Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin D combined with iron succinate on children with premature anemia .Methods 66 patients with premature anemia from November 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group, with 33 cases in each group.The patients in the both groups were give regular treatment, the experimental group was given the protein succinate oral solution (phenipril) 1.5 mL/kg on the basis of conventional treatment, Vitamin D drops ,one times a day.Two groups were treated continuously for 60 days.The hemoglobin, serum iron, ferritin, liver and kidney function and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results The hemoglobin, serum iron and ferritin levels in two groups were higher after treatment(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the hemoglobin, serum iron and ferritin levels in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment ,the levels of serum ALT, AST, Cr and BUN in the two groups were not statistically significant.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups.Conclusion Vitamin D and iron proteinsuccinylate combined treatment of anemia in premature infants clinical curative effect, improve the body hemoglobin, serum iron and ferritin levels, without causing damage to liver and kidney function, drug safety.

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic guidance MTX local injection combined with mifepristone in the treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy. Methods From January 2013 to February 2014,a total of 120 cases of unruptured tubal pregnancy were given injection of MTX 1 mg /kg in the capsule under ultrasonic guidance and oral administration of mifepristone 75 mg twice a day for 4 days. Results Ultrasound-guided puncture was successfully completed at first time in 1 12 cases and at second time in 8 cases.Four days after treatment,the β-hCG decreased by more than 15% in 80 cases (66.7%),had no significant change in 10 cases (8.3%),and increased by less than 15% in 30 cases (25.0%).The β-hCG decreased by more than 15% at the seventh day in 105 cases (87.5%),and had a further decline at the 14th day,and dropped to normal after a month,with abdominal pain relieved,vaginal bleeding stopped,and abdominal mass shrunk or disappeared.The treatment successful rate was 87.5%(105 /120).The hospitalization costs was 1208.5 -2722.6 yuan,with an average of 1859.4 yuan. Conclusion Under ultrasonic guidance,MTX local injection combined with mifepristone in the treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy is a simple and safe method.

In recent years,assisted reproductive technology(ART)is developing rapidly,especially in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)technology.The rate of clinical pregnancy in our country is about 40％,and how to improve the rate of clinical pregnancy of IVF-ET has been the focus of the scholars research content.Environmental factors including culture system,temperature,humidity,pH value and volatile organic compounds,all of these can affect the success of IVF-ET.Now the common environmental factors affecting IVF-ET research progress were reviewed as follows.

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and accuracy of osmometer in the osmolarity measurement of pirenoxinun sodi-um eye drops. Methods:An osmometer was used to measure the osmolarity of pirenoxinun sodium eye drops, and the stability of the osmolality was studied. Results:The osmolarity of pirenoxinun sodium eye drops with different formula conformed to the requirement of ophthalmic preparations. The osmolality showed no significant change at the ambient temperature, indicating the stability of the prepa-ration. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and practical, which can be used as the osmolarity measurement method for pirenoxi-nun sodium eye drops.

We investigated the baseline brain activity level in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) by am plitude of low-frequency fluctuation (ALFF) based on resting-state functional MRI (fMRI). We examined 13 patients in the MDD group and 14 healthy volunteers in the control group by resting-state fMRI on GE Signa 3.0T. We calculated and compared the ALFF values of the two groups. In the MDD group, ALFF values in the right medial prefrontal were higher than those in control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.001). ALFF values in the left parietal in the MDD group were lower than those in control group with statistically significant differences (P < 0.001). This resting-state fMRI study suggested that the alteration brain activity in the right medial prefrontal and left parietal ALFF contributed to the understanding of the pathophysiological mechanism of MDD patients.

Objective To explore the relationship and the clinical significance of homeobox gene B1 (HOXB1 )and microRNA-31 75 (miR-31 75)expressions in human glioma.Methods The expression levels of HOXB1 and miR-31 75 in 60 glioma tissues and 1 5 normal brain tissues were analyzed by real-time fluores-cent quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR).Spearman rank correlation analysis was performed to explore the relation-ship between HOXB1 and miR-31 75 in human glioma tissues.The relationship between HOXB1 (or miR-31 75)and clinical pathological characteristics of glioma patients was analyzed.The correlation of HOXB1 (or miR-31 75)and survival rate was calculated by Kaplan-Meier.And COX regression models were used to assess the prognostic factors.Results Compared with normal brain tissues,the expression of HOXB1 was significant-ly decreased in glioma tissues (1 .498 ±0.323 vs.0.946 ±0.588,t =-5.680,P =0.000);and the expre-ssion of miR-31 75 was obviously increased in glioma tissues (1 .008 ±0.355 vs.2.076 ±0.841 ,t =4.274, P =0.000),and HOXB1 expression was negatively correlated with miR-31 75 expression in glioma tissues (r =-0.601 ,P =0.000).HOXB1 expression was related with histologic grade (χ2 =4.848,P =0.028), and miR-31 75 expression was related with histologic grade (χ2 =5.640,P =0.01 8)and Karnofsky score (χ2 =4.785,P =0.029).The results of Kaplan-Meier revealed that there were significant differences in median survival time between HOXB1 (or miR-31 75)high-expression group and HOXB1 (or miR-31 75)low-expression group [HOXB1 :(21 .0 ±4.0)months vs.(7.0 ±0.8)months;χ2 =7.495,P =0.006;miR-31 75:(6.0 ±0.6)months vs.(1 6.0 ±5.8)months;χ2 =9.591 ,P =0.002].COX regression models showed that tumor degree (RR =6.556,95% CI:1 .1 96-35.952,P =0.002),HOXB1 (RR =0.01 8, 95%CI:0.001 -0.31 2,P =0.006)and miR-31 75 (RR =2.098,95%CI:1 .663-7.51 3,P =0.037)were independent prognostic factors for prognosis.Conclusion The HOXB1 expression may be negatively correlated with miR-31 75 in human glioma tissues,and the expression levels of HOXB1 and miR-31 75 are associated with the glioma malignant degree,survival time and prognosis of glioma patients.

