The influence of medium variety、thermal treatment of the soil samples and inhibitor to the isolation effect of actinomycetes was studied by plate paint isolation methods.The results showed that: ①The isolation results of gauze No.1(GA) and straw decay substance agar(SDSA) might reflect basic station of soil actinomycetes. ②Thermal treatment (120℃?1.0h)in soils might promote actinomycetes spore sprouting and increase the quantity and variety of actinomycetes. The quantity and varieties of actinomycetes in the Soils that were treated with 120℃?1.0h were increased by 5.5%～54.9% and 12.5%～100% than the check of none-thermal treatment respectively. But thermal treatment had no effect on reduce the quantity of bacteria. ③The quantity of bacteria had significant reduction by adding 75?g/mL K 2Cr 2O 7 and 1～3?g/mL penicillin at same time to the isolation medium, and had little effect on the quantity and varieties of actinomycetes. Actinomycetes quantity (?10 6cfu/g) and variety of the treating of 75?g/mL K 2Cr 2O 7 and 1～3?g/mL penicillin in No.1 soil on SDSA medium had reductions by 0～58.8% and 0～18.2% compared with treating of 75?g/mL K 2Cr 2O 7, respectively. ④streptomycin might not been used for bacterteria inhabitor in the isolation of actinomycetes.

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of sodium nilroprusside(SNP) with remifentanil or fentanyl used for controlled hypotension during the pediatric patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) operations. Methods Sixty children undergoing operation were randomly divided into SNP with fentanyl (A group) or remifentanil (B group). Hemodynamic changes in different times and adverse reactions were observed. Results In B group, heart rate was stable and blood pressure declined quickly. The dose of SNP was fewer and hemodynamic changes and recovery from anesthesia were better in B group than in A group. Conclusion Remifentanil could potentiate the hypotensive effect of SNP and decrease adverse reaction.

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of the artificial nerve canal on irritating neuralgia after neurilemmoma resection.Methods Thirty patients diagnosed as neurilemmoma were divided into artificial nerve group and control group at randomly.There were 15 patients in each group.The nerves in artificial nerve group were enclosed using the artificial nerve besides neurilemmoma resection.The nerves in control group only had neurilemmoma resection.All patients were assessed with VAS for the degree of irritating neuralgia at 3 time points after operation.Calculate the incidence of irritating neuralgia and analyze the data using statistical methods.Results In control group,the VAS scores were 7.5,5.1,2.8,and the incidences of irritating neuralgia were 80％,67％,40％,respectively.In artificial nerve group,the VAS scores were 3.2,1.5,0,and the incidences of irritating neuralgia were 33％,13％,0.The VAS scores and the incidences of irritating neuralgia of two groups had significant difference by statistical analysis (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The artificial nerve canal can relieve the degree and decrease the incidence of irritating neuralgia after neurilemmoma resection,which is a useful method to prevent irritating neuralgia in clinic.

OBJECTIVETo study the effect of Wenmaitong (WMT) and its disassembled formulas on the adhesion of monocytes to endothelial cells induced by hyperlipidemic serum to explore the mechanism of WMT on early arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO).

METHODSSerums containing whole WMT and its disassembled formulas, including the formula consisted of warming Jing and boosting qi part (Wenjin Yiqi, WY) and that of promoting blood circulation part (Huoxue Tongmai, HT), as well as the serum contained high concentration of lipids were prepared conventionally, respectively. The adhesion of monocytes cell strain THP-1 to human umbilical vascular endothelial cells (HUVEC) was determined by rose bengal stain method, and ELISA was used to detect expressions of intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM-1), vascular cellular adhesion molecule (VCAM-1) and P-selectin on HUVEC surface.

RESULTSWMT could inhibit THP-1 to HUVEC adhesion induced by hyperlipidemic serum, and down-regulate the expression of ICAM-1, VCAM-1, P-selectin on HUVEC surface, the two disassembled formulas could down-regulate different adhesion molecules.

CONCLUSIONOne mechanism of WMT on ASO may be its inhibition on arteriosclerosis by way of down-regulating the expression of vascular endothelial cells adhesion molecules to decrease the adhesion of monocyte to VEC, therefore to inhibit the monocytes migrating into vascular intima to develop foam cells.

Dendrobium officinale is a valuable traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the chemical composition and pharmacological activities of D. officinale were summarized. Based on the concept of Chinese medicine Q-marker, the relationship between source pathways, chemical composition, and drug efficacy was analyzed, which can predict and analyze Q-marker of D. officinale, and provide a basis for establishing and improving its quality standards.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the complications of percutaneous kyphoplasty except bone leakge for the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.

METHODSFrom October 2008 to October 2012,178 patients with 224 osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty under local anethsia. There were 72 males and 106 females,ranging in age from 58 to 92 years old,with an average of 75.3 years,including 93 thoracic vertebrae and 131 lumbar vertebrae. The complications except bone cement leakage were analyzed during operation and after operation.

RESULTSAll operations were successful and all patients were followed up from 12 to 60 months with an average of 26.2 months. No death was found. Bone cement leakage occurred in 27 cases, about 15.1% in 178 cases; and complications except bone cement leakage occurred in 15 cases. There was 1 case with cardiac arrest,was completely recovery by cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) immediately; and 1 case with temporary absence of breathing,was recovery after treatment. There were 3 cases with fall of blood pressure and slower of heart rate; 1 case with intestinal obstruction; 2 cases with local hematoma and 1 case with intercostal neuralgia. Vertebral body fractures of 2 cases were split by bone cement and the fractures of adjacent body occurred in 4 cases.

CONCLUSIONIt's uncommon complication except bone cement leakge in treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures with percutaneous kyphoplasty. The complication of cardiopulmonary system is a high risk in surgery; and cytotoxicity of bone cement,nervous reflex,fat embolism and alteration of intravertebral pressure may be main reasons.
