.

Objective To investigate the relationship of the initiative-aggressive behavior and D2S1338,D19S433 loci.Methods PCR and electrophoresis method were used to conduct genotype analysis on D2S1338 and D19S433 in the peripheral blood of 187 male initiative-aggressive violent offenders and 459 healthy men living in Jiangsu area.Results D2S1338 and D19S433 loci in initiative-aggressive behavior group and healthy group were found to coincide with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P ＞ 0.05).There were significant difference in locus D19S433 (P ＜ 0.05)between initiative-aggressive behavior group and healthy group,but not on locus D2S1338 (P＞0.05).Univariate analysis showed significant differences at allele 14.2 and genotype 14-14 on locus D19S433 between the two groups (P =0.0011,P =0.0008) with the OR values being 0.50 (95 ％ CI:0.33-0.76) and 3.49(95％ CI:1.62-7.52),respectively.Conclusion Locus D19S433 may be related to with initiative-aggressive behavior with allele 14.2 being the resistant factor and genotype 14-14 being the susceptible factor.

Objective To study the short-term clinical efficacy and its possible mechanism of refractory hypertension(RH) treated by continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods Thirty-four MHD patients with RH treated with CVVH enrolled in the treatment group,all these patients were treatment of 2 -3 times,each time 8 - 10 hours. Thirty MHD patients with wellcontroled blood pressure were recruited as control. Changes of blood pressure, dry weight, plasma levels of parathyroid hormone (PTH), renin ( RA), angiotensin Ⅰ , Ⅱ ( AT Ⅰ , AT Ⅱ ), aldosterone ( Ald ) were observed before and after hemodialysis. Results In the treatment group,compared with pre-treatment, the blood pressure decreased significantly with an effective rate of 64.7% and efficient rate of 100. 0%. Before treatment, plasma RA was ([1.10 ±0.25] μg/(L · h)and [0:78 ±0.26] μg/(L · h),AT Ⅰ was [0.89 ±0.21] μg/L and [ 0. 52 ± 0. 14 ] μg/L, AT Ⅱ was [ 177.68 ± 89.46 ] ng/L and [ 89. 25 ± 12. 84 ] ng/L, Ald was [72. 06 ± 11.47 ]ng/L and [ 48.92 ± 8. 65 ] ng/L, PTH was [ 306. 81 ± 69. 37 ] ng/L and [ 248.76 ± 134. 62 ] ng/L in the treatment and control group respectively. All the measurements in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05 ). In the treatment group, compared to pre-treatment, plasma RA significantly decreased ( [ 1.10 ± 0. 25 ]μg/ ( L · h) vs [ 0. 76 ± 0. 17 ] μg/( L · h ), as well as AT Ⅰ ( [ 0. 89 ±0.21]μg/L vs [0.50 ±0.12] μg/L),ATⅡ([177.68±89.46]ng/L vs [ 87.13±14.22] ng/L),Ald ([72.06±11.47]ng/Lvs [ 46. 01± 9. 86 ] ng/L ) and PTH ( [ 306. 81 ±69.37]ng/L vs [ 186.53 ±32.93 ] ng/L) ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). However, there was no significant changes in the above mentioned measurements between before and after hemodialysis in the control group (P ＞ 0. 05). Conclusion CVVH may be an effective methods in the treatment of MHD patients with RH, and its antihypertensive mechanisms may be that CVVH can effectively remove the excess water in the body, and reduce plasma RA, AT Ⅰ , AT Ⅱ ,Ald and PTH levels.

Objective To study the application of P1 adhesin protein epitopes in diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(Mp) infected patient. Methods The major epitope(P1-534) of P1 adhesin protein were predicted by ProPred and ANTIGENIC according to its primary structure. The high value fragment was cloned into a constructed recombinant vector. The gene was induced to express fusion protein in E. coli host strain BL21(DE3) and the fusion protein was identified by Western blot. BALB/c mice were immunized with purified protein to test its immunogenicity. Then the purified protein was used as antigen to test the serum of Mp infected patient by ELISA, and compared with the Mp whole cell antigen. Results The P1-534 protein was successfully expressed and purified. ELISA data showed that P1-534 protein could elicit high levels of IgG in immunized mice, the sensitivity and specificity of P1-534 were determined to be 85.00% and 97.67%, while the Mp whole cell antigen were 72.50% and 74.42%. Conclusion The results conformed that the recombinant epitope has certain immunogenicity,and its sensitivity and specificity are better than Mp whole cell antigen. P1-534 protein can be used as an antigen for immunodiagnosis of Mp infection.

