The obese children are increasing at a surprisingly high annual rate of 9.1 percent in China.Meanwhile children are lack of health consciousness and self-protection,thus obese children are more vulnerable towards obesity.Since parents are responsible for their children's daily lives and behaviors,the health education of obesity should be started with those parents with obese children.This paper calls to carry out health education aimed at parents of obese children through multiple means such as community health services,taking advantage of public media and establishing specific clubs,in order to effectively control the increase of obese children.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qingzhuo Qudu Pills combined with acupuncture in treating chronic nonbacterial prostatitis and to explore the possible molecular mechanism. Methods A total of 160 cases of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis were randomly divided into western medicine group, Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group and combined group, 40 cases in each group. The western medicine group was given Tamsulosin and Celecoxib tablets orally, Chinese medicine group was given Qingzhuo Qudu Pills, acupuncture group were given acupuncture, and the combined group were given Qingzhuo Qudu Pills plus acupuncture. Treatment period covered 30 days. Before and after treatment, the clinical efficiency of the four groups was assessed by the US National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index ( NIH-CPSI) scores, and routine prostatic fluid examiantion and drug safety assessment were also carried out. Results ( 1) The total effective rate was 69.23%, 84.62%, 74.36% and 92.50% in the western medicine group, Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group and combined group, respectively; the combined group had the best clinical efficiency ( P<0.05) , and then came Chinese medicine group ( P<0.05) , but the difference between acupuncture group and western medicine group was insignificant (P>0.05). (2) After treatment, the total scores and scores of each item of NIH-CPSI were decreased in the four groups ( P<0.05 compared with those before treatment) , and the improvement of general symptoms, the quality of life, pain and urination in the combined group was superior to that in the other 3 groups ( P<0.05) . ( 3) After treatment, levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β) were decreased to various degrees (P<0.05 or P<0.01 compared with those before treatment), and the decrease in the combined group was superior to that in the other 3 groups (P<0.05). (4) The blood, urine and stool routine examination, electrocardiography, hepatic and renal function of the 4 groups stayed normal before and after treatment, and no adverse reaction was present in the 160 cases. Conclusion Qingzhuo Qudu Pills combined with acupuncture is safe and effective in treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis through relieving symptoms and reducing the degrees of prostatitis. Cytokines may play an important role in the pathogenesis and treatment of chronic prostatitis.

Objective To study the effects of diabetes mellitus(DM)on fas receptor-induced cardiomyocytes apoptosis and inflammatory response in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 70 patients with ST-elevated myocardial infarction were divided into two groups:without(n=36)and with diabetes mellitus(n=34).Strepavidin-biotin ELISA was used to examine the serum levels of sFas,sFasL,TNF-? and IL-6.Results As the concentrations of sFas and sFasL immediately after primary PCI were higher in patients of AMI with DM than without DM(4.18?0.86 vs 3.30?0.82 ng/ml,6.15?1.56 vs 4.34?1.37 ng/ml,respectively,P

Objective To studythe role of p16 and cyclin in the genesis and development of endometrial car-cinoma. Methods 12 cases of normal endometrium, 22 cases of proliferative endometrium and 41 cases of endome- trial carcinoma were detected for the expression of p16 and cyclin D1 by means of immunohistochemical S-P. Results In normal endometrium p16 was expressed while cyclm D1was almost negative in the proliferative phase, but both of them were negative in the secretory phase. Among the groups of the simple and compound hyperplasia, the atypical hyperplasia and the endometrial carcinoma,the expression of p16 showed a descending tendency, while the expression of cyclin showed an ascending tendency. In endometrial carcinomas the expression of p16 was significantly lower than that of normal endometrium and proliferative endometrium (P<0. 01 ,P<0.05). However, the expression of cy- clin in proliferate endometrium and endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometri- un (P<0. 05,P<0. 01). The overexpression of cyclin D1 in the atypical hyperplasia group was obviously different from that in the simple and compound hyperplasia group (P＜0.01). In endometrial carcinoma,the expression of p16 was decreasing with the descending of cell differentiate degree, on the opposite, the expression of cyclin was in-creased and there existed a negative correlation between them. It was also observed that the overexpression of cyclin was significant different between and ( P ＜0. 01 ). Conclusionp1 6 is a negative regulating factor of cell cycle in endometrial carcinoma, while cyclin is a positive one. Both of them are important in the genesis and devel-opment of endometrial carcinoma. The Iow expression of p1 6 and the overexpression of cyclin are related with the malicious biological behaviors of endometrial carcinoma and maybe play an important role in the judgement of prog- nosis. Overexpression of cyclin may be an earlier molecular event in the genesis of endometrial carcinoma.

