OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) on proliferation and apoptosis of gastric cancer cell line SGC7901. METHODS:After the cells were cultured in 0,5,10,20,50,100 and 200 μg/ml GBE for 48 h,cell viability was determined by MTT method and inhibition rate was calculated. After the cells were cultured in 0,10,50 and 200μg/ml GBE for 48 h,flow cytometry was used to detect cell cycle distribution and the apoptosis rate. RESULTS:Following 48 h culture of cells in 5,10,20,50,100 and 200μg/ml GBE,the growth of cells were obviously inhibited in a dose-dependent man-ner. After 48 h culture of cells in 10,50 and 200 μg/ml GBE,the apoptosis rate was increased. CONCLUSIONS:GBE can inhibi-tion the proliferation of SGC7901,and induces it apoptosis, the former dominated.

Objective To explore the application effect of key indicators of oncology nursing quality evaluation in the continuous improvement of specialist nursing quality. Methods The Delphi method was used to cons-truct 14 key indicators of oncology nursing quality evaluation, and the key indicators were used to control the quality of specialist nursing in the tumor area. Data were collected and a database was established. Based on the data, the quality of the nursing care and continuous quality improvement were carried out. Results The results of the data from the first year (before the intervention in 2016) and the second year (after the intervention in 2017) were compared with the data of the key indicators of the quality evaluation of the specialist nursing. The results showed that the indicators had different degrees of decline. The data before and after intervention were: chemotherapy drug extravasation rate 0.20% (33/16 861) and 0.10% (20/19 957), and the incidence of severe pain was 1.65% (1 747/106 114) and 1.43% (1 521/106 462). The incidence of anxiety was 2.17% (2 305/106 114) and 1.53% (1 633/106 462), and the incidence of depression was 2.27% (2 408/106 114) and 1.28% (1 359/106 462). The difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.80-300.90, P<0.05); The other 9 indicators of process have improved to varying degrees. Conclusions 14 key indicators of oncology nursing quality evaluation are applied to the oncology ward for specialized nursing quality management and quality improvement, which can monitor the quality of key specialist nursing in real time and dynamically. It can accurately select clinical nursing priority improvement projects and improve specialist nursing. Quality;energy evaluation to improve the quality of specialist nursing quality; help improve the quality management of specialist nursing and ensure patient safety.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of large fraction intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with apatinib in the treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer and superior vena cava syndrome. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 46 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer and superior vena cava syndrome who were admitted to Xuzhou Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from February 2015 to December 2017. The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 23 cases in each group. The control group received radiation therapy only. Apatinib was enrolled in the observation group on the first day synchronously. The remission time of symptoms, short-term efficacy, occurrence of adverse reactions and 1-year overall survival rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The complete remission rate was 78.3% (18/23) in the observation group and 43.3% (10/23) in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ 2 = 4.60, P < 0.05). The effective response rate was 86.9% (21/23) in the observation group and 65.2% (15/23) in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ 2 = 4.294, P < 0.05). The main adverse reactions in the two groups were radioactive esophagitis, radiation pneumonitis and leukopenia, and most of them were grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ, there was no significant difference between the two groups (all P > 0.05). The 1-year overall survival rate was 56% in the observation group and 40% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P = 0.009). Conclusion Large fraction intensity modulated radiation therapy combined with apatinib is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer and superior vena cava syndrome, and theadverse reactions are well tolerated.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and changes between Dynesys and Posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) in the treatment of two-level lumbar degenerative disease.Methods:43 consecutive patients with lumbar degenerative disease were treated using the Dynesys or PLIF between June 2010 and June 2012. In all patients, 23patients were implanted Dynesys and other patients for PLIF. The follow-up period was at least 60 months. Used the Visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI) to evaluate the clinical outcomes. And during the follow-up period, collected the data for the intervertebral height and the range of motion (ROM), for the operation section and the upper adjacent vertebral. MRI and Grading Scale from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) were used to define the change of intervertebral disc signal. Results:The ODI index and VAS score both improved significantly at the final follow-up evaluation ( P<0.05), as compared to the basal line values. And in terms of imaging, there were no significant difference in the vertebral height of the operation section and the upper adjacent vertebral. The range of motion (ROM) for the operative section in the group of PLIF was significantly lower than that in Dynesys group ( P<0.05). And when it comes to the upper adjacent vertebral space, it was higher at the same time ( P<0.05). According to the UCLA Grading Scale, there were 3 cases in the Dynesys group and 11 in the PLIF group had radiological adjacent degeneration, the difference was significant between two groups ( P<0.05). And when it comes to the second intension, there were 3 patients in PLIF groups (TLIF 1; PLIF 2) but only 1 in Dynesys groups. Conclusion:Dynesys and PLIF are both effective for lumbar degenerative disease and show good medium and long-term clinical and radiographic results. But when it comes the risks in developing ASD and the ROM of adjacent segments, Dynesys stabilization can be the better choice.
