Objective:To study inhibited tecomerase activity of HL-60 cells in human cancer cell by Icarrin(ICA) and its mechanism.Methods:MTT assay,NBT assay, TRAP-PCR,RT-PCR assay,Flow Cytometry.Results:ICA inhibited telomerase activity in HL-60 cells significantly.It was negative correlation between telomerase activity and the expression ratio of CD11b antigen in HL-60 cells.It can induced HL-60 cells to differentiate into mature granulocytes.It can changed cell cycle distribution of HL-60 cells,which was reflected by the accumulation of the vast majority of cells in the G0/G1phase and the loss of cells in the S phase. It can downregulated cell proliferation related gene c-myc;upregulated p21 gene protein and mRNA expression.Conclusion:This study proved mechanism of ICA on inhibited telomerase activity from gene-protein-effect of cell level in HL-60 cells.

According as partial dog's physiological parameter observing in airtight cabin under normal air pressure, when the oxygen concentration is normal or low, tentatively estimate the important effect of oxygen concentration on dog's circulatory system and respiratory system, and then ascertain the vital significance of micro-circumstance regulating system to improving personnel's physiological function in cockpits and passengers' cabins of armoured vehicles, naval vessels, aircrafts, etc. Micro-circumstance regulating system under the conditions of airtight cabin is designed, a single-chip microprocessor 89C51, oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration transducers form its nucleus primarily, the function involve automatically monitoring and feedbackly regulating oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration all the time.

Objective:To provide a normal reference range for anogenital distance (AGD) in full-term neonates and to investigate factors possibly affecting neonatal AGD.Methods:Neonates with gestational age ≥37 weeks who were delivered in the Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine from November 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled.General information on mothers and newborns were collected and neonatal AGD were measured.The distance from the male anus center to the base of the scrotum was determined to be the male AGD, and the distance from the female anus center to the posterior labia was recorded as the female AGD.The effects of maternal and neonatal factors on neonatal AGD were analyzed.Results:A total of 1 078 newborns were included, including 586 males and 492 females.Male AGD [(22.90±3.80) mm] was significantly greater than female AGD [(11.80±2.10) mm] ( t=22.316, P<0.05). The AGD of singleton neonates was significantly greater than that of neonatal twins [males: (23.01±3.82) mm vs.(21.18±1.88) mm, females: (11.89±2.08) mm vs.(10.98±1.75) mm, t=26.185, 18.326, all P<0.05]. Neonatal gestational age, birth weight, head circumference and length were significantly associated with AGD (all P<0.05). Maternal factors (including age, height, weight, body mass index, gravidity, parity, occupation, etc.) were not significantly associated with neonatal AGD (all P>0.05). The AGD of 10 children with genital malformation was significantly smaller than that of males with normal genital appearance [(22.89±1.99) mm vs.(23.55±3.78) mm]( t=15.362, P=0.006). Conclusions:The reference ranges of AGD in full-term males and females in Shanghai are(22.90±3.80) mm and (11.80±2.10) mm, respectively.The neonatal gestational age, birth weight, head circumference and length may be the intrinsic factors affecting neonatal AGD.

Objective To discuss the incidence trends of hyperuricemia in people of different TCM constitutional types by analyzing the constitutional types of patients with hyperuricemia,and to lay a foundation for follow-up study in preventive and therapeutic measures for hyperuricemia.Methods 518 healthy people and 525 people of hyperuricemia were included in our research by identifying their TCM constitutional types by the self testing table of constitutional classification and determination of TCM promulgated by China Association of Chinese Medicine.Hyperuricemia's high-risk constitutional types were analyzed.Results People of dampness-heat constitution (24.57％),phlegm-dampness constitution (22.86％) and static-blood constitution (11.05％) were top 3 groups in occurrence rate of hyperuricemia,the risk ofhyperuricemia in these three groups above were significantly higher than the other constitutional types.On the contrary,the risk of hyperuricemia in the group of the mildly constitution (8.57％) and the group of qi-asthenia constitution (6.29％)were significantly lower than the other groups.Conclusion People of dampness-heat constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution and static-blood constitution were high risk groups of hyperuricemia,which deserved our attention in research of preventive and therapeutic measures for hyperuricemia.

Cost accounting is an important measure in hospital economic management.This article approaches the problems and their causes in cost accounting in army hospitals in terms of the correlation between income and cost,the normality of asset management,the accuracy of internal service cost,the advancedness of cost accounting techniques and so on.It also proposes a some corresponding countermeasures based on our work experience.

