Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and nursing intervention on patients with massive myocardial infarction (MMI) complicated cardiac arrest (CA) .Methods :A total of 100 MMI + CA patients ,who were treated in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Dec 2014 ,were selected .According to CA‐to‐CPR time ,patients were divided into >6min group (n=12) ,4~6min group (n=21) ,1~3min group (n=33) and <1min group (n=34) .CPR result ,patient outcome ,and satisfaction of patients and their family's on first aid and nursing were observed and compared among all groups .Results:Number of successful revived cases was 0 ,4 ,18 and 28 cases in > 6 min group ,4~6min group ,1~3min group and <1min group respectively ,there were 50 cases successfully revived in total .Compared with >6 min group ,4~6min group ,there were significant rise in success rates of CPR (0% ,19.05% vs .54.55% ,82.35% ) in 1~3min group and <1min group ,P<0.05 or <0.01. Cure rate was 43 (86. 00% ) in successful revived patients ,including 15 cases from 1~3min group and 28 cases from <1min group .Patient′s satisfaction was 66.67% ,90.48% ,93.94% and 97.06% in >6 min group ,4~6min group ,1~3min group and <1min group respectively ,and total satisfaction rate was 92.00% .No medical dispute occurred . Conclusion:CPR timing is the key of emergency rescuing patients with massive myocardial infarction complicated cardiac arrest ,and function of nursing intervention is great because it enhances rescue effect .

Objective To study the effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA) mediated photodynamic therapy (PDT) on human ovarian carcinoma 3AO cells in vitro. Methods Morphological changes were examined by microscopy; the inhibitory effects of 5-aminolevulinic acid mediated photodynamic(5-ALA-PDT) on 3AO cells were examined by MTT assay; cell cycle of 3AO cells was observed by flow cytometry with PI staining; the modality of 3AO cell death induced by 5-ALA-PDT was determined by flow cytometry with Annexin V-PI staining. ObjectiveTo summarize the experience of nursing patients with heat illness combined with respiratory failure. Method The nursing records of 13 patients with heat illness combined with respiratory failure were reviewed for summarizing the nursing measures.Result After treatment and nursing care,12 of them were discharged and 1 died from multiple organ dysfunction. Conclusions Rapid cooling is key to the success of rescue.The nursing measures include keeping respiratory tracts unobstructed and preventing complications from artificial airway and mild hypothermia therapy.

Objective To investigate the mechanism of small-dose cisplatin in enhancing photodynamic therapy sensitivity and apoptosis in human cervical carcinoma cell lines.Methods The Hela and Siha cells were divided into four groups(blank control group,photodynamic therapy only,cisplatin only,photodynamic therapy and cisplatin).The effects on proliferation of Hela and Siha cells in the four groups were examined by MTT assay.The expression of P185c-erbB-2 in Hela and Siha cells affected was detected by immunocytochemistry.Results The degree of apoptosis caused by the joint application of cisplatin and photodynamic therapy was greater than that caused by cisplatin or photodynamic therapy alone.The expression of P185c-erbB-2 in cells declined correspondingly.However,the order of cisplatin and photodynamic therapy did not cause obvious differences in the effect.Conclusion The in vitro proliferation of Hela and Siha cells is restrained obviously by cisplatin combined with photodynamic therapy;the effect is greater than that of cisplatin or photodynamic therapy only.The mechanism of cispatin's enhancement of photodynamic therapy sensitivity may be related to inhibiting P185c-erbB-2 expression.

Objective To explore the experience in nursing breast cancer patients with simple mastectomy and sentinel lymph node biopsy.Methods Indocyanine green combined with methylene blue was used for sentinel lymph node biopsy.114 breast cancer patients with negative frozen biopsy of sentinel lymph node were treated with mastectomy plus sentinel lymph node biopsy.Before the operation,psychological nursing and preoperative guidance were carried out,and after the operative,pain nursing and wound care were done. Results The operation time of 114 patients was 1~2h, and the amount of bleeding was 50~100mL. After the operation, subcutaneous effusion occurred in 5 patients.After the treatment and intensive care,all the patients were cured. Conclusions Simple mastectomy and sentinel lymph node biopsy can avoid unnecessary lymph node dissection and reduce the injury to the body.Active and effective nursing measures and techniques play a dual role,which can ensure the desired effect.

Objective To build the relationship model of childhood aubuse, personality, insecurity and dissociative trait in medical students. Methods Through stratified sampling,262 medical students were investiga?ted by the Personal Report of Childhood Abuse( PRCA) ,Dissociative Trait Scale( DTS) ,Self?Rating Feeling of In?security Scale( SRFIS) ,Revised NEO Five?Factor Inventory( NEO?FFI?R) . A path analysis was applied by AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) version 7.0. Results ①Childhood abuse was positively related to insecurity, dissociative trait and neuroticism( r=0.248~0.361, P<0.01) ,but was passively related to extraversion,agreeable?ness and conscientiousness( r=-0.168~-0.250, P<0.01). Insecurity was positively related to dissociative trait and neuroticism( r=0.479~0.522, P<0.01) ,but was passively related to extraversion,agreeableness and conscien?tiousness( r=-0.234~-0.324, P<0.01). Dissociative trait was positively related to neuroticism( r=0.597, P<0.01) ,but was passively related to openness, extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness ( r=-0. 133~-0.453, P<0.05). ②The path analysis showed that childhood abuse was directly related to insecurity(B=0.339, P<0.01)and personality(B=-0.226, P<0.01)of medical students. Personality was directly related to insecurity and dissociative( B=-0.609~-0.363, P<0.01) . Insecurity was directly related to dissociative trait( B=0.448, P<0.01) . Personality and insecurity mediated entirely the relationship between childhood abuse and dissociative trait of medical students. The model fit indexes were χ2/ df =1.151<3.000, P=O.080>0.05,RMSEA=0.024<0.050, GFI=0.935,AGFI=0.909,NFI=0.923,RFI=0.902,IFI=0.989,TLI=0.986 and CFI=0.989. Conclusion Per?sonality and insecurity as mediated variable mediate the relationship between childhood abuse and dissociative trait of medical students. Childhood abuse has no direct effect on dissociative trait of medical students.

Objective To investigate the distribution of TH17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods Intracelluar flow cytometirc detection of TH17 cells in peripheral blood was establised using PHA or PMA + Ion as stimulators in vitro. Thirty-five active and 30 stable RA pa-tients and sex and age paired healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Results The stimulating effect of PMA + Ion was better than that of PHA alone. Under PMA + Ion stimulation, the percentage of TH17 cells in peripheral blood from RA patients and healthy controls was increased significantly(P<0.05). With or with-out PMA + Ion stimulation, such percentage in active group was higher than that of stable group and both of them were higher than that of heathy controls(P<0.05). The distribution profile of TH1 cells was similar to that of TH17 cells. Conclusion There is a distribution abnormality of TH17 cells in peripheral blood of RA patients, which could be used as a new marker for the assessment of immunological condition in RA.

Objective To learn the recent development and regional distribution of clinics in China.Methods Based on statistics and a nationwide survey of clinics in the country,a simple linear regression was made to find factors determining clinics regional distribution.Results Clinics in China were found to have grown sizably from 134 000 in 2008 to 155 000 in 2014;medical technology workers to 2.31 per clinic in 2014;and the total revenue of these clinics accounted for only 0.724% of all medical institutions,while there are more clinics in the east than the west regions in China.Conclusions The role of clinics in attracting high quality medical resources to primary care should be further enhanced for development of the hierarchical medical system in China.
