Objective To research and develop a data collection and management system for water meters, electric meters and oxygen gauges within the hospital intranet and perform an interface to the reckon of No.1 Military Project to make sure the accruracy of reckon entry. Methods Terminal equipment is water meters, electric meters and oxygen gauges with RS485 long-distance transmission interface. All the long-distance transmission meters for each independent reckon unit are connected to a single or a group of Comport-Network transformers. The data collected by data collection software will then periodically transmit and save the equipment data in a single or multiple special datatables built on No.1 Military database platform. Results This technology has been applied to the newly built in -patient building. Conclusion The interface designed to integrate decentralized equipment and data into the hospital's local area network using Comport- Network will have extensive application and promising marketing prospect.

Objective To design and realize hospital special information system and solve the information management questions of special diagnosis, such as emergency observation, radiation therapy, hemodialysis, assisted reproductive of bear and rear better children. Methods The main problems of hospital special medical in China were analyzed and defined the basic concept of hospital special medical. The main flow and system of hospital special medical from 13 aspects were introduced. Results The work mode and management methods about special medical were changed and solved the limitations of traditional management. Conclusion The design and realization of hospital special medical information systems can be improved work efficiency, medical quality effectively and the informationization level of the hospital.

Objective To develop a multiplex touchdown PCR for simultaneous detection of extended-spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs )-producing Enterobacteriaceae and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA ). Methods Blood culture positive specimens from 102 hospitalized patients were collected between March 2013 and September 2014,four pairs of specific primers were designed based on SHV,TEM,and OXA genes of ESBLs-pro-ducing Enterobacteriaceae and MecA gene of MRSA,drug-resistant genes were amplified with single touchdown PCR and multiplex touchdown PCR, the results were compared with Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method. Results Each single PCR amplified a specific band, four drug-resistant genes were also detected by multiplex touchdown PCR;the lower detection limits of multiplex touchdown PCR for DNA of MecA,SHV,TEM,and OXA were 4.37 ng,2.19 ng,4.53 ng,and 3.59 ng,respectively.Compared with Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion method, the overall sensitivity and specificity of multiplex touchdown PCR were 100.00% and 88.24% respectively, for ES-BLs were 100.00% and 87.23% respectively, for MRSA were both 100.00%.Conclusion A higher sensitivity and specificity multiple touchdown PCR assay has been developed, and it can be used in the rapid diagnosis and epidemi-ology investigation of bloodstream infection caused by ESBLs-producing Enterobacteriaceae and MRSA,and is help-ful for guiding antimicrobial use in clinic.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of nurse-led clinics ( NLCs) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM) . Methods We searched randomized controlled trials ( RCTs) related to the therapeutic effect of patients with T2DM in PubMed, EMBASE, CENTRAL, Web of science, CBM, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang databases from the beginning to June 2016. The methodological quality assessment was used to assess the included studies according to “bias risk assessment” recommended by Cochrane Handbook 5. 1. 0 software, and the data were extracted and analyzed by using the RevMan 5.1 software. Results Totally 15 RCTs with 2 204 patients were included in this study. The Meta-analysis showed that:compared with the control group, NLC intervention can further decrease the HbA1c level of patients with T2DM [ MD=-1.11, 95%CI(-1.47,-0.75), P<0.001];improve patients′adherence to medication [RR=1.28, 95%CI(1.20,1.35)], diet control [RR=1.68, 95%CI(1.52,1.86)], exercise reinforcement [RR=1.32, 95%CI(1.22,1.43)], and regular blood glucose monitoring [ RR=1. 68, 95%CI ( 1. 30, 2. 17 ) ]; and improve patients′ quality of life. Meta-regression analysis showed that the effect of NLC were positively related to the baseline level of HbA1c ( r=-0.33, P<0.05). Conclusions The application of NLC can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with T2DM, and improve their treatment compliance and quality of life.
