Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(7):207-208
Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychological intervention and flurbiprofen axetil on the recovery period of laparoscopic surgery for sevoflurane anesthesia. Methods 100 cases of laparoscopic surgery in the First People's Hospital of Jiande City from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each with 50 cases. The induction methods of the control group and the experimental group were the same as those during the operation, and propofol and sevoflurane and remifentanil were used to maintain anesthesia. The experimental group patients before intravenous injection of 2 mg/kg flurbiprofen, psychological intervention nursing, pay attention to the psychological status of patients, strengthen the communication with patients, patients with heart to eliminate negative emotions, relieve the psychological pressure of patients. Results The incidence of restlessness before extubation was 32%in the control group, and the rate of restlessness immediately after extubation was 22%.The occurrence rate of restlessness was 56% at 5 minutes after extubation. In the experimental group, the incidence of agitation at different times was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the hemodynamics of the experimental group was more stable, and the incidence of nausea and other adverse reactions was lower, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery under sevoflurane anesthesia can reduce the incidence of restlessness in recovery period of a certain degree of psychological intervention combined with flurbiprofen, stable hemodynamics, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.

Objective To investigate the pharyngeal bacterial pathogens of children's community acquired pneumonia(CAP)in hospital, and provide evidences to clinical empirical therapy. Methods Three hundred and fifty-nine patients with CAP were selected. Before the treatment, pharyngeal swabs was taken for culture to find bacteria, then to be done drug sensitivity quantitative test and examed the extended spectrum β lactamages(ESBLs).Results The positive rate was 21.7%(78/359)and bacteria was 82 strains. It was mainly consisted with gram negative bacteria(73.2%,60/82),and klebsiella pneumonia (30.5%,25/82).Streptococcus pneumonia(18.3%,15/82)was the most common in gram positive bacteria.Klebsiella pneumonia was resistant to amoxicillin.Drug resistance of ESBLs producing strains was increased.Streptococcus pneumonia was highly resistant to erythromycin, clindamycin, and tetracycline. The ratio of bacteria infection in infancy age(34.6%.47/136)was higher than others. Conclusions Gram negative bacteria is significant pharyngeal bacterial pathogens in CAP of children. The most common ono is klebsiella pneumonia, and the corresponding one in gram positive bacteria is streptococcus pneumonia.Clinical doctors should avoid using high antibiotic-resistance drugs.

OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of single leaf Asarum himalaicum on the renal function of rabbits. METHODS: Rabbits were divided into three groups. Asarum himalaicum, Asarum heterotropoides and normal saline were intravenously administered to the rabbits of one group respectively. The urine volume per minute, urine pH, urine glucose, protein and red blood cells, BUN, SCr, TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1alpha, TXB2/6-keto-PGF1alpha, endothelin, p-aminohippuric acid clearance rate and phenolsulfonphthalein excretion rate were tested before and after the administration. RESULTS: A certain dosage of single leaf Asarum himalaicum caused acute renal failure in rabbits. The indices tested were significantly different between rabbits administered Asarum himalaicum and normal saline. As compared with the rabbits administered Asarum heterotropoides, the results of indices tested decreased, but without statistical significance, except for SCr. CONCLUSION: The single leaf Asarum himalaicum can cause renal damage to rabbits. Its renal toxicity is lower that that of Asarum heterotropoides.

Objective To investigate the viral pathogens of children with community acquired pneumonia (CAP) in dalian city dur-ing the last year in hospital ,and provide evidences to clinical empirical therapy. Methods Some patients of department of respiratory, in Dalian children' s hospital were derided into four groups from May 2007 to 2008. Serum virus antibodies were detected after 1 week of nat-ural course of disease. Results In 280 cases who were detected for viral lgM antibodies, the positive rate was 28.2%. It was mainly con-sist with respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, and parainfluenza virus. The ratio of virus infection in school age group (54.0%) was higher than that in other groups. The second is in toddler age. Conclusion Virus are significant pathogens in CAP of children. The most common viral agent is respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and the next one is adenovirus (ADV). The ratio of virus infection in school age group is the highest. We should give anti - virus and propotional supportive treatment to these children promptly.

Objective To study the effects of single leaf Asarum on pulmonary ventilation in experimental rats with syndrome of cold fluid shooting lung. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups including singe leaf Asarum group [fed with water extracts of singe leaf Asarum 1 mL/(kg?d)], singe leaf Asarumi Miq group [fed with water extracts of singe leaf Asarumi Miq 1 mL/(kg?d)] and normal saline group [fed with 0.9% normal saline 1 mL/(kg?d)]. After fed continually for 6 days, whole lung of rats were washed with normal saline [7 ℃, 2.5 mL/(kg?d)] and then were perfused for 30 seconds. This treatment was repeated 5 times every 5 minutes to make the model of cold fluid shooting lung. The fluid of perfusion was collected and detected. The changes of TXB2, ET, protein and phospholipids of the fluid were measured before and after lavage. Results TXB2, ET and protein in the perfusing fluid ascended obviously, while phospholipids were low in normal saline group. TXB2 and ET in singe leaf Asarum group and single leaf Asarumi Miq group were less than that in normal saline group (P

Objective To investigate the relationship between programmed death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1) and regulatory T cell(Treg) in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Seventy-nine patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were treated in Hainan Provincial People's Hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected. The levels of PD-L1 and Treg in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected, observed the relationship with clinical pathological features, and analyzed the correlation of PD-L1 level and Treg infiltration. Results High expression of PD-L1 (53.2%,42/79) and Treg (50.6%,40/79) in cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues (3.8% (3/79),5.1% (4/79)),the difference was significant (x2 =9.761,9.002,P<0.05).High expression of PD-L1 (87.5%,28/32) and Treg(84.4%,27/32)were significantly higher in stage]Ⅲ and Ⅳ cancer tissues than those in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ cancer tissues(29.8%(14/47),27.7% (13/47)),the difference was significant (x2 =8.958,7.274,P < 0.05).High expression of PD-L1 (85.3%,29/34) and Treg (88.2%,30/34) were significantly higher in lymph node metastasis cancer tissues than those in non-lymph node metastasis cancer tissues (28.9% (13/45),22.2% (10/45)),the difference was significant(x2=8.146,9.056,P<0.05).The high level of PD-L1 in cancer tissues was positively correlated with high Treg infiltration (r =0.762,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of PD-L1 and Treg in non-small cell lung cancer tissues is related to the lymph node metastasis and stage, and the high expression of PD-L1 is positively correlated with the high infiltration of Treg.
