Cervical cancer poses a major threat to public health worldwide, early diagnosis of cervical cancer can improve the survival rate of patients. The detection rate of the existing cervical cancer screening methods is not very stable, and there is no reliable non-invasive index to predict the recurrence, metastasis and prognosis of cervical cancer. We searched literaruture for cervical cancer-related diagnostic and prognostic indicators and included 20 related literature, confirming that liquid biopsy is expected to replace and supplement the existing methods of screening and testing. Circulating nucleotides are an important part of liquid bioassays, including circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) and circulating cell-free RNA (cfRNA), among which cfRNA is a potentially rich source of tumor biomarkers, especially in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer. It has unique specificity and great potential value in the early diagnosis.

AIM: To study the dynamic change of chemical components in the compatibility of Carthamus tinctorius L.with Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch during decoction together. METHODS: By means of HPLC analysis and phytochemical isolation technique,focusing on the differences between chemical components in co-decoction and individual decoction.Two chemical substances which showed quantitative changes during co-decoction had been isolated and identified as Licochalcone A and Licochalcone B,respectively. CONCLUSION: From the method described in this article,it could be concluded that the chemical profiles of TCM drug-pairs prepared by co-decoction are different from that of extract mixture combined by the individual extract of Carthamus tinctorius L.and Clycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,respectively.

Objective To know of the concerning conditions of health information ,the ways to get health information ,and its influence factors among young people .Methods The health information seeking behaviors of people aged from 18 to 44 were inves-tigated by online electronic questionnaire and paper questionnaire from March to April in 2014 .Results 502 valid questionnaires were collected ,including 46 .81% men and 53 .19% women ,mean age was (29 .77 ± 6 .27)years old .40 .96% people were often concerned about the health information ,and 82 .39% people got health information through two or more ways ,the select frequency of the various ways were as follows :computer (77 .20% ) ,television (60 .3% ) ,relatives and friends (58 .70% ) ,mobile phones (54 .87% ) ,newspapers ,magazines ,books (53 .20% ) ,radio (9 .26% )and others 4 .80 % .Gender ,education ,occupation ,medical ed-ucation background ,all of them have effect on the ways of obtained health information ,and the effect of knowledge on the selection of internet pathways was greatest .Conclusion The internet has become the most major ways for people to obtain health informa-tion .The ways to obtain health information are affected by multiple factors ,so relative department should provide some convenient channels according to the characters of each group to get health information .

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment with intravenous(Ⅳ)ibandronate com- bined with chemotherapy on patients with skeletal metastases.Method:138 patients with skeletal metastases were randomly divided into ibandronate group combined with chemotherapy(68 cases)and simple chemotherapy group(70 cases).The controlled group took a standard chemotherapy project but combined the treatment group took a chemotherapy project plus ibandronate.In a week after the chemotherapy,68 cases of the treatment group were treated with ibandronate 4mg in NS 500ml by intravenous infusion once 4 weeks for 3 months.The effect was evaluated when the three cycles finished.Result: There was a statistical difference(P

Objective To explore the correlations between work engagement and transformational leadership among PICC specialized nurses.Method A total of 176 PICC specialized nurses recruited from Shandong Province by convenience sampling method were involved in the study by the Utrecht work engagement scale (UWES-9) and transformational leadership scale.Results The average scores of work engagement and transformational leadership were (39.21±11.56) and (89.68±23.52).Work engagement dedication and absorption were positively correlated to transformational lendership (P＜0.05).Conclusion Hospital administrators should plan a clear direction for the development of the PICC specialized nurses to enhance their work engagement.

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the features of risperidone-induced leucocytopenia ADR.METHODS:Twenty-one ADR cases of risperidone-induced leucocytopenia reported by our hospital were collected and analyzed during 2004-2015.The characteris tics of risperidone-induced leucocytopenia were discussed.RESULTS:Among 21 patients,there were 10 male and 11 female.The age was from 15 to 72 years old.Nine cases of patients were 31-40 years old (42.9％).Most of the original disease was schizophre nia.Incubation period of leucocytopenia caused by risperidone was (28.6 ± 21.4) d.Patients had no discomfort complain when leucocytopenia occurred.The lowest white blood cells reported was(3.1 ± 0.5)× 109 L-1.The leucocytopenia were improved after reduc tion,drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment.CONCLUSIONS:Patients usually have no body discomfort complain when risperidone-induced leucocytopenia appears.Doctors should moniter ADR regularly,identify it earlier and treat carefully.

Objective To evaluate the value of electron beam computed tomography (EBCT) angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of aortic aneurysm.Methods 31 patients(24 male,7 female) with aortic aneurysm were performed scanning by EBCT . The scanning methods were contrast enhanced single slice volume scanning(SVS) and continuous volume scan(CVS); the 3D reconstruction methods were multiple planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection(MIP), shaded surface display(SSD) and volume rendering(VR).Results Of 31 aortic disease, 7 cases were aortic aneurysm, 19 cases were aortic dissection and 5 cases pseudoaneurysm. 9 patients were performed operation and the diagnosis of EBCT coincided well with the operative findings in all cases. Conclusion EBCT angiography can obtain high quality images. EBCT angiographic findings and 3D imagings are in helpful accurate diagnosis and direct surgical operation. The 3D images can directly show the shape and range of aortic aneurysm and the tears of the dissection of pseudoaneurysm. It may substitute conventional aortic angiography in the diagnosis of aortic disease.

