Objective To evaluate the effect of hypothermia on somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEPs). Methods Thirteen ASA Ⅱ or Ⅲ patients aged 23-51 yr weighing 45-82 kg scheduled for cardiac surgery were enrolled in this study. Bilateral median nerve SSEPs (N9, N13, N20) were recorded after induction. The MAP, peak latency and amplitude of N9, N13 and N20 were recorded when the target temperature (36, 35,34, 33 ℃ ) was reached during the cooling and rewarming periods. The neurological dysfunction was recorded after operation. Results The peak latency was prolonged and MAP was decreased with the decrease in the body temperature during the cooling period, the peak latency was shortened with the increase in the body temperature during the rewarming period ( P < 0.05), but no significant change in the amplitudes was found ( P > 0.05). The regression equation of the interaction between the peak latency and body temperature was YN9= -0.558X + 28.994(r=-0.673), YN13 =-1.121X+53.242 (r= -0.702) , YN20 = -1.458X+72.036(r= -0.702) during the cooling period (P < 0.05), and YN9 = - 0.505X + 27.313 ( r = - 0.634), YN13 = - 0.905X + 46.249(r= -0.619), YN20 = - 1.142X + 61.668 (r= -0.600) during the rewarming period (P <0.05). No neurological dysfunction was found in all the patients. Conclusion Hypothermia can prolong the peak latency of SSEP and does not alter the SSEP amplitude.

Currently, independent clinical medial femoral plate is more needed to apply in more complex C3 distal femoral fractures and knee valgus orthopedic surgery. The doctors always pre-bent the contralateral femoral lateral plate in order to achieve close to the natural shape of the bone. The cold deformation of the plate can change the metallographic structure and the biomechanics, and the position of the screw holes in the plate may also affect the healing of fractures.Compared with traditional manufacturing techniques,3D printing technology as a core technology in third industrial revolution, instead prior manufacture of molds, removing the large amount of material in the manufacturing process and the complex process of forging a final product,it is more suitable for difficult to machine materials, manufacture, inspection shape design, assembly, testing and fast reverse engineering. Therefore,a personalized interior distal femoral plate with 3D printing technology was designed, and the application of the plate, the current situation and prospects of 3D printing technology and other aspects were summarized in this article.

Objective To investigate the effects of inositol hexaphosphate (IP6) on proliferation of human osteosarcoma cell line MG-63 and primary cultured osteoblasts so as to explore the optimal concentration for achieving anti-cancer effects. Methods We primary cultured and identified human osteoblasts. Then we made recovery and normal culture of human osteosarcoma cell line MG-63.We tested the proliferation of two kinds of cell lines under different concentrations of IP6 by MTT to determine the optimal concentration and then detected MG-63 cell cycle and apoptosis by flow cytometry. Results When IP6 concentration was more than 1 mmol/L,IP6 began to inhibit the proliferation of MG-63 cell line in the time-dose dependent manner. When the concentration reached 4 mmol/L,this inhibitory effect was the maximum. When IP6 concentration was 0.5 mmol/L or 1 mmol/L,the proliferation of osteoblasts was not obviously inhibited. When it was 2 mmol/L,the proliferation was slightly inhibited.A concentration of 4 mmol/L caused the apoptosis of osteoblasts. Conclusion IP6 can inhibit the proliferation of osteosarcoma cell line MG-63 and lead to its apoptosis. The optimal concentration is 2 mmol/L for achieving anti-cancer effects.
