Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;(24):3733-3734
Objective To analyze the efficacy of modified epley maneuver associated with betahistine for treating posterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(PC-BPPV).Methods 78 cases with unilateral PC-BPPV were divided into complexed therapy group(39 cases)and control group(39 cases)randomly. The complexed therapy group was treated by modified epley maneuver associated with betahistine 6mg per time,3 times daily for successive 1 month.the control group was treated by modified epley maneuver only. Results 78 patients after first treatment,56 cases were cured, control group(28 patients),complexed therapy group(28 cases),no statistically significant difference between the two groups. After 1 month of treatment, the control group were cured 30 cases, effective 3 cases, invalid 6 cases;the complexed therapy group were cured 37 cases, effective 1 case, invalid 1 case;complexed therapy group, the cure rate was 94.9%,significantly higher than the 76.9% of control group(x2=4.3365,P<0.05).Conclusion The modified epley maneuver associated with betahistine is effective to treat PCBPPV,which is worth being promoted.

3.Application valuation of uterine artery ligation in laparoscopic myomectomy
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(9):22-24
Objeetive To analyze the application valuation of uterine artery ligation in laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods Seventy-five hysteromyoma patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy were collected. The patients were divided into 2 groups by random digits table method,33 cases underwent uterine artery ligation before laparoscopic myomectomy (experiment group),and 42 cases only received laparoscopic myomectomy (control group). The prognosis and postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the 2 groups. Results The duration of operation, amount of bleeding, length of stay, laparotomy rate, postoperative residual cavity hematoma formation rate, improving rate and recurrence rate in experiment group were better than those in control group [(42.46 ±37.22) min vs.(73.23 ±48.82) min,(143.12 ±81.46) ml vs.(214.70 ± 149.19) ml,(5.17 ± 1.08) d vs.(9.21 ± 1.20) d,12.1%(4/33) vs.28.6%(12/42),18.2%(6/33) vs.31.0% (13/42),93.9% (31/33) vs.81.0% (34/42),12.1% (4/33) vs.23.8% (10/42)],there were statistical differences (P < 0.05).Conclusions Uterine artery ligation in laparoscopic myomectomy is safe and effective. It can decrease the duration of operation, amount of bleeding, length of stay, laparotomy rate and postoperative residual cavity hematoma formation rate.
4.Effect of different anesthesia methods on hemodynamics in gynecological laparoscopic operation
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(2):172-173
Objective To observe the effects of peridural and general anesthesia on haemodynamics in gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods 106 patients with gynecological laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into epidural anesthesia group(n=53)and general anesthesia group(n=53)respectively.The changes of heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),SPO_2 were monitored before anesthesia,at 20min after pneumoperitoneum(pp),end of operation. Results The sober time in epidural anesthrsia geoup(7.1 ±2.5)min was significantly faster than that in general anesthesia group(20.8 ± 6.3)min(t=2.068,P<0.05).At 20min after pp,HR in general anesthesia group(91 ±17)was significantly faster than that in ppidural anesthesia group before anesthesia(t=2.593,P<0.05),and it was significantly higher than epidural anesthesia group(t=3.417,P<0.05).SBP in epidural anesthesia group was singnificantly lower than before anesthesia(t=2.806,P<0.05),and it was significantly lower than general anesthesia group(t=3.917,P<0.05).Conclusion General anesthesia does not significantly better than epidural anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic operation, but they should enhance the clinical monitoring of hemodynamics.
5.The effect of the modified pelvic reconstructive surgery for the pelvic organ prolapse
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(18):2473-2474
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of the modified pelvic reconstructive surgery for the pelvic organ prolapse. Methods36 pelvic organ prolapse patients were divided into two groups, research group and control group. The research group received modified pelvic reconstructive surgery, while the control group was give traditional pelvic reconstructive surgery. The surgery duration, length of stay, blood loss during surgery between the two groups were compared. ResultsThe research group had no patient who was recurrence, and no patient had complications. While the control group had 4 patients who was recurrence, and no patient had complications. The surgery duration, length of stay, blood loss during surgery of the control group was statistically more than the research group( all P <0. 05 ). ConclusionThe modified pelvic reconstructive surgery for the pelvic organ prolapse could cure the pelvic organ prolapse effectively. And the modified pelvic reconstructive surgery was a better choice according to the traditional pelvic reconstructive surgery.
6.The construction on competency models of health nurses
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(20):1-4
Objective To construct competency models of health nurses. Methods The compe-tency models of health nurses based on eompetencies of health nurses by questionnaires survey of check-list and Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) was obtained. First, questionnaires survey of checklist was ad-ministrated and based on these results, coding competency dictionary was obtained through focus group discussions of professionals. Then the transcripts of BEI were coded on the basis of this competency dic-tionary. Results Significant difference existed in time and length of interview. The excellent nurses and common nurses were different in responsibility, professional knowledge and technique, initiative, emergency capability and rigourism. Conclusions The four factors, including service characteristic, cognitive style, professional particularity, tendency particularity, construct the competency models of health nurses.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(16):-
OBJECTIVE:To explore the situation and relevant factors of ADR induced by Shengmai injection and find out reason and preventive measure of ADR in order to provide reference for rational use of drugs. METHODS:60 ADR cases of Shengmai injection published from 1989 to 2009 were analyzed in terms of age distribution, organs and systems involved in ADR and its manifestation. RESULTS:ADR cases induced by Shengmai injection mainly were allergic reactions(including rash, urticaria, conjunctival edema, fever, chills, allergic shock),34 cases accounting for 56.67%,followed by gastrointestinal system,7 cases accounting for 11.67%.7 cases of cardiovascular system accounted for 11.67%,other manifested as cardiovascular system response, visual impairment and local pain, etc.CONCLUSION:Clinical staff should be aware of the characteristics of ADR induced by Shengmai injection and its pathogenesis and grasp medication time as well as preventive measures. Drug use should be standardized to avoid and decrease the incidence of ADR.
