1.EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON THE RENAL VESSELS LIGATION IN RABBITS

36 rabbits were divided into control and experimental groups.In the experimen-tal group,the left renal artery was ligated or the left renal artery and vein wereligated simultaneously.All the animals were alive.After 3—8 months of the opera-tion,the rabbits were killed.The establishment of collateral circulation and theanatomical,histological and histochemical changes of the kidny were observed.The resultsobtained were as follows:1.Ligation of the left renal vessels causes atrophy of theleft kidney on account of the failure of collateral circulation establishment.Theright kidney of the experimental group showed obviously compensatory hypertrophy.The weight of the compensatory hypertrophied kidneys obviously increased.2.Thecompensatory hypertrophic growth of kidneys is due to the hypertrophy of existingn(?)phrons and the hyperplasia connective tissue.3.comparison of the controls,inthe JGI,PAS and AlP reactions with the compensatory hypertrophied kidneys,there were no striking differences.The results suggest that the compensatory hyper-trophied kidneys were normal at least on the renin secretion and reabsorption func-tion.
2.Spray Drying Process of Anshen Bumian Granules

Objective To optimize spray drying process of Anshen bumian granules. Methods By using orthogonal design method, moisture content, powder rate and berberine hydrochloride content were indexes, and optimum technological conditions were determined. Results Proportion of microcrystalline cellulose, lactose and maltodextrin was 2??1??2. The extract was fed in at 6%. Optimum feeding in/out temperature for spray drying is 145 ℃ /85 ℃, liquid velocity was 30 mL??min-1 , and relative density of extract was 1. 15. Conclusion The process is reasonable and practical, has strong stability and good controllability, and it provides a basis for industrialized production.
3. Intervening effect of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells for silica-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats

OBJECTIVE: To explore the intervening effects of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs) for pulmonary fibrosis of rats exposed to silica dust at different stages. METHODS: Specific pathogen free SD rats were randomly divided into model group,2-week group,4-week group and control group with 6 rats in each group(half males and half females). Rats of the first three groups were one-time endotracheally injected with 0. 5 mL aseptic silica suspension at 30 g/L mass concentration. Rats of control group were injected with 0. 5 mL 0. 90% sodium chloride solution. Rats of 2-week group and 4-week group were injected with 0. 5 mL BMMSCs suspension with cell density was 5 × 10~9/L at 2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively after silica dust exposure,while model group and control group were injected with aseptic 0. 90% sodium chloride solution in the same volume. After that all rats were examined by lung computed tomography(CT) scan,pathological sections were observed,lung coefficient were measured,lung tissue hydroxyproline(HYP) content and serum transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) concentration were investigated at the 12 th week after silica dust exposure. RESULTS: Lung CT image showed clean lung field and clear pulmonary parenchyma in control group.Multiple and diffused high density granular shadows of different size and streak/reticular fiber shadows in model group;diffused distribution of very small granular shadows in 2-week group; granular shadows and local reticular fiber shadows in 4-week group,and either the size or the area of granular shadows was smaller than model group. The lung CT value,lung coefficient,lung tissue HYP content and serum TGF-β1 concentration of model group,2-week group and 4-week group were higher than those of control group(P < 0. 05). The lung CT value,lung tissue HYP content and serum TGF-β1 concentration of control group,2-week group,4-week group and model group were elevated in turn(P < 0. 05),while the lung coefficient of model group and 4-week group was higher than that of 2-week group respectively(P < 0. 05).CONCLUSION: BMMSCs could delay pulmonary fibrosis caused by silica dust,and the protective effect is better at early stage than later stage of fibrosis.

Gastric cancer with hemorrhage and cerebral infarction is a serious complica-tion with poor prognosis in clinic. Although the incidence rate is extremely low, the fatality and disability rates are very high. In addition, the opposition in treatment between the two complica-tions increases the difficulty of clinical diagnosis and treatment. The authors report the diagnosis and treatment of a gastric cancer patient with hemorrhage and new cerebral infarction, in order to to provide reference for related treatments.
5.Study of brain regions of normal tension glaucoma patients by functional con-nectivity technology in resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging based on V1 region seed point