Background Drug resistance is the main cause of failure after chemotherapy of retinoblastoma (RB),and how to improve the sensitivity of RB cells to chemotherapic drug become an urgent issue.All trans retinoic acid (ATRA) can inhibit the growth of tumor cells.However,whether ATRA increases the sensitivity of RB cells to chemotherapic drug is unclear.Objective This study aimed to investigate the inhibitory effect of ATRA with vincristine on the proliferation of SO-RB50 cells.Methods SO-RB50 cells were cultured routinely.Different concentrations of ATRA or vincristine were added into the medium for 48 hours for the determination of IC50 by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) method.Cultured cells were divided into normal control group,ATRA group,vincristine group and combined drug group.The cells were treated by ATRA or vincristine with the dose of IC50,and the proliferation of the cells was detected every day at the 24-hour interval for 6 consecutive days.The percentage of the cells in different cell cycles was analyzed 72 hours after treatment using flow cytometry.Cell apoptosis rate was detected and calculated 48 hours after treatment by annexin V/propidium iodide (PI) method.Results The IC50 of ATRA was approximately 12.84 μ mol/L,and that of vincristine was 0.11 μg/ml.The growth curve of SO-RB50 cells was gradually raised as the lapse of time,but the curves were relatively low in the ATRA group,vincristine group and combined drug group,with the lowest curve in the combined drug group.The proliferation values of the cells (A450)were 1.078±0.022,0.611 ±0.038,0.596 ±0.031 and 0.483 ±0.030 in 48 hours after treatment,and those in 72 hours were 1.380± 0.021,0.799 ± 0.016,0.668 ± 0.041 and 0.532 ± 0.033 in normal control group,ATRA group,vincristine group and combined drug group,showing significant differences among the groups and various time points (Fgroup =1115.207,P =0.000;Ftime =257.781,P =0.000).The A450 values of the ATRA group,vincristine group and combined drug group were significantly lower than those of normal control group (all at P＜0.05).The percentage of the cells in different cell cycles was changed after 72 hours' treatment and the differences were statistically significant (FG0/G1 =130.565,Fs =57.435;FG2/M =114.290,P＜0.05).Compared with the normal control group,the percentage of G0/G1 phase cells was increased and S phase cells was decreased significantly in ATRA group,the percentage of G0/G1 phase cells was decreased and G2/M phase cells was increased significantly in vincristine group(P＜0.05).The apoptotic rate of the cells was (7.17±0.18) ％,(27.34±1.36) ％,(27.49±2.45) ％ and (34.50±1.84) ％ in normal control group,ATRA group,vincristine group and combined drug group,with a significant difference among the groups (F=147.555,P＜0.05),and the apoptotic rate in the combined drug group was remarkedly lower than that of normal control group,ATRA group and vincristine group (all at P=0.000).Conclusions ATRA can improve the sensitivity of SO-RB50 cells to chemotherapeutic drug.The combined application of ATRA and vincristine enhance the inhibitory effect on the cells probably by regulating cell cycle and inducing apoptosis.

This study mainly explored the pulse parameters in children with RRTI with different TCM syndromes,aiming at providing therapeutic indexes and objective basis for its diagnosis and treatment.Three hundred and forty-eight cases of RRTI were divided into five groups,including the group of qi deficiency in the lung (or Fei Qi Xu,FQX),the group of invasion of the lung by wind-heat (or Feng Re Fan Fei,FRFF),the group of invasion of lung by wind-cold (or Feng Han Fan Fei,FHFF),the group of obstruction of phlegm-damp in the lung (or Tan Shi Zu Fei,TSZF) and the group of obstruction of phlegm-heat in the lung (or Tan Re Yong Fei,TRYF).65 children of good health were involved in the control group.Z-BOX pulsemeter apparatus was applied to the paraticipants for analyzing their pulse parameters.As a result,it was found that values of h1,h3,h4,h5,t and h4/h1 of RRTI children decreased,compared with the children of good health (P ＜ 0.01);while h1,h3,h4 and h5 of children in FQX group declined (P ＜ 0.01);and the values of h4,h5,t,w,h3/h1,h4/h1 and h5/h1 of children in FRFF group went down (P ＜ 0.01);while the values of h1,h3,h4,h5,t,w,h3/h1 and h4/h1 of TRYF group fell (P ＜ 0.01);and those of h5,t and h5/h1 of children in FHFF group decreased (P ＜ 0.01).Compared with FQX group,h1 value of FRFF group increased (P ＜ 0.01),while the values of w,h3/h1,hs/h1 and w/t of FRFF group declined (P ＜ 0.01);and the h1 value of TSZF group boosted (P ＜ 0.01),while the value of w and h3/h1 of TRYF group decreased (P ＜ 0.01);and the h5/h1 value of FHFF group fell (P ＜ 0.01).In comparison with FRFF group,the values of t,w and h5/h1 of TSZF group went up (P ＜ 0.01),while the values of h1 and h3 of TRYF group declined (P ＜ 0.01).In comparison with TSZF group,the values of h3,h4,t and w of TRYF group went down (P ＜ 0.01),and the t value of FHFF group decreased (P ＜ 0.01).In conclusion,the pulse parameters of RRTI children can be recognized as objective indicators for TCM syndrome differentiations.

Objective To explore effect of compound heat preservation measures in prevention of skin pressure sore in patients with brain tumor operation and its nursing.Methods A total of 60 patients with brain tumor were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group was given routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were treated with compound measures of keeping warm under the premise of routine nursing,and the nursing efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results After nursing,there was significant difference in nursing efficacy between the observation group and the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Heat preservation measures can alleviate the symptoms of skin redness,and prevent the occurrence of pressure sores of patients with brain tumor surgery,and its nursing efficacy is remarkable.