Objective To investigate the role of microRNA-490-5p (miR-490-5p) in the regulation of visceral sensitivity in rats with intestinal dysfunction.Methods The lentivirus vector system was used to construct the rno-miRNA-490-5p lentivirus expression vector.The rats were divided into normal group,diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) group,lentivirus empty vector group and the siRNA silent group and the latter three groups were model groups.The efficiency of siRNA was measured by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR).The rats were gavaged with 10％ India ink,and then the time of first black stool,water content of feces and threshold of expansion capacity caused abdominal elevation or back arching were calculated.The visceral sensitivity of rats after miRNA-490-5p silenced was evaluated with abdominal withdrawal reflex (AWR) score by stimulating with different intensities of colonic dilatation.The abdominal electrical activity of rats stimulated by colonic distension was measured by BL-420F biological and functional experimental system.The change of the tension of rats isolated colon intestinal stimulated with acetylcholine chloride was also detected by BL-420F biological and functional experimental system.T test was used to compare the differences between the model groups and the normal group.One way analysis of variance was performed for multi-group comparison after miRNA-490-5p interfered.For comparison between two groups among multiple groups,least significant difference (LSD) method was used when the variance was equal,and Games-Howell method was used when the variance was unequal.Results The gastrointestinal propulsion time and the threshold of expansion capacity caused abdominal elevation or back arching of model groups were both lower than those of the normal group ((8.54±4.07) hvs (12.33±2.23) h,(0.56±0.08) mL vs (0.84±0.09) mL),and the differences were statistically significant (t =2.62 and 6.37,both P ＜ 0.05).After distension with 0.8 mL and 1.2 mL sodium chloride solution,the AWR scores of model groups were significantly higher than those of the normal group (3.20±0.56 vs 1.20±0.45,3.73±0.46 vs 2.60±0.55),and the differences were statistically significant (t=7.20 and 4.58,both P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in AWR score between the model groups and the normal group when distended with 1.6 mL sodium chloride solution (3.93 ±0.26 vs 3.80 ± 0.45) (P＞0.05).After miRNA-490-5p silenced,gastrointestinal propulsion time of normal group,IBS-D group,lentivirus empty vector group and the siRNA silent group was (11.12±1.01) h,(6.23±3.17) h,(6.09 ± 2.26) h and (12.36±1.97) h,and the differences among four groups were statistically significant (F=10.55,P＜0.01).The abdominal electrical activity of normal group,IBS-D group,lentivirus empty vector group and the siRNA silent group distension stimulated with 0.8 mL and 1.2 mL sodium chloride solution was (64.91 ± 10.50),(101.79 ±11.73),(80.49±1.27),(66.92±3.24) μV,and (105.09±52.40),(131.71± 16.74),(111.00±6.41) and (95.49± 4.2) μV,and the differences among four groups were statistically significant (F=16.82 and 9.14,both P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in abdominal electrical activity amplitude between silenced group and normal group ((66.92±3.24) μV vs (64.91±10.49) μV and (95.49±4.22) μV vs (105.09±2.40) μV) (all P＞ 0.05).After distension with 1.6 mL sodium chloride solution,the abdominal electrical activity amplitudeof silenced group was lower than the other groups,and the differences were statistically significant (F=11.09,P＜0.01).After adding 1∶1 000 acetylcholine chloride added,the tension of colon of normal group,IBS-D group,lentivirus empty vector group and the siRNA silent group increased by 0.71 ± 0.21,0.81±0.06,0.88±0.21 and 0.43±0.07,however there was no significant difference among the four groups (F=2.57,P =0.100).Conclusions Visceral hypersensitivity existed in rats with intestinal dysfunction.miRNA-490-5p may be involved in the regulation of visceral sensitivity.