AIM: To observe the dynamic changes of interleukin-4(IL-4),IL-10,IL-12 in rat serum and lung tissues during acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). METHODS: The ARDS model of rats was induced by intravenous injection of oleic acid. The levels of IL-4 ,IL-10,IL-12 in serum and the supernatant of lung tissues were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RESULTS: The Levels of serum and lung IL-10,IL-12 in ARDS rats were increased in 4 h ,8 h,16 h group compared with control group . The levels in IL-10 in serum in 16 h group and IL-10 in lung tissues of 8 h group were lower than that in 4 h group. The Levels of IL-4 in serum in 4 h, 8 h group were higher than that in control group , while IL-4 in 16 h group was lower than that in 8 h group. IL-4 of lung tissues in 4 h,8 h,16 h group were increased significantly,but in 16 h group were lower than that in 8 h group. The biggest changes of pulmonary coefficient and histopathology were observed at 4 h after injection of oleic acid. CONCLUSIONS: IL-4,IL-10 and IL-12 might play important roles in inflammatory reaction induced by oleic acid. The pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines produced successively during ARDS. The relationship between unbalanced cytokines and lung injury in ARDS needs to be further studied.

Objective Meningovascular syphilis is the intima inflammation of blood vessels caused by the syphilitic infec-tion, which is associated with the occurrence of ischemic stroke.The study analyzed the clinical, imaging features and prognosis for meningovascular syphilis so as to improve its diagnosis and treatment. Methods 14 patients diagnosed with meningovascular syphilis were collected prospectively from December 2007 to March 2015 in the neurological department of Jinling Hospital.The patients were followed for a period of 21.5(range 10.2~37.9)months,and the prognosis were evaluated. Results Patients with meningovascular syphilis presented with dizziness, hemiplegia, hemidysesthesia and cognitive decline.Lesions showed multiple, scattered on MR ima-ging, intracranial vascular stenosis was seen in the CTA/MRA, and the laboratory examination had characteristic changes.With a large dose and sufficient courses of penicillin treatment, meningovascular syphilis may hopefully get predominant effects.78.57%patients got good prognosis(modified Rankin Scale ,mRS≤2)at 3 months and 85.71% patients got goodlong-term prognosis(mRS≤2). Conclusion Meningovascular syphilis was usually presented as acute onset, lacks the specific clinical and neuroimaging manifesta-tions.Most patients has favourable prognosis after treatment of syphilis with full course of penicillin.

Objective To observe the clinical features of retinal arterial occlusion (RAO) in youth.Methods This is a retrospective case review.Nine patients (9 eyes) with RAO were enrolled in this study.There were 6 males (6 eyes) and 3 females (3 eyes).The average age was (14.22± 3.93) years.The best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA),indirect ophthalmoscopy,fundus color photography and fundus fluorescein angiography were performed.All patients underwent systemic evaluation including blood routine,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,blood lipids,vasculitis screening,homocysteine level,antiphospholipid antibody,blood coagulation,neck vascular ultrasound,and cardiac color ultrasound and electrocardiogram examination.All patients received oxygen therapy,blood medications and symptomatic treatment.Meanwhile,the patients with autoimmune diseases were received systemic glucocorticoid therapy.The follow-up was ranged from 6 to 12 months.The visual acuity and fundus change before and after treatment were compared.Results among 9 patients,one patient had systemic lupus erythematosus,one patient had congenital heart disease,one patient had hypergammaglobulinemia,and carotid artery color ultrasonography showed that the internal carotid artery vessels faltered in 2 cases.The BCVA was 0.01-0.12.Among 9 eyes,there were 5 eyes (55.6％) with retinal branch artery occlusion (BRAO),2 eyes (22.2％) with central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO),2 eyes (22.2％) with ciliary retinal artery occlusion (CLAO).CRAO eyes showed positive RAPD (relative afferent pupillary defect),fine retinal artery and the corresponding vein,pale white retinal edema in posterior area and macular cherry-red spot.BRAO eyes manifested as inferior temporal artery occlusion and pale white retinal edema around them.CLAO eyes showed temporal ligulate grey-white retinal edema.At the last follow-up,BCVA improved and retinal vessels returned to normal in 7 eyes (77.8％);BCVA unchanged and no improvement in fundus in 2 eyes (22.2％).Conclusion Adolescent RAO is mostly partial occlusion,the prognosis is generally good after early active treatment.

Objective To compare the levels of serum phosphorus,bone alkaline phosphatase and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in preterm infants with very low birth weight, and provide evidence for early screening, prevention of metabolic bone disease in preterm infants.Methods A total of 110 newborns who met the inclusion criteria were selected in pediatric ward in our hospital.The case group included 60 preterm infants with very low birth weight and control group included 50 full term infants.Fasting blood were taken from the subjects at week 1, 4, and 12 respectively, and ELISA was conducted to quantitatively detect the serum levels of phosphorus, bone alkaline phosphatase and 25-hydroxyvitamin D.Results The increase of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 in case group was smaller than that in control group;the levels of serum phosphorus had no significant difference between two groups.In case group, the level of bone alkaline phosphatase increased at week 1,4, and 12, and the 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level had significant difference at week 12 (P＜0.05).The abnormal rate of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level was 26.7％ for case group and 0％ for control group.Conclusion There were significant differences between case group and control group in levels of bone alkaline phosphatase and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3, suggesting that detecting the serum levels of bone alkaline phosphatase and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 would facilitate the early diagnosis of metabolic bone disease in preterm infants.
