Vascular stenosis can mainly be divided into two types:the congenital vascular stenosis and acquired vascular stenosis.The etiology of congenital vascular stenosis is unclear yet,it usually occurred in different types of congenital cardiovascular and cerebrovascular stenosis.Acqnired vascular stenosis is often caused by athemsclerotic plaque,resulting in the percutaneous brace implantation,or balloon angioplasty.Imaging methods can be helpful in the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of various congenital or acquired vascular stenosis accurately and timely.Currently,imaging technology has developed rapidly and the new imaging technology emerges.This paper briefly reviews the imaging technology progress in evaluating the vascular stenosis.

[ Objective ] To evaluate the significance of high-frequency ultrasonography (HFU) combined with color Doppler velocimeter (CDV) for the differential diagnosis of breast masses (BM) . [Methods] HFU and CDV findings in 113 cases of BM were compared with their pathological findings. [Results] There was a certain relationship between HFU findings and pathological findings. The detectable rate for the blood flow accounted 97.80% in breast cancer examined with HFU, resistance index (RI) being 0.77?0.06; detectable rate for benign BM was 61.76%, RI being 0.52?0.05. OBJECTIVE: To reduce and standardize drug repercussion and to guarantee rational,safe,economic and effective drug use on patients.METHODS: 449 records of drug repercussion in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from Mar.to Nov.in 2009 were statistically analyzed to explore corresponding countermeasures.RESULTS: Drug repercussion was mainly cause by physicians (inadequate communication and false computer operation),patients (medication refusal resulting from inadequate knowledge,admission,discharge and death),drug shortage,wrong charge and other aspects (ADR,medical insurance).CONCLUSION: It is fact that there is drug repercussion.It requires the improvement of relevant system and skill of medical staff,strengthening of service awareness,enhancement of medication guide to avoid occurrence of drug repercussion.

Objective To investigate the impact of metoprolol and tongxinluo on the levels of hypersensitivity C -reactive protein (hs -CRP)and NT -proBNP in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 84 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group(n =42)and the control group(n =42). The control group was given metoprolol treatment,and the observation group was given metoprolol and tongxinluo treat-ment for 3 months.The echocardiography before and after treatment was inspected.The levels of serum hs -CRP were measured with immune reflection method and the levels of BNP were measured with ELISA.Results The total effective rate,adverse reaction rate of the control group were 95.24%,4.76%,and those of the observation group were 76.19%,23.81%,the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The ventricular septal thickness (IVST),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVDD),left ventricular systolic touch the inside diameter (LVSD)of the observation group were improved than the control group (P <0.05),while the IVST,LVEF,LVDD,LVSD of the observation group after treatment were better than the control group (t =3.996,4.123,3.852,4.256,all P <0.05).The levels of serum hs -CRP and NT -proBNP of the observation group were lower than the control group (t =5.225,7.856,all P <0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Tongxinluo capsule can improve cardiac function,reduce serum hs -CRP and plasma BNP levels,improve clinical outcomes of patients.

