Objective To investigate application of local anesthesia on the success rate of PICC. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in patients (120 cases)receiving PICC from March 2004 to January 2006. Randomly selected 120 cases were divided into 2 groups, each with 60 cases and PICC was im-plemented with the conventional method or under local anesthesia respectively in the two groups. Psychological changes of patients and nurses, adverse reactions of pain, success rate and incidence rate of complications were observed. Results The two groups were different in the following aspect, success rate, psychological changes, adverse reactions of pain, etc (P<0.01). Conclusions Local anesthesia during PICC is conducive to raise the success rate of tube insertion and the elimination of other adverse factors, especially for coarse PICC suite.
2.Immunotherapy of gastric cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(8):606-608
The primary immunotherapy for gastric cancer includes cytokine therapy, monoclonal antibody therapy, and cancer vaccines. A lot of researches are being conducted to study gene immunotherapy. It has found that Cbl-b gene plays an important role in regulating anti-tumor immunity and Cbl-b protein is involved in the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. Silencing Cbl-b gene in T lymphocytes can enhance anti-tumor immunity, therefore may become an effective treatment for patients with advanced gastric cancer.

6.Ephs and ephrins in colorectal cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(9):696-699
Erythropoitin producing hepatocellular receptors(Ephs) and their ligands ephrins, the largest subset of tyrosine protein kinase receptor family, play a key role in the adhesion, orientation, migration and differentiation of cells.Eph and Ephrins are found closely correlated with tumorigenesis and development in human gastrointestinal tumors, especially colorectal cancer. The members of Ephs and ephrins show diverse expression in intestinal epithelial cells.Studying the mechanism and role of Ephs and ephrins on the malignant tumor occurrence and development will provide more accurate clinical basis for the treatment of colorectal cancer.
7.The clinicopathologic characters and prognosis of cervical cancer in 831 young women under 35 years old
China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Background and purpose:Several prior studies have evaluated that the overall incidence of cervical cancer has decreased in the past 30 years, while it seems that the age of mortality is younger, especially young women under 35 years old. The prognosis of cervical cancer in young women still needs to be determined. The purpose of this study was to determine the main clinicopathologic characteristics of cervical cancer in young women aged under 35 years and the influence of age on prognosis. Methods:A retrospective review was performed for 831 patients under 35 years old , 1 737 cases over 35 years old was used as a control group. Clinical and pathologic variables including clinical stage, pathological type, tumor size, lymph node metastases(LNM),depth of invasion(DI) and lymphovascular space involvement (LVSI)were analyzed using Peason chi-squowe test. The 5-year survival and 2-year recurrence rates were analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method. Results:The younger patients were characterized by a higher rate of early stage with 64% vs 37.8% in control group(P=0.000),non-squamous cell carcinoma were 14.90% in the study group and 6.80% in the control group(P=0.000),bulky lesion were 52.00% vs 30.44%(P=0.000), LNM were 33.46% vs 23.93% (P=0.000),deep stroma invasion(DSI) were 51.88% vs 39.94% (P=0.005),There was no significant difference in LVSI for two groups with 37.03% in the young group and 38.26% in the control group (P=0.663).The clinical stage and tumor size of young patients were related with LNM,DI and LVSI(P
8.Human albumin stimulates human renal tubular epithelial cells to produce monocyte chemoattractant protein-1
Chinese Journal of Nephrology 1997;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between human albumin stimulation and MCP-1 production of human renal tubular epithelial cells. Methods Thirteen patients with minimal change disease (MCD) were enrolled into the study. MCP-1 expression and M? infiltration in renal biopsy tissues were studied by immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH). In vitro experiment, proximal tubular epithelial HK-2 cells were stimulated by human serum albumin in different concentration, then MCP-1 production was detected by Western Blot. Results In renal tissues of MCD, focal positive MCP-1 was found in tubular walls and a few M infiltrated in every area including tubular walls , meanwhile a correlation of M? infiltration between interstitium and tubular lumen was studied. In cell culture experiment, with its concentration more than 2 g/L. human serum albumin could stimulate HK-2 cells to produce MCP-1. Conclusions MCP-1 expresses in the tubules of MCD patients with massive proteinuria. A few M?infiltrate in the renal tissue and move between the interstitium and the lumen of tubules. Human serum albumin can stimulate human tubular epithelial cells to produce MCP-1.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the effects of puerarin on levels of thromboxane A 2 (TXA 2) and prostaglandin I 2 (PGI 2) in plasma of rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 48 Wistar juvenile rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal diet, high fat and high cholesterol diet (HFD), HFD supplemented respectively with 1 g/kg puerarin (puerarin group Ⅰ) or 2 g/kg puerarin (puerarin group Ⅱ). After eight weeks of feeding, the rats were sacrificed for detection of the levels of lipid, TXA 2, and PGI 2. Results The blood triglycerol, total cholesterol, LDL C, TXA 2, and TXA 2/PGI 2 were significantly lower in puetarin Ⅰ and puerarin Ⅱ groups than those in HFD group, but the concentration of HDL C was significantly increased in the supplemented group( F =109 163, P =0 000; P
10.Analysis on the Application of Acid Inhibitors in Our Hospital from 2005 to 2009
China Pharmacy 2005;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the application of acid inhibitors in our hospital and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinic. METHODS:The consumption sum and DDDs of acid inhibitors in our hospital from 2005 to 2009 were statistically analyzed with the method of DDD analysis. RESULTS:Consumption sum of acid inhibitors in our hospital increased year by year, especially for proton pump inhibitor. Consumption sum of H2 receptor antagonist decreased year by year. Omeprazole and pantoprazole took up the top place of DDDs order. Rank ratio of pantoprazole had been kept at 1 for five years with sound synchrony. DUI of these drug were no more than 1,which meant rational drug use. CONCLUSION:The acid inhibitors in our hospital are applied rationally and safe and highly effective proton pump inhibitor is the best choice in the clinic.
