Objective To analyze the CT features of cavitation between primary lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell cancer. Methods The CT findings of cavity of primary lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma were evaluated in 57 patients, including 33 of squamous cell carcinoma and 24 of adenocarcinoma. The clinical data and CT features were analyzed retrospectively using the independent samples t-test,Pearson Chi-square test or Fisher's exact test. Results The mean age of ptients with squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of patients with adenocarcinoma (65.57-4-9.26 vs 58.75 ± 11.12,P =0.015).Statistical differences were found in distribution of gender and smoking habit between the two kinds of carcinomas (P =0.014 and P =0.029).The T stages were also different between the two carcinomas (P=0.003).In addition, the maximum diameter of tumor (P =0.003),the maximum diameter of cavity (P =0.029) and the maximum thickness of the cavity wall (P=0.001) of squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those of adenocarcinoma. Moreover, the presence of ground-glass opacity (P =0.010),vessel passing through the cavity (P =0.001),septum inside the cavity (P<0.001) and tumoral bronchogram (P =0.027) in adenocarcinoma were higher than those in squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion There are significant differences between adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma in the population distribution and image features, comprehensive analysis helps the differential diagnosis.

Objective:To establish an evaluation model for occupational hazard prevention and control levels in coal mines, to explore the combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, to evaluate the overall situation of occupational hazard prevention and control in coal mines. Methods:In November 2021, Collect information of occupational hazards and their prevention and control status in 30 coal mines. AHP model was first constructed for the elements of occupational hazard prevention and control in coal mines. Then, the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to comprehensively evaluate and grade the occupational hazard prevention and control in coal mines, using the principles of maximum membership and weighted average. Results:The hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results for typical coal mine were basically consistent with its occupational hazard prevention and control situation. The dust prevention and control situation was good, the noise prevention and control situation is average, the occupational health monitoring situation was good, the occupational health management situation was average, and the overall level of occupational hazard prevention and control was good. Conclusion:The hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for occupational hazard prevention and control levels, combined with the principles of maximum membership and weighted average, can objectively evaluate and reflect the overall situation of occupational hazard prevention and control in coal mines.

Objective:
To investigate the differences in enolase and laminin levels in vaginal epithelial tissues between mice successfully infected withGardnerellaand mice not infected with Gardnerella, providing information for further exploration of the correlation between enolase and laminin levels and the incidence of bacterial vaginosis.
Methods:
Gardnerella strains isolated, purified, and identified from vaginal secretions of patients with bacterial vaginosis were used to infect the vagina of mice and establish a mouse model of bacterial vaginosis. Successful and failed mice was defined as successful and failed groups, respectively. Differential expression of enolase and laminin in the vaginal epithelial tissue of two groups of mice was detected by Western blot. Modeling success rate was statistically analyzed, and the expression differences of enolase and laminin was compared between two groups.
Results:
One strain of Gardnerella vaginalis infected 10 SPF grade KM mice, 7 mice met the diagnostic criteria for bacterial vaginosis, and 3 mice failed to model, with a success rate of 70%. Western blot was used to detect protein expression levels, and the levels of laminin and enolase in the successfully modeled mouse vaginal epithelial tissue were significantly higher than those in the failed modeling group, with statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).
Conclusion
Enolase and laminin may be involved in the occurrence of bacterial vaginosis, however, further research is needed to determine the mechanisms through which they trigger the occurrence and development of the disease.
