Objective To evaluate the angiographic findings and the therapeutic effect of thrombolysis in AMI (acute myocardial infarction) patients. Method A retrospective study were carried out in consecutive eighty-four inpatients with AMI treated with intravenous thrombolysis and coronary angiography was taken within a week after illness onset from January 2000 to August 2007. The patients were divided into successful recanalization group and non-recanalization group. Single factor χ2 test and multi-factor logistic regression analysis were applied to observe the relationship among the angiographic features of IRA (infarct-related artery including the number of stnosis, the location of stenosis, the severity of stenosis and the morphological changes) and treatment effect of intravenous urokinase thrombolysis. Results (1) Single factor χ2 test showed that location and the extent of lesion of IRA were eligible to enter the logistic regression formula (P < 0.05),whereas the number of lesions and the severity of IRA's stenosis were not eligible to enter the logistic regression formula (P > 0. 05). (2) Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that the extent of lesion of IRA was the only factor that had a negative impact on the therapeutic effect of intravenous thrombolysis. Conclusions The study shows that the extent of lesion of IRA is the only factor that has a negative impact on the therapeutic effect of intravenous thrombolysis; The number, the location of lesion and the severity of stenosis of IRA have no impact on the therapeutic effect of intravenous thrombolysis in AMI.

Objective To investigate the viral prevalence of acute lower respiratory tract infection (ALRTI)in children. Methods Totally 1165 children with clinical diagnosis of ALRTI during the period from August 2007 to September 2008 were involved in our study. The nasopharyngeal aspirate specimen was collected from each patient. RT-PCRs were performed to detect common respiratory tract viruses including respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), rhinovirus (HRV), parainfluenza virus (PIV, type 1 -3 ), influzenza virus type A and B (IFA,IFB), and PCR was used to detect adenovirus (ADV). Results 783 patients were identified to have at least one kind of viral pathogens and the overall positive rate was 67.2%. The most common virus was RSV (27%), followed by HRV ( 17.4% ) and PIV3 ( 13. 9% ). The peak infection seasons were winter and autumn. The etiological spectrum of ALRTI varied in different age groups. Two or more viruses were identified in 284 out of 783 cases ( 36. 3% ). The mixed infection rate was high in infants under 1 year old (63.7%) while it decreased to 8. 5% in children older than 3 years of age. Conclusion RSV, HRV and PIV3 were the most predominant pathogens in children less than 1 year old. The peak infection seasons were winter and autumn. The infection rate and mixed infection rate in infants under 1 year old were highest. The most common style was RSV and HRV mixed infection.

Objective:
To explore the safety and feasibility of associating diaphragm resection and liver-diaphragmatic metastasis lesions resection for patients with advanced ovarian cancer.
Methods:
Retrospectively analysis 83 cases(98 times) of advanced ovarian cancer with liver-diaphragmatic metastasis between January 2012 and December 2016 at Department of Liver Surgery, Peking Union Medical College Hospital. The patients were aged from 19 to 75 years.Surgical procedure included metastatic lesions resection(43 times) and stripping(55 times). Operation status, post-operative complications, pathology results and follow-up of the patients were analyzed.
Results:
Fifteen patients received twice surgical treatment and 68 patients received one time surgical treatment. Postoperative hemorrhage in chest and between liver and diaphragm was not occurred in all cases.Dyspnea and low oxygen saturation were occurred in two cases of stripping patients and 1 case of metastatic lesions resection patients. Results of CT examination indicated that there was medium to large amount of ascites in right chests. The symptoms were relieved after placing thoracic closed drainage.Other patients were recovered smoothly. All patients were diagnosed as ovarian cancer by pathological examination.
Conclusion
Associating diaphragm resection is safe and feasible for liver-diaphragmatic metastasis lesions from ovarian cancer.