Objective To study the brain functional connectivity(FC)changes in patients with normal tension glau-coma(NTG)and healthy volunteers using FC technique of resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)based on V1 region seed point(ROI),so as to explore the pathogenesis and early diagnosis of NTG.Methods Fourteen NTG patients(NTG group)who met the inclusion criteria and 14 healthy controls(HCs group)were enrolled.The clinical data of all subjects were collected,and rs-fMRI was performed in both groups.The magnetic resonance data was pre-pro-cessed by software,and bilateral A1 regions were taken as the ROI to analyze their correction with the whole brain voxel time series and obtain the FC value between the ROI and the whole brain by comparison of FC values in resting state be-tween the groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between FC value in the brain regions with significant differences with the ROI and clinical variables in the NTG group.Results Compared with the subjects in the HCs group,there were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,body weight,cup-disc ratio and 24 h mean intraocular pressure of patients in the NTG group(all P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of both eyes and peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer thickness(RNFLT)(all P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that FC value of the brain regions with abnormal FC to V1 region were cor-related with RNFLT in the NTG group(P<0.05).ROI1-left superior frontal gyrus,ROI1-right superior frontal gyrus,ROI2-left cingulate gyrus and ROI2-right middle frontal gyrus were significantly positively correlated with RNFLT(all P<0.05).Compared with the HCs group,the brain regions with reduced FC to the right ROI in the NTG group were the left superior frontal gyrus and right superior frontal gyrus;the brain regions with reduced FC to the left ROI were the left cingulate gyrus and right middle frontal gyrus.Conclusion Compared to healthy individuals,NTG patients have significant changes in the functional connections between certain specific brain regions and V1 region,including bilateral superior frontal gyrus,left cingulate gyrus,and middle frontal gyrus.The changes in brain functional activity may be caused by visual dysfunction caused by NTG,leading to functional impairment of the visual and cognitive emotion processing brain regions,which may be one of the potential neuropathological mechanisms in NTG patients.
6.Research on the macular microcirculation status and visual function changes of normal tension glaucoma patients

Objective To explore the changes in macular microcirculation status and visual function in patients with normal tension glaucoma(NTG)using the optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)and microperimeter MP-3 and analyze the correlation between the two.Methods In this cross-sectional observational study,17 NTG patients(30 eyes)were collected as the NTG group and then divided into mild,moderate and severe NTG subgroups according to the severity of the disease.During the same period,13 healthy subjects(23 eyes)with the same age and gender distribution were selected as the control group.OCTA was used to obtain linear density(LD)and perfusion density(PD)of superficial retinal vessels in the macular area.The microperimeter MP-3 was used to measure retinal sensitivity(RS)within 10° and fixation rate at 2° and 4° of the macular area.The OCTA parameters and microperimeter MP-3 parameters were compared among all groups,and the correlation between OCTA parameters and microperimeter MP-3 parameters in NTG patients was analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in LD and PD between the control group and the mild NTG sub-group in the central and nasal sides of the macula;the LD and PD in the remaining regions and overall average LD and PD showed a gradual downward trend in the control group and the mild,moderate and severe NTG subgroups.Compared with the control group,the RS of the mild NTG subgroup was lower in the inferior and temporal regions of the macular area.The RS of each region and overall average RS in the macular area decreased with the aggravation of the NTG.In the NTG group,LD and PD were significantly positively correlated with RS in each region and overall average RS in the macular area(all P<0.05).In the NTG group,LD and PD were positively correlated with P2 in some regions of the macular area.Con-clusion Compared with the control group,the macular microcirculation status and visual function of NTG patients signif-icantly decreased with the progression of the disease;there is a significant correlation between macular LD and RS in NTG patients.
7.Correlation between knee hyperextension gait and lower limb muscle activation in stroke patients with hemiplegia

ObjectiveTo explore the correlation among knee hyperextension angle, lower limb joints kinematics parameters and the activation of main muscles of lower limb in stroke hemiplegic patients with knee hyperextension during walking. MethodsFrom August, 2020 to September, 2021, 24 stroke hemiplegic patients with knee hyperextension and 24 healthy subjects matched with sex, age, height and body mass with knee hyperextension were analyzed with three-dimensional gait analysis system and the wireless surface electromyography acquisition system, to record the range of motion of pelvis, hip, knee and ankle joints in sagittal plane, and the activation of bilateral gluteus maximus, biceps femoris, vastus medialis and gastrocnemius medialis. ResultsAs the maximum of knee hyperextension, range of motion of the joints in sagittal plane and the activation of the muscles were different between the patients and the healthy subjects during the single-support phase of walking (|t| > 3.080, P < 0.01), and the maximum of knee hyperextension correlated with the activation of gluteus maximus in the patients (r = -0.532, P < 0.01), and the range of motion of ankle plantar flexion in both the patients and the healthy subjects (r > 0.686, P < 0.001). ConclusionThe correction for knee hyperextension gait in stroke hemiplegic patients may not only need to pay attention to knee joint control, but also need further treatment of ankle control and hip muscle function.
8. Screening of allergens of trichloroethylene-induced occupational medicamentosa-like dermatitis

