Acardiac twinning affects 1 in 100 monozygotic twin pregnancies and 1 in 35,000 pregnancies overall. This condition is characterized by the absence or rudimentary development of fetal heart, and associated with various anomaly. The presence of an acardiac twin requires the normal (or "pump") twin to provide circulation for itself, as well as the acardiac sibling. The acardiac malformations are uniformly fatal in the affected twin, and mortality in the co-twin is as high as 55%. The principal perinatal problems associated with acardiac twinning are pump-twin congestive heart failure, maternal hydramnios, and preterm delivery. We recently experienced a case of acardius anceps associated with a normal male infant, so present with a brief review of the literature.

Pseudo-Meigs' syndrome is rare syndrome associated with struma ovarii, yolk sac tumor, ovarian carcinoma, leiomyoma, Brenner tumor and tuberculosis which is combined with the same clinical feature. The cause and pathophysiology of Pseudo-Meigs' syndrome are uncertain. The diagnosis is done by characteristic clinical finding. We present a case of Pseudo-Meigs' syndrome with Brenner tumor with brief review of the literatures.

Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung (CCAM) is a rare benign pulmonary lesion characterized by abnormal overgrowth of the fetal bronchiole. The prenatal diagnosis of CCAM is important because the prognosis of the CCAM is depend on the type, bilaterality, and other associated abnormalities, which can be detected by prenatal ultrasonography. We experienced a case of CCAM that was detected by prenatal ultrasonography and report the case with a review of several related literatures.

Background: Since the first case of severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) occurred in Wuhan in December 2019, the virus has spread globally. The World Health Organization declared the virus outbreak a pandemic on March 11, 2020. On January 19, 2020, a 35-year-old woman who returned from China was confirmed as the first SARS-CoV-2 infected case in Korea. Since then, it has spread all over Korea.Case: We report the first case of a SARS-CoV-2 positive woman delivering a baby through cesarean section at 37+6 weeks of pregnancy in the Republic of Korea. Conclusions This case suggested that negative pressure operating room, skillful medical team, and enhanced personal protective equipment including N95 masks, surgical cap, double gown, double gloves, shoe covers, and powered air-purifying respirator are required at the hospital for safe delivery in such a case.

Staff of the obstetrics department of university hospitals in Daegu and of the Daegu metropolitan government designated Daegu Fatima Hospital for the delivery of pregnant women with suspected and confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection. Thirteen pregnant women with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 were identified. Among them was a 28-year-old pregnant woman who had recovered from COVID-19 and had given birth to a healthy girl at 38 weeks of gestational age.
