1.Research progress of different chemotherapy regimens combined with radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(5):381-384
Advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)accounts for all NSCLC 45% . In recent years, chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy has become a new standard for NSCLC. On NSCLC radiothera-py and chemotherapy(CRCT),radiation total dose, fractionation method, different chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy have many details in the efficiency and toxicity tolerance, which are still in the exploration.
2.EFFECTS OF TWO FAT SUBSTITUTES ON LIPID METABOLISM IN RATS
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(02):-
Objective: The effects of two fat substitutes, sucrose polyester(SPE) and triglyceride of short fatty acids(TRIS)on lipid metabolism in rats were studied. Methods: Diets containing either SPE or TRIS were fed to rats for 30d. Male Wistar rats were allowed free access to one of three diets: a control diet containing 20% corn oil, SPE group diet containing 10% SPE and 10% corn oil, TRIS group diet containing 20% TRIS. Plasma glucose, TG, TC, HDL C, LDL C, ApoA I, ApoB were analysed. Results: Dietary fat substitutes lowered total energy consumption and body weight 8.1%?4.1%and 12.3% ?16.0% respectively. Two fat substitutes lowered plasma glucose, TG, TC, LDL C, VLDL C, ApoB level and increased HDL C and ApoA I level. TRIS could decrease TC/HDL C, LDL C/HDL C, ApoB/ApoA I more significantly than SPE. Conclusion: TRIS and SPE have the potential benefits on lipid metabolism and energy intake control in rats, TRIS is more efficient than SPE.

Microbiology 1992;0(04):-
Phyllosphere and epiphytes have attracted significant interest of more and more researchers by their unique biological characteristics. Progress of research on phyllosphere and epiphytes was summarized in this paper, and the special emphasis was put on the characteristic of phyllosphere, microbial communities, invasion and the location of bacteria on leaf surfaces. Some ideas for further studies on phyllosphere microbes were also proposed.
6.Application of Moist Dressings in Pressure Ulcers after Spinal Cord Injury
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;21(7):857-860
Objective To observe the effect of new moist dressings on pressure ulcers after spinal cord injury. Methods 58 spinal cord injured patients complicated with pressure ulcers were divided into observation group (n=29) and control group (n=29). The observation group accepted moist dressings, while the control group accepted routine dry dressings, TDP and ultraviolet irradiation. The incidence of im provement were recorded 2 weeks after treatment, and the time of healing were compared. Results 11 cases cured, 17 cases relieved in the observation group, and it was 5 and 18 cases in the control group, respectively (P<0.05). It spent (26.69±16.48) days to cure in the observa tion group, and (38.24±22.47) days in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The moist therapy may promote the cure of pressure ulcers af ter spinal cord injury, and shorten the time of cure.

Interferon ( IFN) plays an essential role in antiviral infection.Interferons are divided into different categories according to their structure and function.People have attached increasing importance to TypeⅠinterferon( IFN-Ⅰ) in light of its unusual antiviral mechanism. This review is intended to shed light on IFN-Ⅰ,including its antiviral function, signal pathway and regulation.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2011;10(4):273-274
Thirty patients with ulcerative rectitis were treated by lavement of balsalazide sodium solution combined with Xileisan (test group). The results were compared with those treated by salazosulfapyridine (SASP) suppository (control Ⅰ group, n = 25 ) and those treated by lavement of prednisolone and tinidazole (control Ⅱ group, n =28).The complete remission rate and effective rate were 67% (20/30)and 90% (27/30), 36% (9/25) and 60% (15/25), 68% (19/28) and 86% (24/28) for test group, control Ⅰ group and control Ⅱ group, respectively. The efficacy of test group and control Ⅱ group was better than that of control Ⅰ group (P < 0.05).The least side effects occurred in test group ( P <0.05).The recurrence rates of 3 groups were 20% (4/20), 2/9 and 5/19, respectively.Lavement of balsalazide sodium solution combined with Xileisan is effective for ulcerative rectitis with less side effects.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2014;30(9):1381-1389
Glycerol is the main byproduct in ethanol production by Saccharomyces cerevisiae. In order to improve ethanol yield and the substrate conversion, a cassette about 4.5 kb for gene homologous recombination, gpd2Δ::PGK1(PT)-POS5-HyBR, was constructed and transformed into the haploid strain S. cerevisiae S1 (MATa) to replace the GPD2 gene by POS5 gene. The NADH kinase gene POS5 was successfully over expressed in the recombinant strain S. cerevisiae S3. Comparing with the parent strain, the recombinant strain S. cerevisiae S3 exhibited an 8% increase in ethanol production and a 33.64% decrease in glycerol production in the conical flask fermentation with an initiatory glucose concentration of 150 g/L. Overexpression of NADH kinase gene seems effective in reducing glycerol production and increasing ethanol yield.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2009;30(10):689-692
Objective To investigate possible disturbance of Th1/Th2 immunoregulation of blood serum and bladder mucosa in patients with interstitial cystitis(IC). Methods Blood serum and bladder mucosal specimens were collected from 16 female patients with IC and 16 female normal controis. The age of IC patients was 51.3±10.2 years. The age of normal controls was 53.1±9.6years.The expressions of Th1(IFN-γ,IL-2)and Th2 cytokines(IL-4,IL-10)were determined by enIFN-γ and IL-2 in IC blood serum were(4.57±2.92),(17.52±7.52)pg/ml and in normal blood serum were(4.11±2.27),(20.99±5.09)pg/ml.Such two factors had no significant differences in these two groups. The expressions of IL-4 and IL-10 in IC blood serum were(0.34±0.22),(4.37±2.34)pg/ml and in normal blood serum were(O.14±O.07),(1.18±0.61)pg/ml.Such two factors had sighad no significant differences with normal bladder tissues(IFN-γ:χ2=1.900,IL-2:χ2=0.514).The expressions of IL-4 and IL-10 in IC bladder tissues had significant differences with normal bladder tiswere(0.16±0.11)and(2.42±1.27)pg/ml but in high PUF group were(0.53±0.12)and(6.31±1.21)pg/ml.The expressions of these two factors had significant correlations with the degree of PUF,which intensified in the IC of high PUF. Conclusion The expression of Th2 type eytokines is predominant in IC blood plasm and bladder tissues, the expression of Th2 type cytokines in IC blood plasm and bladder tissues has positive correlation with the degree of PUF.
