Objective To study the clinical characteristics, treatment methods and prognosis of primary gastrointestinal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PGI-DLBCL). Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with PGI- DLBCL were retrospectively analyzed. All the cases had received surgery treatment. Results In 40 patients with PGI-DLBCL, the major clinical presentation included abdominal pain in 15 cases (37.5%), abdominal mass in 6 cases (15.0%), abdominal discomfort in 5 cases (12.5%), abdominal distension in 5 cases (12.5%), and hematemesis in 5 cases (12.5%). Fifteen cases were misdiagnosed as gastric cancer, 5 cases as colon cancer, and 4 cases as digestive tract ulcer. The misdiagnosis rate was 60.0% (24/40). The survival rates of 1- , 2- and 3- year were 62.3%, 57.5% and 52.6%. The univariate analyses result showed that the clinical stage, international prognosis index (IPI) and treatment method were associated with survival rate (P<0.01), but the gender, age and disease distribution were not associated with survival rate (P > 0.05). The 3-year survival rate of clinical stage Ⅰ - Ⅱ was significantly higher than clinical stageⅢ-Ⅳ(68.0%vs. 13.3%), the 3-year survival rate of IPI 0-2 scores was significantly higher than 3 - 5 scores (66.7% vs. 7.6%), and the 3- year survival rate of surgery combined with postoperative chemotherapy was significantly higher than simple surgery (75.0%vs. 20.0%), there were statistical differences (P<0.01). Conclusions The patients with PGI- DLBCL have no obvious clinical manifestions and a higher misdiagnosed rate. Modified IPI, clinical stage and surgery combined with postoperative chemotherapy are the influencing factors of prognosis.

The present paper is aimed to evaluate safety and efficiency of a biodegradable biliary stent used in the Roux-en-Y cholangiojejunostomy of dogs in vivo. We separated 18 hybrid dogs into control group and experimental group randomly, with each group 9 dogs. The Roux-en-Y cholangiojejunostomy was carried out in the two groups. We placed the biodegradable stents into the anastomotic stoma of the dogs in the experimental group during the operation. After 3 months' close observation, we evaluated the degradable property and biocompatibility of the stents. We found that the morbidity rate of bile leakage in the dogs in the control group was much higher than that in the experimental group (P > 0.05). The X-ray photograph showed that the figures of the stents were complete and the stents were fixed at right place throughout the experimental period. The diameter of the dogs' common bile ducts of control group narrowed down obviously compared to those in the experimental group (P < 0.05). There were no impure materials adhered to the inside walls of the stents. The pathological test showed that there were no inflammation signs in mucous membrane and abnormal epithelium hyperplasia of the bile tract and jejunum. It can be concluded that the biliary duct stent, which was made with a mixture of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and poly lactide-co-glycolide (PLGA), possesses qualities of relatively long degradable period (> 3 months) and good biocompatibility. Moreover, using the stent can effectively prevent bile leakage and anastomotic stom stenosis in the cholangio-intestinal anastomosis from happening.

Tumor necrosis factor-α induced protein 8 family is a group of newly discovered proteins induced by tumor necrosis factor-α. This protein family owns four highly homologous members:TIPE, TIPE1, TIPE2, TIPE3. With the deepening of the research, we found that TNFAIP8 family plays an important role in cell apoptosis, signal transduction, invasion and metastasis of tumor cell proliferation. This paper reviews the structure, mechanism, and biological function of the TNFAIP8 family.

