1.Psychological intervention and its effects in patients with functional dyspepsia combined with depression and anxiety
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(4):31-33
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in treating functional dyspepsia (FD) combined with depression and anxiety. Methods Ninety-six patients with FD combined with depression and anxiety were randomly divided into treatment group (48 cases) and control group(48 cases). Two groups were given anti-dyspepsia treatment. Besides, treatment group was also given psychological intervention. All patients were assessed with SDS and SAS before and after treatment. The means of FD score were calculated. Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 83.33% (40/48) and45.83%(22/48) respectively. The effective rates in the treatment group were significantly higher than those incontrol group (X~2 = 17.20,P < 0.01). Treatment group was better than control group in the means of FD score, SDS score and SAS score. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The SDS score and SAS score in treatment group was significantly reduced eompared with that before treatment, while the change of control group was not obvious. Conclusion Psychological intervention can significantly improve symptoms of FD combined with depression and anxiety.

3.Expression of Stat 3 protein in lung carcinoma and its clinical significance
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2001;0(09):-
Objective: To analyze the relationship between Stat 3 protein expression and clinical staging, tissue types, P53 protein and PCNA in lung carcinoma, and to investigate the role of Stat 3 protein in the pathogenesis of lung carcinoma. Methods: Using immunohistochemical technique, Stat 3 protein, P53 protein and PCNA were detected in different tissue in 42 patients with lung carcinoma without radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results: The positive rate of Stat 3 was 81.0% in lung carcinoma. The expression intensity of Stat 3 in lung carcinoma was not associated with T,N and clinical stage , but it was associated with the expression intensity of P53 and PCNA and it was related to tissue types.Stat 3 protein were markedly higher in NSCLC than that in SCLC. Conclusion: The expression of Stat 3 protein is abnormal in lung carcinoma. Stat 3 may involve in regulation of p53 gene in lung carcinoma cell and accelerate proliferation of lung carcinoma cell, it may play an important role in generation of lung carcinoma. Inhibition of Stat 3 pathways may become a new therapy for lung carcinoma.
4.Application of intestinal microbiota detection technology in the prevention and treatment of children′s intestinal infections
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2021;44(4):280-284
The low diversity and large inter-individual differences of children′s intestinal microbiota are associated with antibiotic-resistant bacteria colonization and infection. Therefore, rapid and accurate detection of intestinal microbiota dysbiosisis of great significance for the prevention and treatment of intestinal infection and the rational use of antibiotics. The current intestinal pathogens detection methods have either poor accuracy or low throughput. The developing multi-omics technology can accurately detect known and unknown pathogens and can also be used to evaluate the intestinal microbiota state comprehensively. This technology will be widely applied in the detection of intestinal infections in children.
5.Research progress of mTOR signal pathway effect in cardiovascular system
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2016;25(2):225-228
Mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR)is an atypical serine/threonine protein kinase, which is a key protein kinase regulating cell growth, proliferation, translation, metabolism and autophagy. It's first known beca- nuse inhibited by rapamycin.Research indicated that mTOR plays a key regulating role in physiological and patho- logical process of cardiovascular system. The present article mainly reviewed research progress of mTOR signal path- way effect in cardiovascular system.
6.Establishing Stroke Unit on the Basis of TCM Characteristics
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2008;6(4):197-200
The evidence-based medicine proved that Stroke Unit (SU) works most effectively on stroke. Since SU is originated and developed in Europe and America, SU therapies are limited to Western medicine. We can make flexible clinical guidelines by combining TCM with the SU and establish SU mode with Chinese characteristics.
7.Research on separate-store management of medical consumables depot
China Medical Equipment 2013;(10):25-26,27
Objective: To manage various medical consumable scientifically in different consumable materials, the new separate-store management of consumable management was developed. Methods: The medical consumable depot could be divided into the general consumable depot, the in vitro diagnostic products (IVD) depot and the high-value consumable depot, different management modes could be provided varying from different consumable depots mentioned above. Results:Different items of management processes are regulated, the full-cost accounting of consumables are promoted and the social and economic benefits of hospitals are enhanced. Conclusion: This management mode had the characteristics of normalization and practice.
8.Effect of Acupuncture on Postpartum Stress Urinary Incontinence
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(7):671-672
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods 100 natural birth mothersmet the selection conditions were divided into control group (n=50) and treatment group (n=50). The control group accepted pelvic floormuscle training and the treatment group accepted acupuncture and moxibustion in addition. They were assessed 4 weeks after treatment. Results84% in the treatment group improved and it was 56% in the control group ( χ2 =10.54, P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture may improvethe efficacy of pelvic floor muscle training on postpartum stress urinary incontinence.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(09):-
Objective To examine the normal upper extremity arteries with the color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and do some measurements. Methods An examination was performed on 153 healthy volunteers and 306 upper extremity arteries. Each artery was divided into 7 segments.Hemodynamic and anatomical parameters in each segment were measured. Results The normal values of each segment were obtained successfully. The internal diameter and wall thickness of the upper extremity artery reduced and thinned, and the values of peak systolic velocity(PSV),acceleration(AC),pulsatility index(PI) decreased from the proximal arterial segments to the distal arterial segments ( P
