Objective To study the threshold effect of government health expenditure on residents' health.Methods Using threshold panel data model to perform the empirical research.Results There is threshold effect of government health expenditure on residents' health.There are two threshold values.As the increase of the proportion of the government health expenditure to the total fiscal expenditure,it has two changes of the impact on the health of residents.Conclusion The government should increase the health expenditure,and increase the proportion of the government health expenditure to the total fiscal expenditure,but the government should not blindly pursue the high input of health expenditure,focus on the efficiency of health expenditure,and avoid of resource waste.

6.The protection of panax notoginseng saponins against ischemia reperfusion injury by liver graft in rats

Objective To investigate the protection of panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) against ischemia reperfusion injury by liver graft in rats.Method The experimental rat model of orthotopic liver transplantation was set up according to Kamada's technique and the rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal saline control group(group N),PNS preconditioning group(group P) and sham-operated groups(group S).The expression levels of NF-?B and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) were detected by immunohistochemistry and the filtration of polymorphonuclear neutrophils(PMNs) was measured with myeloperoxidase(MPO) enzyme method in 2h,6h and 24h after ischemia reperfusion respectively.The activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) in the serum were also detected.Result The activation of NF-?B in group N increased significantly at 2h after reperfusion and then decreased.The expression level of ICAM-1 increased significantly at 2h after reperfusion,and reached its peak level at 6h in group N.The expression level of ICAM-1 was significantly lower in group P than that in group N(P
7.The clinical effect and prognosis of advanced non -small cell lung cancer patients with chemotherapy of nedaplatin combined gemcitabine

Objective To explore clinical effect of nedaplatin combined gemcitabine on chemotherapy of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),and to observe the prognosis and complications of these patients. Methods 106 patients with advanced NSCLC were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 53 cases each group,according to the single and double of order registration number.The con-trol group were given cisplatin combined gemcitabine chemotherapy,the treatment group were administrated nedaplatin combined gemcitabine chemotherapy,three weeks repeat.The treatment effect was estimated after two cycles of chemo-therapy,and progression-free survival ( PFS) ,patients quality of life with KPS after treatment,and the adverse reac-tions were assessed.Results The disease control rates (DCR) of the treatment group was 77.36% (41/53),the control group was 71.70%(38/53),there was no statistically significant difference (χ2 =2.46,P>0.05).PFS of the treatment group were (4.26 ±0.38) months,the control group was (3.72 ±0.30) months,there was no statisti-cally significant difference (t=2.94,P>0.05).KPS of the treatment group was (74.48 ±4.04)points,which was higher than (69.76 ±3.28)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t =7.33,P<0.05).The total adverse reaction of the treatment group was 81.13%(43/53),which was lower than the control group 90.57%(48/53),the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =7.61,P<0.05).Conclusion There is preferably clinical effect of nedaplatin combined gemcitabine treatment of NSCLC,the adverse reactions was lower sig-nificantly,the patients prognosis is good,and which is worth clinical promotion.
8.Study on working concentration of PDL in primary culture of rat hippocampal neuron

Objective To explore working of concentration of PDL used in primary culture of rat hippocampal neurons.Methods 3 pregnant wistar rats were executed by cervical dislocation, the embryos were taken out and the hippocampal tissue was dissected quickly.Then the tissue was digested by trypsin and planted into dishes with proper concentration(300000/3.5cm vessle) which were coated by different PDL solution in different concentration (0.01,0.05,0.1,0.25,0.5,0.75,1,2 mg/mL).The state of the cultured neurons was observed to determine the most suitable concentration of PDL solution in coating dishes.Neurons activity was observed by CCK-8 Kit.Results Most neurons had adhered in 4 h.Protrusion of neurons began to grow in 1 d.The connection between neurons appeared in 4 d.Neurons matured and the network-connection was set up in 7 d.The best working concentration of PDL is between 0.25 and 0.75 mg/mL, neurons grew well and activity was optimum during this concentration.Conclusion The working concentration of PDL is important for the hippocampal neuron culture and this work is worth being applied.
9.Demyelination disease caused by cerebral functional disorder due to acute severe pancreatitis

Severe acute pancreatitis is sometimes complicated by a syndrome of cerebral dysfunction, referred to as pancreatic encephalopathy. Demyelination is found in autopsy and considered as basic pathologic evidence in patients with pancreatic encephalopathy. Myelin basic protein detection in cerebrospinal fluid and blood, combined with magnetic resonance imaging scan might indicate the demyelinatic change. Further large-scale study on both pathogenesis and diagnosis of this disease is needed.
10.The value of ~(99m)Tc-MIBI imaging in differentiating of breast masses

Purpose: To explore the clinical value of 99mTc-MIBI imaging in differentiating malignancies from benign breast masses. Methods: 195 patients underwent the examination for 99m Tc-MIBI. Comparative diagnosis was done by postoperative pathology in all cases. Results: 69 of the 84 cases of breast cancer were preoperatively diagnosed by 99mTc-MIBI, the causes of false-negative results were small size of the mass and the higher degree of malignancy. 102 of the 111 patients with benign lesions were scintimammographically negative, the cause of false-positive results was large fibroadenomas with surplus blood supply. The sensitivity was 82. 1%, specificity was 92.0%, and the diagnostic accuracy was 89.2%. Conclusions: 99mTc-MIBI examination is an effective, simple and noninvasive diagnostic method for primary breast cancer.
