Objective To investigate the effect of Sangi Tonglero decoction on dynamic electrocardiogram and clinical results, in order to improve the level of clinical treatment. Method 110 Patients with variant angina pectoris in February 2010 to February 2013 were selected and divided randomly into two groups. 55 patients in control group were given amlodipine treatment , the other in observation group were added Sangi Tonglero decoction beside amlodipine treatment. The differences in electrocardiogram and clinical effects between two groups after treatment were compared. Results The clinical results of dynamic electrocardiogram and angina were showed that the efficiency rate and total efficiency rate in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The difference of lipid levels, blood rheology indicators between two groups after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Dynamic electrocardiogram is a preferred method of checking variant angina pectoris , and Sangi Tonglero decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect .

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen for patients with early stage cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and four patients with early stage cerebral infarction(within 6 hours) were divided randomly into experimental and control groups.Hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)therapy was administrated immediately after batroxobin had been dripped quickly into the experimental group.HBO was initiated after the same drug was used for 7 days in the control group.HBO was administered once a day,10 times in all.Neurological im- pairment was scored and cerebral infarction areas were determined through MRI in all patients after the HBO therapy had been completed.Results The neurological impairment scores(NIS)were significantly lower after therapy than before therapy in each group,and lower in the experimental group than in the control group.Cerebral infarction areas in the experimental group were smaller than those of the control group.Conclusion HBO can encourage neurocyte function recovery and limit cerebral infarction areas in the early stage of cerebral infarction.

Objective To investigate the regulation of Ningchang Decoction on free radical of stressed irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) rats. Methods The stressed IBS model rats were made by chronic bandaged-stress and inserting the end. The rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, model control group, positive control group, high dosage of Ningchang Decoction group, middle dosage of Ningchang Decoction group, low dosage of Ningchang Decoction group. Different treatment were given to each group by ig administration for 4 weeks. The contents of SOD, MDA and T-AOC in serum of stressed IBS rats were determined and the regulation of Ningchang Decoction on them were observed. Objective To establish the preparing approach and the quality control standards,and to oberserve its clinical curative effects. Methods The content of sulphur in sulphur emulsion ointment was detected with the simpler and quicker method than that of the pharmacopoeia, compared with the sulphur emulsion and sulphur oint-ment, the curative effects on scabies were observed. Results The contents of sulphur detection indicated that the re-covery rate was 100.07 % ,RSD = 0.55 % ( n = 5). The total effective rate was 97.3 % and the effective rate of the control group was 85.2 %. The difference between two groups was remarkbale( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion The pre-scription is rational, the preparation techniques are simple, the content detection method is simple and convenient, its representation is good and accurate, its curative effects are reliable, its treatment courses are short, and its curative rate is high.

Objective To observe the effects of nebulizing Budesonide combined with Salbutamol in patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma of acute attack.Methods 60 patients suffered from acute attack of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,that is,the therapeutic group(n=30)was treated by nebulized Budesonide combined with Salbutamol and the control group(n=30)was treated only by nebulized Salbutamol.The symptoms and signs were measured before the treatment,and 15 minutes,3 days and 7days after the treatment.Results The heart rates and breathing frequency of the treatment group were improved significandy(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nebulizing Budesonide combined with Salbutamol can be used to treat the acute attack of bronchial asthma effectively.

Objective To investigate the correlation of coronary heart disease with the RDW(red blood cell distribution width) and UA(uric acid)level .Methods Chose 150 cases of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital(CHD group) ,at the same time selected 120 healthy cases as a normal control(control group) .Measured the RDW ,red blood cell (RBC) ,hemoglobin(Hb) ,mean corpuscular volume (MCV) ,white blood cell count(WBC) ,platelets(PLT) ,UA ,serum creatinine(Cr) ,blood urea nitrogen(BUN) , lipids four of the patients whose were selected ,then analyzed the data .Results The RDW(13 .34 ± 0 .73)% were significantly in-creased in CHD group compared with RDW (12 .45 ± 0 .86)% in the control group;The UA (378 .32 ± 67 .20)μmol/L were also significantly increased in CHD group compared with UA(302 .21 ± 66 .46)μmol/L in the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion RDW and UA has an important significance for the diagnosis of CHD .

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacies between thin-cotton moxibustion plus surround needling and Western medication in treating herpes zoster (HZ).
Methods:Eighty-three HZ patients were divided into two groups according to their admission sequence, 41 cases in the thin-cotton moxibustion group and 42 cases in the Western medication group. The thin-cotton moxibustion group received thin-cotton moxibustion on the surface of lesions plus surround needling around the lesions, once a day. The Western medication group was intervened by Acyclovir intravenous injection, 0.25 g per dose, once a day, along with external application of Acyclovir cream 3-5 times a day. After 10-day treatment, the blister-healing time, crusting time, pain-reducing time, onset time of action, lesion-healed time, and occurrence of post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN) were compared.
Results:During the study, a case dropped out in the thin-cotton moxibustion group, and 2 cases dropped out in the Western medication group. The recovery and markedly-effective rate was 92.5% and total effective rate was 97.5% in the thin-cotton moxibustion group, versus 72.5% and 87.5% in the Western medication group, and the between-group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The blister-healing time, crusting time, pain-reducing time, onset time of action and lesion-healed time in the thin-cotton moxibustion group were significantly shorter than those in the Western medication group (P<0.05). The occurrence rate of PHN was 2.07% in the thin-cotton moxibustion group, significantly lower than 9.19% in the Western medication group (P<0.01).
Conclusion:Thin-cotton moxibustion plus surround needling can produce a more significant efficacy than Acyclovir in treating HZ, and it can markedly reduce the occurrence of PHN.

Objective To search for a candidate DNA vaccine of Fasciola hepatica. Methods Using RT-PCR and digestion with Hind III and BamHI, Fasciola hepatica secreted cathepsin L1(FheCL1) cDNA was cloned into the expression vector pcDNA3.1. Results The cloning was successful, the cDNA sequence and its deduced amino acid sequence were analyzed. There was much difference between the cloned FheCL1 and the published one. But the first 20 residues of their amino acid sequences were the same. Conclusion The recombinant plasmid pcDNA3.1-FheCL1 may be a new type of candidate DNA vaccine candidate for Fasciola hepatica. It is possible that Fasciola hepatica presents different sub-species but their amino acid residues (1 to 20) encoded by FheCL1 might build up membrane spanning helix.
