Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(23):1782-1784
Objective To investigate the family care needs in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma after transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE).Methods One hundred and twenty patients of hepatocellular carcinoma with non first time of TACE were selected from August 2013 to June 2014 by convenience sampling method.Using a self designed questionnaire form, investigated patients' families care after discharge needs, including psychological demand, nursing requirements and other requirements. The independent factors affecting families psychological needs were analyzed by multi-factor analysis of variance. Results Patients' families care needs in dimensions, psychological demand was the highest score for (3.12±0.81) scores.Care requirements and other requirements were (3.04±0.56),(2.18±0.36) scores, respectively. Each demand entries, understand pain processing requirements was the highest score for (3.78 ±1.02) scores, hospice and funeral support was the lowest for (1.27±0.38) scores.Education degree, and patient relationship were independent factors affecting patients' families psychological demand,P<0.05.Conclusions TACE reduces quality of life of patients, the role of families in the care of patients is also important.Care needs of families after TACE,the psychological demand should be satisfied first, required at the same time attention to relevant nursing requirements and other requirements;while education from families and relationships with patients are independent factors affecting the psychological needs of patients' family members.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(5):313-315
Objective To investigate the changes before and after docetaxel chemotherapy and significances of T lymphocyte subsets of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.MethodsThe clinical data of 100 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital from January 2013 December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, these patients were regarded as lung cancer group, another 100 cases of healthy subjects in our hospital received over the same period were selected as healthy group, the changes of T lymphocyte subsets of the two groups were statistically analyzed.ResultsThe CD+3, CD+3CD+4, CD+4/CD+8, NK cells before and after chemotherapy of the lung cancer group were significantly lower than the healthy group (P<0.05), the CD+3, CD+3CD+4, CD+4/CD+8, NK cells before chemotherapy were significantly lower than after chemotherapy (P<0.05), the difference of CD+4/CD+8 between the two groups was not significant; The CD+3, CD+3CD+4, CD+4/CD+8, NK cells of the disease control patients in the lung cancer group were significantly lower than the disease progression patients, healthy group (P<0.05), the differences of CD+3, CD+3CD+4, CD+4/CD+8, NK cells between the disease control patients and healthy group were not significant, the difference of CD+4/CD+8 between the two groups was not significant.ConclusionThe changes of T lymphocyte subsets before and after docetaxel chemotherapy of patients with non-small cell lung cancer can provide effective basis for clinical evaluation of cellular immune function and efficacy of chemotherapy of patients with non-small cell lung cancer, so is worthy of the clinical's full attention.

Objective To apply failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to reduce nursing risk of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC).Methods 100 patients with PICC in central hospital of Minxing District of Shanghai were named as the experimental group, failure mode and effect analysis were performed in this group to obtain the value of risk priority number (PRN) and array them according to the RPN value to work out improved plan systematically and put it into practice to guide the clinical operation and nursing care.98 PICC patients in Xinzhuang health service center and Tumor Hospital of Minhang district were set as the control group, which were subjected to traditional nursing. All statistical analysis were done by SPSS 11.0 software package, the differences of the incidence of PICC-related nursing risk between the two groups due to the implementation of FMEA was analyzed by X2 test. Results Application of FMEA could reduce the nursing risk of PICC,After the application of FMEA,the incidence of PICC-related complications such as focal or systemic infection, puncture site oozing and bleeding, skin allergies, mechanical phlebitis, too deeply placed catheter, catheterization into cervical veins and reflexed into axillary vein, catheter occlusion, catheter migration, difficult removal of catheter, puncture failure in the experimental group decreased obviously, the differences had statistical meaning. Conclusions The application of failure mode and effects analysis can reduce the nursing risk of PICC,decrease medical disputes, alleviate the suffering of patients, reduce medical costs caused by PICC-related complications, and improve the satisfaction degree of patients and the quality of nursing care.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
The paper reported the topical skin antiinflammatory activity of bufexamac on inflammation model induced by formaldehyde in mice. Comparing with the blank cream, the effect of 0.5% bufexamac cre-am on inflammation had no statistically difference, but all those of 1% bufexamac cream at 1 and 2 h after treatment, of 2 % and 5 % bufexamac cream at 1, 2 and 4h after treatment, showed significantly difference. The antiinflammatory activity was enhanced with the increase of bufexamac concentration in cream. The antiinflammatory activity of 2 % bufexamac cream was close to the effects of 1 % indomethacin cream and 0.05 % clobetasol Cream.Furthermore, our study showed that steroid antiinflammatory agents and nonsteroid antiinflammatory agents were all active against erythema and edema produced by formaldehyde in mice. Formaldehyde and mice are cheap and easy to obtain in our country. It is of some value to use the animal model for screening the topical skin antiinflammatory agents.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(04):-
Actinic keratosis (AK) is a precancerous state of the skin, which shows epidermal dysplasia of different degrees. The cellular DNA content and proliferative activity of the skin lesions in 27 cases of AK were analyzed with flow cytometry. The results showed that the PI (proliferating index) in AK was higher than that in normal skin (P

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective: To study the effects of soluble vascular endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) in recurrent oral ulceration (ROU). Methods: sVCAM-1 and sICAM-1 in oral menbrane tissue sampls were measured with an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay using sandwich technices in 45 patients with ROU and 40 nomal controls. Results: The expression level of sVCAM-1 in the oral membrane tissue samples of ROU patients was higher than that in the controls (P0.05). Both sVCAM-1 and sICAM-1 expression were not significantly different with the stages (ROU-active and ROU-free) of the lesion. Conclusion: sVCAM-1 might play a role in ROU.