Objective To investigate disorders in calcium and phosphorus metabolism and abnormity in parathyroid function and their related factors in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods We collected serum Hb,SCr,BUN,calcium,phosphorus,iPTH,high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),albumin and calculated albumin-corrected Ca and Kt/V from 198 patients with MHD in Jing'an District Central Hospital,Shanghai from Jan.2009 to Dec.2010.The calcium and phosphorus metabolism and parathyroid function were evaluated according to the guidelines of bone metabolism and controlling of bone disease in Kidney Disease Outcome Quality Initiative(KDOQI)recommended by National Kidney Foundation of the United States.198 patients were classified into the standard group(150-300 ng/L),lower than the standard group(＜150 ng/L)and higher than the standard group(＞ 300 ng/L)according to serum iPTH levels.Results In the 198 cases,110 cases were normal in serum Ac-Ca(55.6％); 118 cases were normal in serum phosphorus (59.6％); 143 cases were normal in Ca × P(72.3％); 39 cases were normal in iPTH(19.7％).All four items up to the standard were 28 cases(14.1％)among 198 cases.However,132(66.7％)patients showed lower than 150 ng/L in serum iPTH.The average serum iPTH gradually decreased with age.The senior patients demonstrated the highest average serum Hs-CRP,the lowest average serum phosphorus and the lowest albumin.There were no statistical significance in sex,hemodialysis duration,diabetes,blood pressure,Hb,Bun,SCr,Ac-Ca and Kt/V among three groups.Conclusion The disorders in calcium and phosphorus metabolism and abnormity in parathyroid function is common in the MHD patients.We should pay attention to hypofunction of parathyroid gland in the patients with MHD,which may be related to aging,malnutrition and potential infection.These findings need further investigation.

This study was aimed to observe effects ofDendrobium ofifcinaleKimura et Migo on cardiac function and changes of blood vessel in rabbits with coronary heart disease (CHD).Thirty clean grade healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups, which were the control group, model group,Dendrobium low-dose (DLD), middle-dose (DMD), and high-dose (DHD) group, with 6 rabbits in each group. Constrictor ring was implanted in the left coronary artery to establish CHD model in the model group, DLD, DMD and DHD groups. Intragastric administration of Dendrobium decoction at the dose of 10, 20, and 40 g·kg-1 was given to rabbits in the DLD, DMD and DHD groups once a day for 21 consecutive days, respectively. The same volume of normal saline was given to the control group and the model group. Detections were made on levels of IL-8, TNF-α, VCAM-1, ICAM-1, the expression of actin, changes of LVSP, LVEDP,±dp/dtmax, BPs, BPd and morphologic changes of blood vessel. The results showed that compared with the control group, levels of IL-8, TNF-α, VCAM-1, ICAM-1 and the expression of actin increased or significantly increased in the model group with statistical significance (P< 0.05, orP< 0.01); LVEDP increased significantly (P< 0.01). However, LVSP,±dp/dtmax and BPs reduced (P< 0.05, orP< 0.01). The blood vessel wall became thicker. Compared with the model group, IL-8, TNF-α, VCAM-1, ICAM-1 and the expression of actin in the DMD and DHD group reduced or significantly reduced with statistical significance (P< 0.05, orP< 0.01); LVEDP reduced significantly in the DMD and DHD group with statistical significance (P< 0.01). While, LVSP,±dp/dtmax and BPs increased or significantly increased with statistical significance (P< 0.05, orP< 0.01). The thickening of blood vessel wall was inhibited. It was concluded thatDendrobium ofifcinale Kimura et Migo can improve cardiac function, which may take effect by improving and inhibiting pathologic changes of blood vessel and alleviating vessel injury.

Objective To explore the effect of childhood abuse on suicidal ideation and the influencing factors among recruits.Methods Through stratified sampling,505 recruits in Nanjing were tested by childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ),Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS),Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale(SIOSS) and Beck Hopelessness Scale (BHS).Results 1.The scores of suicidal ideation and hopelessness in recruits who had childhood abuse were significantly higher than those in control group ((5.56±4.58) vs (2.11±2.79),(5.93±3.01)vs (3.10±2.27),P＜0.01).2.The score of positive coping in recruits who had childhood abuse was significantly lower than that in control group(18.98±6.16 vs 23.27±7.45; P＜0.05).The score of negative coping in recruits who had childhood abuse was significantly higher than that in control group(9.27±5.04 vs 23.27±7.45; P＜0.01).3.The scores of social support in recruits who had childhood abuse were significantly lower than that in control group ((69.38± 10.43),(20.16±3.97),(25.73±3.68),(22.82±5.52) vs(75.55±9.67),(23.25±2.50),(27.56±3.51),(24.67±5.33) ; P＜0.05).4.The score of total CTQ was positively correlated with suicidal ideation,hopelessness,negative coping(r=0.379,0.402,0.228; P＜0.01),but negatively correlated with active coping style,social support(r=-0.285,-0.302; P＜0.01).Conclusion The recruits who had childhood abuse are susceptible to suicidal ideation.The negative coping style and lacking of social support may be the main factors to the suicidal ideation.
