Objective To research and develop a data collection and management system for water meters, electric meters and oxygen gauges within the hospital intranet and perform an interface to the reckon of No.1 Military Project to make sure the accruracy of reckon entry. Methods Terminal equipment is water meters, electric meters and oxygen gauges with RS485 long-distance transmission interface. All the long-distance transmission meters for each independent reckon unit are connected to a single or a group of Comport-Network transformers. The data collected by data collection software will then periodically transmit and save the equipment data in a single or multiple special datatables built on No.1 Military database platform. Results This technology has been applied to the newly built in -patient building. Conclusion The interface designed to integrate decentralized equipment and data into the hospital's local area network using Comport- Network will have extensive application and promising marketing prospect.

Objective:To explore clinical significance of sinus heart rate turbulence (HRT) phenomenon in aged pa‐tients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) .Methods :A total of 120 aged SAP patients ,who received 24h DCG in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Oct 2015 ,were selected as SAP group .Meanwhile ,another 144 aged patients ,who re‐ceived 24h DCG examination simultaneously and coronary angiography results were normal ,were regarded as nor‐mal control group .According to coronary lesion severity ,SAP group was further divided into single vessel coronary disease group (single vessel group ,n=35) ,double‐vessel coronary disease group (double‐vessel group ,n=48) and multi‐vessel coronary disease group (multi‐vessel group ,n=37) .The 24h DCG ,HRT indexes ,including turbulence onset (TO) and turbulence slope (TS) ,were measured and compared among all groups .Results:Compared with normal control group ,there was significant rise in TO [(0.77 ± 0.37)% vs .(1.26 ± 0.92)% ] and significant reduc‐tion in TS [(5.45 ± 4.02) ms/RR interval vs .(1.53 ± 0.70) ms/RR interval] ,P<0.01 both ;significant rise in ab‐normal rates of TO (19.44% vs .42.50% ) ,TS (15.97% vs .31.67% ) and TO + TS (11.11% vs .30.83% ) in SAP group ,P<0.01 all .Compared with single vessel group ,there was significant rise in TO [(0.66 ± 0.22)% vs .(1.28 ± 1.11)% vs .(1.46 ± 1.20)% ] and significant reduction in TS [ (2.04 ± 0.82) ms/RR interval vs .(1.66 ± 0.38) ms/RR interval vs .(1.29 ± 0.58) ms/RR interval] in double‐vessel group and multi‐vessel group ,and TO of multi‐vessel group was significantly higher than that of double‐vessel group ,TS of multi‐vessel group was significantly low‐er than that of double‐vessel group , P<0.01 all .Conclusion:Sinus heart rate turbulence can be used as risk predic‐tor for aged patients with stable angina pectoris ,which can provide basis for clinical effective treatment and progno‐sis assessment .

Objective:To observe the recent effects and toxicity of thermochemotherapy on malignant hydrothorax or hydroperitoneum,to evaluate the changes of the immunological functions, and to investigate the mechanism of thermochemotherapy.Methods:Fifty-two patients were treated with weekly intracavitary chemotherapy, and then combined with local endogenetic thermotherapy twice a week.As the control, another 50 patients received weekly intracavitary chemotherapy. The treatment lasted for two weeks and was followed by one-week rest, and then the recent effects and toxicity were observed. The T cell subset,NK cells and VEGF levels in serum, hydrothorax or hydroperitoneum were tested. Results:Overall response rates of the malignant hydrothorax were 86.9% vs 60.0%(P

Objective:Position emission tomography/computed tomography(PET/CT) is a new bio-imaging system which is combined metabolic with anatomic imaging. This study was to compare the accuracy of conventional staging methods(including computed tomography, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, and detection of bone marrow) with that of PET/CT for lymphoma staging and re-staging. Methods:A total of 42 patients with lymphoma diagnosed by operation or biopsy, received conventional and PET/CT staging. The accuracy of these two methods and their impact on lymphoma staging were compared. Results:The accuracy of PET/CT scan was 95.2%(40/42),and that of conventional staging was 78.6%(33/42).The detection rates of internal lymph node were 97.1%(66/68) and 88.2%(60/68),respectively.The detection rates of outer lymph node were 91.7%(22/24) and 58.3%(14/24),respectively.Compared with conventional staging methods,7 cases were up-staged and 2 cases were down-staged by PET/CT,which led to the change of therapy in 8 cases.Conclusion:PET/CT scan is more sensitive and accurate than conventional staging methods in staging and restaging of lymphoma.

In recent years, many researchers have devoted themselves to the application of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in root canal disinfection, as conventional root canal disinfection methods have failed to achieve the optimal effect. Some clinicians have also applied PDT to root canal disinfection. PDT is expected to have a better effect than traditional root canal disinfection. This paper reviews the research progress on the mechanism, effect, influencing factors and limitations of PDT in root canal disinfection. Current research suggests that differences in the type and status of the bacteria, photosensitizers, light sources, operating environment and methods all affect the efficacy of root canal disinfection of PDT. Most of the research into PDT for root canal disinfection finds that it is effective, nontoxic, advantageous to dental pulp regeneration and comfortable for the patient, as well as lacking an excitant; however, its bactericidal effect is inferior to that of sodium hypochlorite. At present, it cannot replace traditional chemical washing but is a promising auxiliary method. The design of the photosensitizer, the energy dose of the light source and the optimal irradiation time need to be determined by further experiments, and more clinical verification is needed before its application in root canal therapy.

Objective To study the clinical, pathological, imaging features of two cases of central core disease (CCD) with different inheritance and to explore the similarities and differences between autosomal recessive CCD (AR-CCD) and autosomal dominant CCD (AD-CCD). Methods Clinical manifestations, family history, muscle MRI and muscle biopsy were collected. Targeted next generation sequencing (NGS) and sanger sequencing were applied for genetic analysis. Co-segregation analysis was further conducted in one family. Results Their common clinical manifestations included childhood early-onset proximal limbs muscle weakness and dystrophy accompanied with facial involvement. The MRI revealed extensive muscular dystrophy and fatty filtration in the both thighs, but not in rectus femoris. Pathology of skeletal muscle showed typical central cores in type Ⅰ muscle fibers and eccentric cores only in AR-CCD. Targeted NGS identified 3 missense mutations in RYR1, including one novel mutation. Conclusion The present study has described clinical and pathological features of two typical CCD patients with different inheritance, which may be associated with the different mutations in RYR1 gene. Targeted NGS apparently improves the genetic diagnosis of CCD.