Objective To prepare 99 Tcm-HYNIC-c( isoDGRKy) as a SPECT/CT imaging molecu-lar probe targeting integrin αvβ3 , and evaluate its biodistribution and feasibility on SPECT/CT imaging for integrinαvβ3-positive tumor in U87MG human glioma xenograft mouse models. Methods The bifunctional chelator HYNIC was conjugated to c( isoDGRKy) , and tricine and TPPTS were used as coligands for 99 Tcm labeling to prepare 99 Tcm-HYNIC-c( isoDGRKy) . The radiochemical purity and stability of the product were measured. The expression of integrin αvβ3 and binding affinity ( half maximal inhibitory concentration, IC50 ) of c ( isoDGRKy ) was detected in U87MG cells by cell experiments in vitro. Biodistribution and SPECT/CT imaging of 99 Tcm-HYNIC-c( isoDGRKy) including blocking experiments were performed respec-tively in nude mice bearing U87MG human glioma xenografts. Results The radiochemical purity of 99 Tcm-HYNIC-c( isoDGRKy) was over 99%, and was still over 99% after 4 h incubation in saline at room temper-ature. Flow cytometry assay showed that U87MG cells were integrinαvβ3-positive ( expressive rate:70%) . The IC50 of c(isoDGRKy) was 6.67×10-8 mol/L. Biodistribution results showed 99Tcm-HYNIC-c(isoDGRKy) with a rapid clearance from blood was excreted mainly via the kidneys. The 99 Tcm-HYNIC-c( isoDGRKy) uptake values in U87MG tumors were (7.31±1.42) and (1.09±0.11) %ID/g at 15 and 45 min post-injection re-spectively, and tumor-to-muscle ratio reached 5.01±1.47 at 15 min post-injection. The tumors were clearlyvisualized with low background from 0.5 to 1 h post-injection in tumor bearing mice. In the blocking experi-ment, the tumor was barely visualized after co-injection of excess cold c(RGDfK) peptide with 99Tcm-HYNIC-c(isoDGRKy). Conclusions 99Tcm-HYNIC-c(isoDGRKy) may be easily and steadily prepared. It may be a RGD-like promising SPECT/CT imaging probe for integrinαvβ3-positive tumor.

Brassica juncea is a yearly or biennial vegetable in Brassica of Cruciferae. The yield and quality of its product organs are affected by flowering time. WRKY proteins family can respond to biological and abiotic stresses, developmental regulation and signal transduction. WRKY75 is an important member of WRKY family which can regulate flowering, but the flowering regulation mechanism in B. juncea has not been reported. In this study, a gene BjuWRKY75 in B. juncea was cloned, and the encoded-protein belonged to the group Ⅱ of WRKY protein with highly conserved domain. BjuWRKY75 had the highest homology with BriWRKY75 of Brassica nigra. The relative expression level of BjuWRKY75 in flowers was significantly higher than that in leaves and stems, and it was expressed stably in leaves. BjuWRKY75 protein was localized in the nucleus and interacted with the promoter of the flowering integrator BjuFT, which contained the W-box response element for the interaction between protein and DNA. Thus, it could transcriptionally activate the expression of the downstream genes. The overexpression of BjuWRKY75 in Arabidopsis led to earlier flowering significantly. In conclusion, BjuWRKY75 could directly target the promoter of BjuFT and accelerate flowering. These results may facilitate further study on the regulation of flowering molecules of BjuWRKY75.

OBJECTIVE:
To analyze the correlation between bone cement cortical leakage and injury degree of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) after percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP), and to provide guidance for reducing clinical complications.
METHODS:
A clinical data of 125 patients with OVCF who received PKP between November 2019 and December 2021 and met the selection criteria was selected and analyzed. There were 20 males and 105 females. The median age was 72 years (range, 55-96 years). There were 108 single-segment fractures, 16 two-segment fractures, and 1 three-segment fracture. The disease duration ranged from 1 to 20 days (mean, 7.2 days). The amount of bone cement injected during operation was 2.5-8.0 mL, with an average of 6.04 mL. Based on the preoperative CT images, the standard S/H ratio of the injured vertebra was measured (S: the standard maximum rectangular area of the cross-section of the injured vertebral body, H: the standard minimum height of the sagittal position of the injured vertebral body). Based on postoperative X-ray films and CT images, the occurrence of bone cement leakage after operation and the cortical rupture at the cortical leakage site before operation were recorded. The correlation between the standard S/H ratio of the injured vertebra and the number of cortical leakage was analyzed.
RESULTS:
Vascular leakage occurred in 67 patients at 123 sites of injured vertebrae, and cortical leakage in 97 patients at 299 sites. Preoperative CT image analysis showed that there were 287 sites (95.99%, 287/299) of cortical leakage had cortical rupture before operation. Thirteen patients were excluded because of vertebral compression of adjacent vertebrae. The standard S/H ratio of 112 injured vertebrae was 1.12-3.17 (mean, 1.67), of which 87 cases (268 sites) had cortical leakage. The Spearman correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between the number of cortical leakage of injured vertebra and the standard S/H ratio of injured vertebra ( r=0.493, P<0.001).
CONCLUSION
The incidence of cortical leakage of bone cement after PKP in OVCF patients is high, and cortical rupture is the basis of cortical leakage. The more severe the vertebral injury, the greater the probability of cortical leakage.
