2.Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by ?-Lactam Antibiotics:Survey of 442 Cases
China Pharmacy 2001;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the adverse drug reactions induced by?-lactam antibiotics and to promote rational use of drugs in clinics.METHODS:442ADR cases induced by?-lactam antibiotics collected in our hospital during2001~2005were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:Among the total961ADR cases collected in5years,46%were induced by?-lactam antibiotics. The most common displays of ADR were the lesion of skin and the appendants, followed by the lesion of cardiovas-cular system and digestive system etc.CONCLUSION:It is advisable to promote rational use of?-lactam antibiotics and strengthen ADR monitoring so as to decrease or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
3.Effects of combination treatment with SAHA and TRAIL on ER positive breast cancer cell MCF-7
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2016;(2):223-228
Aim To investigate the effects of com-bined treatment of SAHA and TRAIL on human breast cancer ER positive cell line MCF-7 . Methods MCF-7 cells were treated with SAHA and/or TRAIL. The inhibitory rates were detected by real-time cell prolifer-ation assays. Morphology changes of MCF-7 cells were observed through time-lapse live cell imaging acquisi-tion. Results Real-time cell proliferation assays showed that the anti-tumor efficacy of SAHA was sig-nificantly enhanced in combination with TRAIL. The results of time-lapse live cell imaging acquisition dem-onstrated that, with treatment of SAHA and TRAIL, the growth inhibition of MCF-7 cells was more obvious than that of in TRAIL or SAHA treatment alone. Con-clusion The combination treatment of SAHA and TRAIL has a synergistic effect of growth inhibition on breast cancer MCF-7 cells.
4.Application of shelter hospital in carrying out diversification medical support tasks
China Medical Equipment 2015;(8):117-118,119
Objective:To investigate the role of shelter hospital in carrying out the medical support. Methods: Analysis to the application of wartime medical rescue, the large scale activities medical rescue security in peacetime, medical support of military exercise, respond to biological terrorist attack and infectious events of public health, natural disaster medical rescue, army emergency force of medical service training and remote and poor area to make a round of visits. Results: As an important part of medical rescue, shelter hospitals have full-featured, highly mobile, rapid assembly and so on.Conclusion: Shelter hospital shows the importance of in carrying out the diversification medical support tasks.
5.Effects of Combination of SAHA and TRAIL on Proliferation of Triple-negative Breast Cancer Cell MDA-MB-231
Journal of China Medical University 2016;45(7):591-595,600
Objective To investigate the effects of combined treatment of suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid(SAHA)and TNF?related apoptosis inducing ligand(TRAIL)on proliferation and morphology change of triple?negative breast cancer cell MDA?MB?231. Methods The effects of combination treatment of SAHA and TRAIL on proliferation and morphology change of MDA?MB?231 cells were monitored by RTCA. Morphology changes of MDA?MB?231 cells by different treatment factors were observed through time?lapse live cell imaging acquisition. Results Real?time cell proliferation assays showed that a synergistic effect were found when MDA?MB?231 cells were treated with combination of SAHA and TRAIL , and reached the best effect with 5μmol/L SAHA and 50 ng/mL TRAIL. The results of time?lapse live cell imaging acquisition showed that the growth inhibition of MDA?MB?231 cells with combined treatment of SAHA and TRAIL were more obvious than that with treatment of SAHA or TRAIL alone. Conclusion The combined treatment of SAHA and TRAIL induces a synergistic effect on growth inhibition in triple?negative breast cancer cell line MDA?MB?231.

10.Clinical Pharmacology Review for Primary Health Care Providers: I. Antihistamines.
Translational and Clinical Pharmacology 2014;22(1):13-18
Primary health care providers play a critical role in maintaining public health, and the appropriate use of pharmaceutical products is one of the major parts of their practice. This series of articles, entitled 'Clinical Pharmacology Review for Primary Health Care Providers,' is intended to help primary health care providers select more appropriate prescriptions for frequently used drugs based on up-to-date information. We expect that this effort will contribute to improvements in public health and diminish unnecessary drug use.