Objective To analyze the ecological environmental differences of hibernation hole and temporary hole of Himalayan marmot based on global positioning system (GPS),remote sensing (RS) and geographical information system (GIS) in Yushu City,Qinghai Province.Methods Hibernation holes and temporary holes were located based on GPS.Ecological environment factors related with Himalayan marmot,such as land surface temperature (LST),digital elevation model (DEM),normalized different vegetation index (NDVI),were extracted based on RS and GIS.The ecological environment differences between hibernation hole and temporary hole were explored based on epidemiological statistical method.Results Monthly LST (degree Kelvin,K) of hibernation hole was slightly higher than that of temporary hole in the same period.Yearly day LST of hibernation hole was 1.1 K higher than that of temporary hole in the same period.Yearly night LST of hibernation hole was 0.3 K higher than that of temporary hole in the same period.Monthly NDVI of temporary hole was slightly higher than that of hibernation hole in the same period.Yearly NDVI of temporary hole was 0.001 higher than that of hibernation hole in the same period.DEM of temporary hole was about 40 m higher than that of hibernation hole.The top two ratios of soil type factors were both alpine meadow soil and dark felty soil for hibernation hole and temporary hole,which were 62.1％ and 29.3％,64.4％ and 25.6％.The top two ratios of land cover factors were both rainfed cropland and mosaic cropland for hibernation hole and temporary hole,which were 43.3％ and 25.8％,40.0％ and 26.2％.Conclusions Soil type factors and land cover factors for hibernation hole and temporary hole are similar.Lower DEM and higher LST are chose for hibernation hole,and better NDVI is chose for temporary hole,which is good for food intake.

This study mainly explored the pulse parameters in children with RRTI with different TCM syndromes,aiming at providing therapeutic indexes and objective basis for its diagnosis and treatment.Three hundred and forty-eight cases of RRTI were divided into five groups,including the group of qi deficiency in the lung (or Fei Qi Xu,FQX),the group of invasion of the lung by wind-heat (or Feng Re Fan Fei,FRFF),the group of invasion of lung by wind-cold (or Feng Han Fan Fei,FHFF),the group of obstruction of phlegm-damp in the lung (or Tan Shi Zu Fei,TSZF) and the group of obstruction of phlegm-heat in the lung (or Tan Re Yong Fei,TRYF).65 children of good health were involved in the control group.Z-BOX pulsemeter apparatus was applied to the paraticipants for analyzing their pulse parameters.As a result,it was found that values of h1,h3,h4,h5,t and h4/h1 of RRTI children decreased,compared with the children of good health (P ＜ 0.01);while h1,h3,h4 and h5 of children in FQX group declined (P ＜ 0.01);and the values of h4,h5,t,w,h3/h1,h4/h1 and h5/h1 of children in FRFF group went down (P ＜ 0.01);while the values of h1,h3,h4,h5,t,w,h3/h1 and h4/h1 of TRYF group fell (P ＜ 0.01);and those of h5,t and h5/h1 of children in FHFF group decreased (P ＜ 0.01).Compared with FQX group,h1 value of FRFF group increased (P ＜ 0.01),while the values of w,h3/h1,hs/h1 and w/t of FRFF group declined (P ＜ 0.01);and the h1 value of TSZF group boosted (P ＜ 0.01),while the value of w and h3/h1 of TRYF group decreased (P ＜ 0.01);and the h5/h1 value of FHFF group fell (P ＜ 0.01).In comparison with FRFF group,the values of t,w and h5/h1 of TSZF group went up (P ＜ 0.01),while the values of h1 and h3 of TRYF group declined (P ＜ 0.01).In comparison with TSZF group,the values of h3,h4,t and w of TRYF group went down (P ＜ 0.01),and the t value of FHFF group decreased (P ＜ 0.01).In conclusion,the pulse parameters of RRTI children can be recognized as objective indicators for TCM syndrome differentiations.

Objective To study the effect of electrical stimulation of vagus nerve on inflammatory response in septic shock rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: Group Ⅰ was the sham group, group Ⅱ with the cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) and the vagus nerve were isolated but not transected, group Ⅲ with bilateral cervical vagotomy following CLP, group Ⅳ with bilateral cervical vagotomy after CLP and the left vagus nerve trunks were stimulated with bipolar electrodes, group Ⅴ with bilateral cervical vagotomy after CLP and the right vagus nerve trunks were stimulated. The common carotid artery pressure was monitored, and the plasma tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), nitric oxide synthases (NOS) and nitric oxide (NO) were measured 2 h after stimulation. Results The mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) gradually decreased and the concentration of plasma TNF-α, NOS and NO significantly increased after CLP. Electrical stimulation of the left and right vagus nerve significantly increased the MAP and decreased the plasma TNF-α, NOS and NO levels. Conclusion Direct electrical stimulation of the left and right vagus nerve can significantly improve the blood pressure and reduced plasma TNF-α, NOS and NO levels during septic shock, which may play a role in anti-shock in rats.