OBJECTIVE: To screen the allergens of trichloroethylene-induced occupational medicamentosa-like dermatitis( OMDT) by patch test,and explore methods for OMDT auxiliary diagnosis and trichloroethylene( TCE) allergic population screening. METHODS: A total of 20 subjects diagnosed with OMDT were selected as case group,and 22 nonOMDT healthy workers exposed to TCE≥12 weeks were selected as control group. Different concentrations of TCE and its main metabolites such as chloral hydrate( CH),trichloroethanol( TCOH) and trichloroacetic acid( TCA) were used as allergens in a skin patch test in workers of these two groups. Another 20 new workers exposed to TCE < 12 weeks without OMDT were tested as validation group. They were tested with a patch test at a mass fraction of 15. 00% CH and follow-up observations were performed until 12 weeks of TCE exposure. RESULTS: The patch test of TCE,CH,TCOH and TCA were negative in the control group. In the case group,the patch test positive rate for 50. 00% TCE was 10. 00%,the patch tests were negative in 25. 00%,10. 00% and 5. 00% TCE. The CH patch test positive rate was 100. 00% with the CH mass concentrations of 15. 00%,10. 00% and 5. 00%. The TCOH patch test positive rates were 90. 00%,75. 00% and50. 00%,with the corresponding concentration of 5. 00%,0. 50% and 0. 05%. The TCA patch test positive rates were50. 00% and 0. 00% with the TCA concentrations of 5. 00% and 0. 50% respectively. When the mass concentration was5. 00%,the patch test positive rates in case group from high to low were CH,TCOH,TCA and TCE( P < 0. 01). And the patch test positive rates of CH and TCOH showed no statistical significant difference( P > 0. 05). The patch test positive rate of TCOH increased with increase of TCOH mass concentrations( P < 0. 01). The patch test positive rates for 5. 00%TCA was higher than that of 0. 50% TCA( P < 0. 01). The patch test positive rate in 0. 50% TCOH was higher than that of 0. 50% TCA( P < 0. 01). In the validation group,the patch test of 15. 00% CH was negative,and there was no OMDT case found during the follow-up 12 weeks of TCE exposure. CONCLUSION: The metabolites CH and TCOH of TCE may be the main allergens of OMDT after exposure to TCE. The CH and TCOH patch test can be an auxiliary diagnosis method for OMDT. The CH patch test could be used as a method for screening population allergic to TCE.
9. Observation and measurement of silicosis animal model by PET-CT

OBJECTIVE: To explore the feasibility of dynamic observation and measurement of living silicosis rat model by using small animal positron emission tomography( PET)-computed tomography( CT). METHODS: Specific pathogens free SD rats were divided into model group and control group. The silicosis rat model was established by one-time endotracheal injection of 30 g/L silica suspension,while the control group rats were injected of isopyknic 0. 9% sodium chloride solution. Six rats from each group were randomly selected for CT scan from 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,6th,8th and 12 th week after silica injection using the small animal PET-CT. CT value and standardized uptake value( SUV) of18F-fluorodeoxyglucose were measured. Lung tissue was collected for pathological sections. The levels of hydroxyproline( HYP) of lung tissue and serum transforming growth factor β1( TGF-β1) and interleukin-1( IL-1) were measured.RESULTS: Pathological sections of rats of model group showed inflammatory exudation,inflammation reduced and fibrosis increased with extended time. The results are identical with findings in PET-CT. Lung SUV of rats in model group in the1st-3rd weeks were higher than that in control group in the same time point( P < 0. 05) and decreased by the increasing time during the 1st-4 th weeks of dust injection( P < 0. 05). Lung CT values of model group in the 1st-12 th weeks were higher than that of control group in the same 7 time points( P < 0. 05) and decreased in the 1st-6th weeks and then increased in the 6th-12th weeks by the increasing time of dust injection( P < 0. 05). Lung coefficients and HYP levels of model group in the 7 time points were higher than that of control group in the same 7 time points( P < 0. 05). Lung coefficients decreased in 1st-4th weeks and lung HYP levels increased in 6th-12th weeks with the increasing time of dust injection( P < 0. 05). Excepted of the 3rd and 4th weeks,serum TGF-β1 levels of model group in other 5 time-points were higher than that of control group in the same 5 time points( P < 0. 05) and decreased in the 1st-4th weeks( P < 0. 05)then increased in the 4th-8th weeks( P < 0. 05) by the increasing time of dust injection. Serum IL-1 levels of model group in the 1st-4th weeks were higher than that of control group in the same 4 time points( P < 0. 05) and decreased by the increasing time of dust injection( P < 0. 05) and decreased by the increasing time of dust injection( P < 0. 05).CONCLUSION: Early inflammation and terminal fibrosis of living silicosis rat model could be observed effectively by small animal PET-CT,which can be used as a new approach for dynamic tracing silicosis in rat models.
10. Clinical pathway on occupational medicamentosa-like dermatitis due to trichloroethylene

OBJECTIVE: To establish the clinical pathway of occupational medicamentosa-like dermatitis due to trichloroethylene(OMDT).METHODS: OMDT was selected as the clinical disease category.The diagnosis and treatment schemes of OMDT were determined and the clinical pathway was developed on the basis of evidence-based medicine,clinical data analysis,and the expert opinion as well as GBZ 185—2006 Diagnostic Criteria of Occupational Medicamentosa-like Dermatitis due to Trichloroethylene.The initial clinical validation was performed.RESULTS: We formulated the clinical pathway of OMDT for medical staffs,including standard hospitalization procedures(including normative use of glucocorticoids),Clinical Path Form,and Informed Consent for Glucocorticoid Therapy.The Clinical Pathway Notification of OMDT for patients or their family members was established.Based on the initial clinical verifications,the clinical pathway was conducive to optimize the medical process,none of the patients suffered from rebounds and complications,and the awareness of OMDT and satisfaction with treatments were improved.CONCLUSION: The clinical pathway for OMDT is scientific and reasonable,which is suitable for use to regulate medical behaviors.