Objective: To investigate the influence of Icarrin(ICA) on transforming growth factor ?2(TGF?2) expression by PG cells and the mechanisms of reversion of TGF?2 mediated immunosuppression by ICA.Methods: Cell proliferation and cytotoxici- ty were assayed by MTT assay. mRNA level of TGF?2 and perforin was detected by RT-PCR assay. assay.Expression of TGF?2 and IL- 2R? was analysed by folw cytometry assay. Results: ICA could inhibit the protein and mRNA expression of TGF?2 in PG cells. It could also reverse the supressed cytotoxicity of LAK, CD3AK cells by TGF?2. The IL-2R? expression on LAK and perforin gene transcription and proliferation of CD3AK inhibited by TGF?2 were also partly recovered. Conclusion: The anti-anti-tumor activity of ICA is at least partly due to its capability of inhibiting TGF?2 expression in tumor cells and restoring the cytotoxicity of immunocompetent cells inhibited by TGF?2.

Purpose　To evaluate the effects of ambroxol on prevention of premature babies with hyaline membrane disease(HMD) with prenatal corticosteroids.　Methods　Premature neonates gestational age 26-36 weeks were divided into two groups,receiving:(1) Ambroxol 30 mg/kg through umbilical vein at birth(group A,n=28) and (2) a control group not given ambroxol (group B,n=35).All the babies were exposed prenatally corticosteroids.　Results　(1) Occurrence rate of HMD in group A was 0%,group B was 11.4%,there was significant difference (P<0.05).(2) Mean fetal age of group A was 32.47+/-4.5 pregnant weeks,group B is 32.86+/-7.1 weeks.No significant difference existed.(3) Different fetal age in gruop B,such as pregnant weeks≤32,33-34,35-36,the HMD rate was separately 28.7%,15.38% and 0%,no case was found in group A.(4) There cases of 12 neonatal asphyxia happened in group B,but none of 6 in group A.　Conclusions　Definite effect can be received by applying ambroxol to prevent premature infant HMD after delivery on the bases of adenotropin before delivery.

AIM Mechanism of icariin (ICA) and pseudomonas jinanensis agent (PJA) on anti-metasta-sis of a highly metastatic human lung tumor cell line (PG) and the effect type of the combination of ICA,PJA were studied. METHODS PG cells were treated with ICA、PJA, or the combination of both in vitro. Adhesion assay, invasion assay, migration assay, flow cytometry (FCM) and immunohistochemical straining were used. Human CD3AK cells were prepared from peripheral blood mononuclear cells by culturing with recombinant IL-2 and antiCD3AK McAb. The mechanism and regulation of CD3AK cytotoxic activity with cytokines (rhIFN-?, rhIFN-?, TNF) and chernotherapeutic agents (CDDP or ADM) were observed by LDH-release assay, ABC-CELISA and the flow cytometric assay. The results showed: (1) Adhesion molecules ICAM-l/LFA-1 participated in CD3AK-mediated killing of tumor cells, hrlFN-? and TNF enhanced cytotoxicity of CD3AK through this pathway. (2) CD3AK could indirectly kill tumor cells by releasing soluable cytotoxic factors. (3) The membrane-associated TNF may be involved in CD3AK-mediated cytotoxicity. (4) CD3AK cells could induce the apoptosis of tumor cells. (5) Pretreatment of tumor cells with CDDP or ADM resulted in the increased vulnerability of tumor cells to CD3AK-mediated killing, the enhancement of CD3AK-mediated cytotoxicity by CDDP was relative to the increased expression of ICAM-1, HLA-ABC on tumor cell membrane.

Objective To investigate the expression of long non - coding RNA(lncRNA)in neonatal rats with hypoxic - ischemic brain damage(HIBD). Methods SD rats of 10 postnatal days were divided into the sham -operated control and the hypoxic - ischemic(HI)group. At 24 h after HI,the animals were sacrificed. HE staining was used to assess histopathological damage. Microarray was used to detect the expression of lncRNA and mRNA in hypoxic -ischemic and sham control brain. Real - time PCR was used to verify the microarray result. The differentially expressed mRNA was analyzed by gene ontology(GO),pathway and coding - noncoding RNA co - expression(CNC)network analysis. Results HE staining showed that cells in HI brains became swollen and disordered with ambiguous cell struc-ture. Microarray data demonstrated that 322 lncRNAs and 375 mRNAs were significantly altered in the neonatal brains following hypoxic - ischemic injury compared with sham control(P ﹤ 0. 05). The real - time PCR results agreed with those of the microarray. GO analysis showed that the most enriched biological process associated with the upregulated mRNA had response to wounding,whereas the biological process mostly enriched among the downregulated mRNA was so-matic stem cell division. Pathway analysis indicated that upregulated mRNA was primarily corresponded with cytokine -cytokine receptor interaction pathway and that downregulated mRNA mainly correlated to axon guidance pathway. CNC network analysis demonstrated that 177 lncRNAs were correlated to the expression of mRNA involved in inflammation and cell death(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusions HI injury significantly influences cerebral lncRNA and mRNA expression profiles in the neonatal rat brains. Deregulated lncRNAs might contribute to the pathogenesis of HIBD via interacting with mRNA.