Objective To investigate the effects of inhalation of isoflurane (Iso) on pulmonary and systemic inflammatory response through the changes in the plasma and pulmonary levels of IL-1β and IL-10 in rats. Methods Thirty-two adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=8 each): group control (group C), group Iso-4 h, group Iso-8 h and group R. Group C inhaled air only. Group Iso-4 h and Iso-8 h inhaled in 40% O2 + 1.5% Iso for 4 and 8 h respectively. Group R inhaled 40% O2 + 1.5% Iso for 8 h and then withdrew and only inhaled 40 % O2 for 2 h. Blood samples were taken from femoral artery for measurement of plasma concentrations of IL-1β and IL-10 by ELISA. Then the rots were sacrificed to collect bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) for measurement of IL-1β and IL-10 concentrations. The right lung tissues were obtained for determination of the expression of IL-1β mRNA and IL-10 mRNA by RT-PCR. Results The BALF concentration of IL-1β and IL-1β mRNA expression in lung tissues were significantly higher in group Iso-4 h, and the concentrations of plasma and BALF IL-1β and IL-10, and the expression of IL-1β mRNA and IL-10 mRNA in lung tissues were significantly higher in group Iso-8 h than in group C (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in the concentrations of plasma and BALF IL-1β and IL-10 and expression of IL-1β mRNA and IL-10 mRNA in lung tissues between group R and group C (P>0.05). The plasma and BALF IL-10 concentrations and IL-10 mRNA expression in lung tissues were significantly higher in group Iso-8 h than in group Iso-4 h (P<0.05). The concentrations of plasma and BALF IL-1β and IL-10 and expression of IL-1β mRNA and IL-10 mRNA in lung tissues were significantly lower in group R than in group Iso-8 h (P<0.05). Conclusion Isollurane inhalation can induce transient pulmonary and systemic inflammatory response in rats.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the protective effect of different extraction samples from Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction on acute myocardial ischemia model mice. METHODS:96 mice were randomized into blank control group (normal saline),model group(normal saline),positive drug group [Compound Salvia miltiorrhiza tablet,4.6 mg(crude drug)/(kg·d)],high-dose,medi-um-dose and low-dose groups of water extract,supercritical CO2 extract and supercritical CO2 extract+dregs water extract [24,12, 6 mg(crude drug)/(kg·d)],with 8 mice in each group,12 groups in total. They were given medicine intragastrically once a day. On sixth day,30 min after giving drugs,those groups were given isoprenaline 20 mg/kg,ih,to induce myocardial ischemia model except for blank control group,once a day,for consecutive 3 d. Electrocardiogram ST segment variation of mice were observed. The times and duration of buccal respiration were observed after rapid decapitation,and the activities of CK and LDH in serum were determined. RESULTS:Compared with blank control group,electrocardiogram ST segment and the activity of CK and LDH increased in model group,while the times and duration of buccal respiration after rapid decapitation reduced(P<0.01);compared with model group,above indicators of medication groups had been improved (P<0.01),and were positively correlated to drug concentration;the indicators of supercritical CO2 extract+dregs water extract group were most close to those of blank control group. CONCLUSIONS:Different extraction samples from Saliva miltiorrhiza decoction all have protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia model mice,and the protective effect of supercritical CO2 extracting+dregs water extracting sample of Salvia Miltiorrhiza decoction is best.

Twenty four female patients underwent thyroidectomy between June 2015 and August 2016,among whom 11 cases were pathologically diagnosed as nodular goiter (NG group),and 13 cases were diagnosed as nodular goiter complicated with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (NG + HT group);meanwhile,17 female patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT group) and 20 healthy females (control group) were also recruited in the study.The expression of micro RNA(miR)-125b was evaluated by quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR),the expression level of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) was analyzed by Western blotting in thyroid nodules and adjacent thyroid tissue in NG and NG + HT groups.Serum expression of miR123b was detected in all 4 groups.qRT-PCR results showed that the expression of miR-125b was down regulated by 0.55 fold in thyroid nodules of NG + HT group compared to NG group (t =2.873,P ＜ 0.01).The serum expression levels of miR-125b in control group,NG group,HT group and NG + HT group were 1.00,1.06,0.92 and 0.79,respectively,the expression level in NG + HT group was significantly lower than that of control group (q =4.717,P ＜ 0.01).Western blot showed that the expression of TNF-α in thyroid nodules of NG + HT group was significantly higher than those in nodules of NG group and adjacent thyroid tissues of both groups.The results suggest that miR-125b might serve as a promising diagnostic biomarker of Hashimoto's thyroiditis in patients with nodular goiter.

Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and nursing intervention on patients with massive myocardial infarction (MMI) complicated cardiac arrest (CA) .Methods :A total of 100 MMI + CA patients ,who were treated in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Dec 2014 ,were selected .According to CA‐to‐CPR time ,patients were divided into >6min group (n=12) ,4~6min group (n=21) ,1~3min group (n=33) and <1min group (n=34) .CPR result ,patient outcome ,and satisfaction of patients and their family's on first aid and nursing were observed and compared among all groups .Results:Number of successful revived cases was 0 ,4 ,18 and 28 cases in > 6 min group ,4~6min group ,1~3min group and <1min group respectively ,there were 50 cases successfully revived in total .Compared with >6 min group ,4~6min group ,there were significant rise in success rates of CPR (0% ,19.05% vs .54.55% ,82.35% ) in 1~3min group and <1min group ,P<0.05 or <0.01. Cure rate was 43 (86. 00% ) in successful revived patients ,including 15 cases from 1~3min group and 28 cases from <1min group .Patient′s satisfaction was 66.67% ,90.48% ,93.94% and 97.06% in >6 min group ,4~6min group ,1~3min group and <1min group respectively ,and total satisfaction rate was 92.00% .No medical dispute occurred . Conclusion:CPR timing is the key of emergency rescuing patients with massive myocardial infarction complicated cardiac arrest ,and function of nursing intervention is great because it enhances rescue effect .