Objective To discuss the imaging technology and characteristic of perfusion-weighted imaging in rabbit models of hepatic VX2 tumors. Methods Twenty-eight New Zealand rabbits were implanted in liver with VX2 tumor by tissue block. After routine scans were performed on 1.5 T MR scanner, 28 New Zealand white rabbits with VX2 carcinoma were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was divided randomly into group A, group B and group C, 7 animals per group. Perfusion weighted imaging(PWI) was performed in day 14, 25 and 35, respectively, after tumor implantation in all animals. Select the regions of interest (ROI) of the VX2 tumor center, tumor border and pars-tumor parenchyma. Maximal signal reduction slope ( SRSmax ) of the signal intensity versus time curves were created as quantitative variable, and the parameters were calculated and compared in all groups. Results Maximal signal reduction slope ( SRSmax ) of the signal intensity versus time curves were studied in 4 groups, 23 VX2 rabbits,7,5 and 6 in group A , B and C, respectively. The SRSmax of tumor center were ( 12. 6 ± 3.4), ( 9. 8 ± 2. 6 ) and ( 1.0 ± 0. 4 ), the difference was significant ( F = 10. 855, P < 0. 05 ). The SRSmax of tumor border were(48. 3 ± 2.4), (46. 2 ± 1.5 ) and (43. 6 ± 1.8 ) ( P > 0. 05 ). The SRSmax of para-tumor parenchyma were ( 14.4 ± 3.0 ), ( 12. 2 ± 1. 4 ) and ( 14. 8 ± 5.0 ) ( P > 0. 05 ). The difference was significant in different ROI in treatment groups( F value was 7. 435,8. 625 and 12. 595, respectively, P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion PWI can be used in evaluating the liver tumor angiogenesis and angio-degeneration with the treatment of HIFU. It will be possible for qualitative analysis of rabbit models of hepatic VX2 tumors by different treatments.

Objective To investigate the imaging characteristic of DWI in rabbit models of hepatic VX2 tumors after three-dimensional stereotactic conformal radiation therapy, and the characteristics of apoptosis after radiotherapy. Methods Sixty hepatic VX2 tumor models were successfully created. After the tumor grew to more than 1 cm in diameter, 40 tumor models were treated with SCRT and then divided into four groups using random number table. The remaining 20 tumor models were used as controls and randomly assigned to each group. MR scanning were performed at different time points ( 1 st day, 5 th day, 10 th day, 15 th day) for each group respectively. ROIs of the VX2 tumor tissues and normal liver tissue were taken and ADC values were measured to calculate their ratios. Cell apoptesis were determined by using TUNEL method. ADC values with their ratios and the apoptotic index were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance and SNK test was used for comparison among different time points of groups, while two sample t test was used for comparison between the groups. Results On the 1 st day, 5 th day, 10 th day, and the 15 th day, the ADC ratios of the radiotherapy groups were 0.74 ±0. 15(n =8), 1.04 ±0.09(n =7), 1.43 ±0. 12 (n = 7 ), 1.25 ± 0. 23 (n = 8 ) (F = 24. 221, P ＜ 0. 01 ), the corresponding ADC ratios of control groups were 0. 78 ±0.07(n =5), 0.79 ±0.07(n=4), 0.83 ±0. 14(n =4), 0.97 ±0. 19(n =4). The ratios of ADC values for radiotherapy groups and control group were compared, and the t value was 0. 569 ( P ＞0.05), 4.417(P＜0.05), 7.259(P ＜0.01), 1.957(P＞0.05) respectively for each time point. On the 1 st day, 5 th day, 10 th day, 15 th day, the apoptotic index of the radiotherapy groups were 0. 39 ±0. 13(n=8), 0.29 ±0.08(n=7), 0.28 ±0.07(n=7), 0.58 ±0. 19(n=8,F=8. 128,P＜0.05), while the corresponding apoptotic index of control groups were 0. 26 ±0. 13(n =5), 0. 18 ±0. 03(n =4), 0. 16 ±0. 06(n =4), 0. 18 ±0. 08(n =4,F= 1. 006,P ＞0. 05). The apoptotic index value for radiotherapy groups and control group were compared, with t value of 1. 716 ( P ＞ 0.05 ), 2. 348 ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), 2. 386 ( P ＜0. 05 ), 3. 756( P ＜0.01 ) respectively. Conclusion DWI ADC values can reflect the dynamic changes of cell apoptosis in hepatic VX2 tumors after radiotherapy at different time points.
