Aim To investigate the effects of com-bined treatment of SAHA and TRAIL on human breast cancer ER positive cell line MCF-7 . Methods MCF-7 cells were treated with SAHA and/or TRAIL. The inhibitory rates were detected by real-time cell prolifer-ation assays. Morphology changes of MCF-7 cells were observed through time-lapse live cell imaging acquisi-tion. Results Real-time cell proliferation assays showed that the anti-tumor efficacy of SAHA was sig-nificantly enhanced in combination with TRAIL. The results of time-lapse live cell imaging acquisition dem-onstrated that, with treatment of SAHA and TRAIL, the growth inhibition of MCF-7 cells was more obvious than that of in TRAIL or SAHA treatment alone. Con-clusion The combination treatment of SAHA and TRAIL has a synergistic effect of growth inhibition on breast cancer MCF-7 cells.

Objective To analyze the effects of gentongping pill combined with physiotherapy on the patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods 134 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were grouped into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The two groups were treated with physiotherapy and the observation group was treated with Gentongping pill. The effects in the two groups were evaluated. Results The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom score, CASCS score, mean blood flow velocity in left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery, TNF-α and IL-6 level in the observation group were better than those in the control group (all P<0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Itcan improve the therapeutic effect which Gentongping pill is used on the treatment of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.

ObjectiveTo study the change of serum interferon- γ(IFN- γ ) and interleukin-4(IL-4)level in children suffered from cough variant asthma after montelukast combined with loratadine therapy.MethodsForty-six patients of children cough variant asthma were recruited and accepted montelukast combined with loratadine therapy for 8 weeks.The changes of serum IFN-γ and IL-4 before and after therapy were compared.ResultsCompared with before therapy,the level of serum IFN- γwas decreased [ (59.94 ± 9.43) ng/L vs.(39.94 ± 9.07) ng/L ] and IL-4 was increased[ ( 48.78 ± 22.23 ) ng/L vs.(60.78 ±16.48) ng/L] after therapy,there were significant differences (P ＜0.05).ConclusionMontelukast combined with loratadine in the treatment of children cough variant asthma can improve the balance of IFN- γ/IL-4,which deserve further study.

Purpose To investigate the influence of interpersonal relationship sensitivity on anxiety and depression emotion and subjective well-being for young adults epileptic patients.Methods 87 young adults epileptic patients were divided into interpersonal relationship sensitive group ( study group) and normal group ( control group),according to sensitivity factor ≥ 3 in the symptom checklist(SCL-90).Self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and general well-being scale (GWB) were then established and analyzed.Results The scores on interpersonal relationship sensitivity factor of the study group and control group were 3.64 ±0.51 and 2.73 ± 0.43,respectively,which had remarkable difference ( t =8.91,P ＜ 0.01 ).There were 47 patients with interpersonal relationship sensitivity among the 87 patients,accounting for 54.02％.The scores on SDS and SAS of the study group were higher than control group (P＜0.01 ).The scores on GWB of the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.01).The scores on GWB of the study group,reflecting the factors about health,energy,satisfaction and interest to life,depression and happy emotion,and relax and nerves,were lower than control group (P＜0.01) ; while the scores on emotion and behavior control were higher than the control group with minor difference (P ＞ 0.05 ).The scores on interpersonal relationship sensitivity factor and SDS,SAS and GWB were positively correlated except for O factor of GWB.Conclusion The level of interpersonal relationship sensitivity has important influence on anxiety and depression emotion and subjective well-being in young adults epileptic patients.

There are so many patients with different liver diseases in our country that the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases directly relate to the people's healthy level.The requirement of diagnosis and treatment to clinical laboratories can be summarized as: ( 1 ) sensitivity,which means shortening window period;(2) specificity,which means various subtypes and variant can be detected;( 3 )speed,which means finding out the pathogen as soon as possible;(4)accuracy,which means providing physicians with accurate test reports.Detecting techniques,for instances,chemiluminescence,polymerase chain reaction and gene mutational site detecting method,were applied to the diagnosis and treatment of liver disease,thus improving the degree of precision,accuracy,sensitivity,specificity and detection speed and satisfying the requirement of diagnosis and treatment maximatily.

HepG2 cells were incubated with dexamethasone,glucocorticoid receptor (GR) antagonist RU486,and pioglitazone for 24 or 48 h.Glucose concentration in culture medium was detected.The results showed that 10 μmol/L RU486 blocked the surge of glucose concentration by 48 h of dexamethasone treatment and the glucose concentration in RU486 + pioglitazone group was higher than pioglitazone group( P＜0.05 ),suggesting that the cross talk between PPARγ and GR may exist in hepatic glucose metabolism.

Objective To explore the clinical analysis of 65 cases of elderly patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 65 cases of elderly patients with gastric carcinoma from October 2002 to September 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 34 eases took place a variety of complications in this group of 26 cases of patients,and they are 5 cases of incision dehiscence,2 cases of anastomotie leakage, 1 cases of duodenal stump leakage,1 cases of gastric dysfunction,ll cases of heart failure,14 cases of lung infection,3 cases of urinary tractin-fection, two case of intra-abdominal infection, two cases of intestinal obstruction, 1 case of postoperative died. Conclu-sion As early as mid-term elderly gastric cancer should be perfrmed radical resection,at the same time,prevent and treat complications actively.

MicroRNAs are a kind of small endogenous non-protein-coding single-stranded RNA,which are 18 to 25 nucleotides long.They either regulate expression of specific genes through the degradation of mRNA or repress expression of target protein of mRNA postoperation by binding with the 3' untranslated region of targeting mRNAs.It produces important physiological effects on cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis.The use of experimental biology and bioinformatics methods for research of tumor-associated miRNAs has become research focus.In this paper, the role of miRNAs in the oncogenesis, development, metastasis and prognosis of gallbladder cancer is mainly introduced.

Objective To explore the differences of teaching effectiveness between the traditional experimental teaching method and the new one which is based on four steps of principle,design,correction and experiment.Method Stratified sampling method was used,and 120 students were divided into control group and experimental group.Taking the case of the preparation of powder,the two methods mentioned above were used respectively.The advantage of the new teaching method was that teachers only explained the experimental principle rather than the detailed process,and students designed the process and quality control standard by reviewing literatures.Through interactive evaluation between teachers and students,teaching effectiveness of the two methods was evaluated,and Excel and SPSS were applied for statistical analysis.Result There were no significant differences between the two groups in the aspects of experiment preparation,basic skills of experiment and understanding of knowledge (P＞0.05),but in the aspects of experiment initiative,degree of cooperation and the enthusiasm of asking questions there existed significant differences (the values of P were 0.000、0.012、0.000,respectively,P＜0.05).More than 95％ of students thought the new teaching method not only could more effectively improve the ability to analyze and solve problem but also develop the capacity for self-learning and innovation.In addition,it could improve the ability to collect information and psychological quality,and cultivate scientific and rigorous attitude.Conclusion Compared to the traditional experimental teaching method,the new one based on four steps of principle,design,correction and experiment emphasized the subjective initiative,and teachers played a directive role.This method provided the space for students to think,explore,discover,and create.In addition,it could strengthen student's practical ability and the ability to design preparation process independently.
