The products from bioreactor of peanut cotyledon are organ-specific, enrichment in content, orally taken directly, etc. These properties made it a better bioreactor than others. Current research background and future perspective in this area were introduced. The techniques needed on peanut bioreactor was summarized. The key of peanut bioactor is construction of transformation vector. The promoters of major storage proteins are best choice for construction of transformation vectors. The promoter of glycinin genes from soybean can also be used in construction of transformation vector.

Objective To discuss the feasibility,safety and validity of ViabahnTM self-expanding covered stent in endovascular repair of femoral pseudoaneurysm caused by intravenous drug injection.Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with femoral pseudoaneurysm caused by intravenous drug injection,who were admitted to authors' hospital during the period from April 2014 to April 2015,were retrospectively analyzed.The pseudoaneurysms were located at the common femoral artery in 6 patients and at the superficial femoral artery in 3 patients.Endovascular repair with ViabahnTM self-expanding covered stent was performed in all the 9 patients.The intraoperative angiographic findings,the sizes of the implanted stents,and the manifestations of the angiography performed immediately after stent implantation were recorded,after operation,the patients were kept under close observation to evaluate the improvement of clinical symptoms,the effect of pseudoaneurysm repair,and the occurrence of endoleak,stent infection,in-stent stenosisand fracture of stent.Anti-infection treatment was employed both before and after the stent implantation;after the stent implantation debridement and/or drainage for soft tissue infection area of inguinal region was adopted.Results Successful implantation of ViabahnTM self-expanding covered stent was accomplished in all 9 patients,with a technical success rate of 100％.Angiography performed immediately after stent implantation showed that complete repair of pseudoaneurysm cavity was obtained in all 9 patients,the distal segment of the parent artery was patent,and no endoleak occurred.The patients were followed up for 6-12 months,and limb salvage was successful in all patients,no intermittent claudication or muscular atrophy occurred.CT angiographyreexamination showed that no endoleak,stent infection,stent fracture or in-stent stenosis occurred.Conclusion Under the conditions of adequate anti-infection,local debridement and drainage,the use of ViabahnTM self-expanding covered stent can promptly close the break of femoral pseudoaneurysm to save the patient's life.Because of the excellent qualities,such as flexibility,adhesion and patency,of ViabahnTM self-expanding covered stent,the postoperative occurrence of intermittent claudication,stent fracture and in-stent stenosis can be effectively reduced.It is expected that ViabahnTM self-expanding covered stent may become one of the vascular reconstruction methods for femoral pseudoaneurysm caused by intravenous drug injection,although its long-term curative effect needs to be further observed and verified.

OBJECTIVE:To study the HPLC fingerprint profiles of crude and processed Semen Cassiae so as to provide basis for the establishment of chromatographic fingerprint of Semen Cassiae.METHODS: The samples of Semen Cassiae were hydrolyzed in the 1.5 mol?L-1 hydrochloride acid and then reflux extracted with chloroform.The HPLC analysis was run in gradient elution.The whole information of single-wavelength chromatographic fingerprint,two-dimension information data at full wavelength 220 nm～550 nm and the data of 18 fingerprint peaks compared with chrysophanol were treated by cluster analysis.RESULTS:It was observed that the contents of several chemical components were higher in the crude or processed Semen Cassiae than in chrysophanol.There were differences between the crude and the processed Semen Cassiae in HPLC fingerprint profiles though they were of good similarity.CONCLUSION: The HPLC fingerprints of liposoluble constituents were obtained with good resolution under the experimental chromatographic system.Three pure chromatographic peaks of chrysophanol,emodin and physcion have been identified.More reliable cluster result can be obtained from two-dimension information data at full wavelength 220 nm～550 nm than from the whole information of single-wavelength chromatographic fingerprint or from the information of chromatographic fingerprint of characteristic peaks.

