Objective To investigate C‐reactive protein in patients with acute brain injury (CRP) ,platelet (PLT) dynamic chan‐ges and clinical significance .Methods A hospital in 2014-2015 120 cases of acute brain injury ,depending on whether surgery di‐vided into :64 cases of surgical group ,56 cases of non‐surgical group .According to Glasgow Outcome Scale (Glasgow Outcome Score ,GOS) divided into 61 cases of poor prognosis group (GOS 1 -3 scores) ,59 patients with good prognosis (GOS 4 -5 scores) .Another choice the same period 50 cases of healthy control group .After the patients were injured 1 d ,3 d ,7 d dynamic tes‐ting CRP ,PLT levels .Results The surgical group and the non‐surgical group patients after injury 1 d serum CRP levels were sig‐nificantly increased ,decreased gradually after all ,the two groups showed a downward trend ,but the surgery group were decreased slowly ,always maintain a high level ,still significantly at 14 d the control group (P<0 .05) .Patients with non‐surgical group de‐creased significantly ,significantly higher than the decline in the extent of the surgery group (P<0 .05) .Surgical and non‐surgical group patients after injury when PLT 1 d showed no increased after 3d began to rise ,increased significantly when 7 d ,PLT levels were elevated degree of surgical group was significantly higher than the non‐surgical group (P<0 .05) .Good prognosis group and a poor prognosis group ,serum CRP on admission were increased ,and reached a peak after 1 d ,after declining in both groups ,with good prognosis group decreased significantly ,while the poor prognosis group ,no significant decline in CRP levels ,continued high levels of state for a long time When postoperative 7d still significantly higher than the normal level (P<0 .05) .At each time point the poor prognosis group ,serum CRP levels were significantly higher than the good prognosis group (P< 0 .05) .When the good prognosis group and a poor prognosis group was mean change 1d PLT little water ,began to increase after the 3 d were poor progno‐sis group of patients was significantly higher than 7 d PLT good prognosis group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Patients with acute brain injury CRP ,PLT dynamic changes are certain rules ,is to determine the acute phase of the disease of brain injury and prognosis of change .

Objective To investigate the executive function of the patients with first-episode schizophrenia, and their relationships with the positive and negative symptoms. And to evaluate the activation characteristics of prefrontal cortex(PFC) in the schizophrenia. Methods Near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) was used to assess the activation of the bilateral PFCs during the computerized version of Tower of London(TOL) tasks in schizophrenia and controls. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) was used to assess the psychiatric symptoms of the schizophrenia. 40 schizophrenic patients and 40 age- and gender-matched healthy subjects participated in this study. Results ( 1 ) The number of correct TOL responses in patients ( one-move ( 7.35 ± 1. 94 ), two-move ( 7.30 ± 2.53 ), three-move ( 6.58 ± 2.53 ), four-move ( 2.90 ± 1.89 ) ) was significantly less than the healthy controls( one-move (8.82 ± 1.48 ), two-move ( 8.38 ± 1.59 ), three-move ( 7.68 ± 1.47 ), four-move ( 3.73 ±1.71 ); P<0. 05 ). ( 2 ) There was a significant negative correlation between the patients' task performance and the negative symptom scores(P < 0.05 ). (3) The majority of the prefrontal area was activated in health subjects.Patients were characterized by significant decreased activation in the left PFC during the TOL task compared to healthy subjects. Conclusion Schizophrenic patients have executive function disorder at the initial stage of the disease. The results support that schizophrenia patients have hypofrontality ,and executive function is significantly negatively correlated with negative symptoms. NIRS my be a useful tool for research and clinical assessment for major psychoses.

Purpose To analyze the gene subtypes and characteristics of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection among women attending outpatient and physical examination centers at our hospital. Methods We utilized Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR)combined with reverse dot hybridization to detect 28 HPV gene subtypes. Results HPV infection rate among the women was 24.15%.The five most prevalent high-risk(HR)and low-risk(LR)HPV gene subtypes were HPV 52,16,53,58,39,and HPV 61,81,54,42,44,respectively.Single and double infections accounted for 68.97%and 20.72%,with no signifi-cant difference found in the combination of multiple infection types. When stratified by age,the highest HPV infection rate was found among the group aged ≤25 years, followed by the group aged ≥66 years and then the group aged 56-65 years. This pattern of HPV infection rates across age groups revealed an approximate U-shaped curve. Conclusion The majority of female HPV in-fections in Huadu district are single infections, primarily affecting young and middle-aged women.HPV gene subtypes exhibit the characteristics of population or region-specific distribution. The overall infection rate of HPV is 24.15%,with the most common types being 52,16,and 53.The three peak age groups for HPV infection ranges are ≤25 years,56-65 years, and ≥66 years.
