Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(8):508-510
Highly developed molecular genetic techniques have got implemented widely in the diagnosis of birth defects and genetic diseases.Due to the special nature of genetic testing , there is still a lack of appropriate external quality assessment , but many clinical laboratories are conducting or going to conduct genetic diagnosis for monogenic diseases and prenatal diagnosis. In this paper , it will be discussed that how to ensure the quality control of the laboratory diagnosis of monogenetic diseases , based on the present application of genetic testing technologies and the difficulties in the diagnosis of monogenetic diseases.
2.Investigation on Air Pollution by Fluoride Created by Ceramics
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
ve To explore the air pollutibn by fluoride created by ceramics. Methods Air sampling, data analysis and evaluation were carried out in 8 sampling locations of Cizao town composed mainly by ceramics. Results The daily average levels of fluoride in air showed a range of 0.002 ?0.003 mg/m3 and over-standard rates of 14.29% ~ 100% respectively. The average levels of pollution indexes ranged from 0.81 to 3.59 in Cizao town. Conclusion Because the air had been polluted by fluoride in Cizao town, the environmental protection management and monitoring fluoride in ambient air should be strengthened further.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(11):-
Objective To study the location of coronary chronic total occlusion and the correlatin between coronary chronic total occlusion and coronary collateral. Methods SPSS was used to analyze the general clinical and coronary angiographic data of 113 patients with coronary bypass surgery performed. Results There were 61 patients with coronary chronic total occlusion. 71 sites of coronary chronic total occlusions were observed by coronary angiography, of which, one was located in left main coronary artery (0 9%), 17 in proximal left anterior descending artery (15 0%) , 9 in middle left anterior descending artery (8 0%), 3 in distal left anterior descending artery (2 7%), 5 in proximal left circumflex artery (4 4%), 6 in middle left circumflex artery (5 3%), 3 in distal left circumflex artery (2 7%), 9 in proximal right coronary artery (8 0% ), 10 in middle right coronary artery (8 8% ) and 8 in distal right coronary artery (7 1% ). There were 72 patients with coronary collateral. The coefficient of correlation between collateral and coronary chronic total occlusion was 0 707 (P=0 000 ).Conclusions Coronary chronic total occlusion is frequently located in proximal, middle left anterior descending artery and right coronary artery. There is significantly positive correlation between collateral and coronary chronic total occlusion.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 2003;0(05):-
Objective To study the treatment of renal artery stenting for patients with coronary artery heart disease and renal artery stenosis who need coronary atery bypass graft (CABG) and its effect on preventing acute renal dysfunction after CABG. Methods From April 2001 to January 2005, renal artery stenting was carried out in 82 patients (a total of 104 renal arteries) with CHD and renal artery stenosis who needed CABG. Among the 82 patients, 77 of them accompanied with hypertension and 21 of them had abnormal renal function. Heparin was selected as anticoagulant other than anti-platelet drug and low molecular weight heparin before stenting. Results All of the stents were successfully implanted in 104 renal lesions without complication. Blood creatinine (Cr) reduced in 9 patients with renal dysfunction by the time of discharge. Three patients had blood Cr increased provisionally after stenting. Four patients with normal pre-operational renal function showed transient increase in blood Cr after stenting. All of the patients with transient blood Cr elevation had bilateral renal artery stenosis. Conclusion Renal artery stenosis may cause acute renal failure after CABG. Pre-CABG renal artery stenting may prevent the occurance of acute renal failure after operation.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2010;24(3):224-227,231
Objective: To discuss the university students early-stage interpersonal perception and selection in internet Method; Totally 362 university students who used internet instant chat system were surveyed with the self-designed questionnaires. They were required to assess the influence degree of internet information on their feeling and choosing in a five degree scale. The differences in gender, subject and lasting time were also compared. Re-sults: (1) Age (4. 39 ± 1.94), nick name (3.71 ± 1.92) and self-explained (3.67 ± 1.97) were the most important information for choosing a friend in internet, which were higher than three most unimportant information including blood type (1.23 ±0. 80), level (1.40 ±0.95), and operation (1.41 ±0.89) (P<0.01) . (2) All students trended to evaluate others or selves information veritable. In all items, the veracity rate of self evaluate was high than 78.2% , and the veracity degrees of evaluating others'information were between 2.05 ~ 2.91. (3) Bad manners (1. 33 ±0.72), rough speech (1.41 ±0.71), and bored dialogue (1.50 ±0. 80) were the most related factors to choose friend, which were higher than three most unimportant information including no meeting chance (4.47±0.94), slow typing (3.13 ±1.12), poor motivation (2.32 ± 1.05) (P<0.01) . Conclusion: This study suggests that peoples early-stage perception and selection in internet are based on the selection, confirmation and conjecture of users, which will have certain effects on the development of network interpersonal relationship.

Background and purpose:Increasing thyroid cancer (TC) incidence has caused wide public concern. It is typically interpreted as an increase in the true occurrence of TC but may also relfect changing life style or aging of population or increased diagnostic scrutiny. This study describes the temporal trend for incidence of TC and survival rate of patients by summarizing the 41 years TC incidences and follow-up data in Xuhui District, Shanghai.. Methods:Annual TC incidence data of Xuhui District from 1973 to 2013 were provided by Shanghai Cancer Registry System. The calculation of age-standardized incidence rates (ASIR) was based on the population of the year 1973. Temporal trends in TC incidence were analyzed based on the natural spline regression model. Annual percentage change (APC) was estimated by Jointpoint software from US National Cancer Institute, as well as survival rates were estimated using Kaplan-Meier method by Stata software. Results:During the period from 1973 to 2013, papillary cancer was the dominant type with proportion 69.8%. The ASIRs for female TC were 2.51-2.70 times as high as those for male TC. The average age of TC incidence for male was 50.04±14.71 while for female was 48.57±13.65. When aging factors were removed, incidence rate of TC was on the rise since 1981 with the APC of 8.46% (95%CI: 5.9%-11.1%), and on a rapid growth from 2004 to 2013 with the APC of 20.30% (95%CI: 9.8%-31.7%). The study showed that the 5-year TC survival rate was 95.21%, and the 10-year TC survival rate was 89.09%. In addition, survival rate of female was higher than that of male (χ2=15.43,P=0.000 1).Conclusion:The rising trend of TC in Xuhui District is similar to those in Shanghai and some developed countries. Although the mortality rate of TC is low, it has a rapid increase in incidence. Studies on factors associated with TC will help to clarify the epidemiological features about TC and promote more eff-cient prevention and control strategies.