Objective To explore the relationship between the critical thinking disposition and the innovation behavior in nurses. Methods A total of 360 clinical nurses were questionnaired by the critical thinking disposition inventory and innovation behavior scale. Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to explore the effect of critical thinking disposition on the innovation behavior in nurses. Results The total scores of critical thinking disposition and innovation behavior in nurses were respectively 290.68±33.46 and 4.12±0.96. There was significant difference of the score of innovation behavior in nurses with different professional titles and working years(F=6.257, 4.802, P<0.05). The score of innovation behavior was positively correlated with the scores of seek truth, open mind, analysis ability, systematic ability, self-confidence, learning desire and cognitive maturity(r=0.367-0.514, P<0.05). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the seek truth, open mind, analysis ability, systematic ability, self-confidence, learning desire and cognitive maturity were the influencing factors of innovative behavior in nurses. Conclusions The critical thinking disposition and innovation behavior were in medium level in nurses, and the critical thinking disposition was the influencing factors of innovative behavior in nurses.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects of enteral nutrition powder in children with phenylketonuria(PKU)under one year. METHODS:120 PKU children under one year were selected and given enteral nutrition powder(20 g/kg,qd)for consecutive 32 weeks. The level of benzene,height,weight,head circumference,IQ level,nutrition indicators and ADR were compared be-fore treatment,8 weeks after treatment,32 weeks after treatment. RESULTS:8 and 32 weeks after treatment,the level of benzene decreased gradually,and height,weight and head circumference increased gradually,with statistical significance(P<0.05). IQ lev-el of children after 8 weeks treatment were better than before,and those of children after 32 weeks treatment were better than after 8 weeks treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05). 8 and 32 weeks after treatment,nutrition indicators were improved sig-nificantly,compared with before treatment;ALT,Alb and TP levels 32 weeks after treatment were significantly better than 8 weeks after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in BUN,TBil and Pa levels between 32 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment(P>0.05). 66 cases suffered from 181 times of ADR,mainly including 10 times diarrhea and 126 times upper respiratory tract infection,among which one children developed moderate gastroen-teritis. They were all recovered after symptomatic treatment. CONCLUSIONS:For PKU children under one year,enteral nutrition powder can effectively control the phenylalanine levels,prevent the decrease of IQ and improve the nutritional status so as to meet the normal growth and development of children nutritional requirements,with better safety and tolerance.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of urine trace albumin in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods A total of 35 patients with DN in DN group,32 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM)in DM group and 36 people accepted physical examination in control group.The urine trace albumin,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine were detected and compared.Results Urine trace albumin level in DN group was significant higher than those of DM group and control group,the differences were statistical significant(P <0.05),blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels were slightly higher than those of DM group and control group,but there were no statistical significant differences (P >0.05).The urine trace albumin,blood urea ni-trogen and serum creatinine between DM group and control group had no statistical significant differences (P >0.05).Conclusion Urine trace albumin could be used as an early diagnostic index for early diagnosis of DN.

Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility of labeling skin of inner mongolia cashmere goats with BrdU,and to optimize its immunohistochemical conditions.Methods:We injected different dose of BrdU into the neck vein of cashmere goats,then we took samples from the back skin of the goats,fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde.Next the samples were embedded with paraffin and sectioned.We examined the samples with immunohistochemical technology to test the effect of the influencing factors to labeling results as the BrdU injection,such as dosage,the concentration of second antibody and streptavidin-peroxidase,the way of antigen pretreatment,and DNA denature temperature.Results:We observed red BrdU positive cells in labeled goats whereas not in the control.Meanwhile,in the samples of the unlabeled goats or those incubated with PBS,no nuclear staining is observed.Conclusion:BrdU can be used for labeling of inner mongolia cashmere goats in vivo,which have no obvious dosage effect.The best condition of labeling is that puttig the section in 2 mol/L HCl 30 min at 37℃,in trypsin 30 min at 37℃.The most appropriate concentration of biotin-conjugated second antibody and streptavidin-peroxidase is 1∶100,under which the results of immunohistochemical are the best.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of phosphoric acid phosphate combined metformin in the treatment of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 86 cases with diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus included in this study were dividing into control group and experiment group with each 43 cases.The patients in the both groups were give regular treatment.Patients in the control group were given metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets 500mg by oral administration with 3 times a day and patients in the experiment group revieved phosphoric acid phosphate by oral administration with once a day.A cycle of 2 groups of patients were 28d,a total of 3 cycles of treatment.The ADP,APAF1,D25-(OH)D3),CysC and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy in experiment group was 93.02％,which significant higher than that in control group 76.74％(P<0.05).The serum level of ADP,APAF1 and CysC decreased after treatment with experiment group much lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum D25-(OH)D3l elevated in the two groups with experiment group much higher than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse drug reactions was not statistically different between the two groups.Conclusion Phosphoric acid phosphate combined metformin in the treatment of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus was effective with high safety.
