Objective To explore the influence of edaravone on serum endothelin(ET),soluble intercellular adhesion moleculel(sICAM-I)and monocyte chemotactic factor 1(MCP-1)and neurological function in acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(additional edaravone)and control group(routine treatment).The serum levels of ET,sICAM-1 and MCP-1were detected by ELESA pretherapy and after treatment.Neurological functional deficit scores(NDS)was utilized for assessment pretherapy and after treatment.Results The levels of serum ET,sICAM-1 and MCP-1 in acute cerebral infarction groups were significantly higher than those of control group(t=4.55,4.62,4.75,4.43,4.61,4.73,all P＜0.05);The levels of serum ET,sICAM-1 and MCP-1,NDS in both two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(t=4.12,4.23,4.15,3.91,3.92,3.83,4.52,4.36,all P＜0.05),and the levels of serum ET,sICAM-1,MCP-1 and NDS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=3.72,3.63,3.53,3.72,all P＜0.05).Conclusion Edaravone can decrease the levels of ET,sICAM-1 and MCP-1in acute cerebral infarction patients.It can lighten acute inflammation and brain injury,protect the tissue of brain.

Objective:approach to the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET/CT on primary bronchial-pulmonary carcinoid.Methods:7 cases of peripheral bronchial-pulmonary carcinoid checked with CT and 18F-FDG PET/CT were analyzed retrospectively,the image characteristics,PET/CT standard uptake values were measured and compared with pathology results.Results:carcinoid were found 1 on apex and frontal of the upper right lung each,1 on middle lobe,2 on lower right lung,and 1 on apicoposterior segment of the upper left lung and posterior of lower segment each.The diameter were 3.4￣ 6.2 cm,average 5.4 cm.CT shows the lesions were round or irregular nodus with clear edge and even density similar to soft tissue,2 among which were slightly lobulated,1 with spicular sign and 1 with patching shade around.18F-FDG in all 7 cases were slight or significantly increased,SUV valued 3.3?1.4(2.8￣5.3),2 cases showed uneven distribution with irregular patching and linear defect.FDG uptake in mediastinal and celiac lymph nodes were increased in 1 case.All cases were later proven to be atypical neuroendocrine carcoma carcinoid by surgical pathology and 1 case with mediastinal lymph nodes metastasis Conclusion:bronchial-pulmonary carcinoid can clearly be shown by abnormal FDG concentration on PET image,and its malignancy can be judged base on concentration and structural changes,meanwhile,CT can precisely locate the lesion and provide detailed data of its relationship with surrounding tissue.

OBJECTIVE: To discuss how to apply pharmacoeconomic evaluation in guiding drug pricing so as to make the drug pricing more scientific and reasonable. METHODS: The problems that pharmacoeconomic evaluation can solve in drug pricing, i. e. the necessity of the application of pharmacoeconomic evaluation were pointed out, and the costs and profits of drugs were evaluated pharmacoeconomically from the perspective of the whole society. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Pharmacoeconomic evaluation can be utilized to determine the price ranges of new drugs, guide drug pricing and enhance the rationality of drug pricing.

BACKGROUND:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s can migrate into tumor tissues, as reported in recent studies.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the tropism and effect of transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s on proliferation and differentiation of gastric cancer cel line SGC7901 in rats.
METHODS:Gastric cancer models were established in Sprague-Dawley rats by subcutaneous injection of gastric cancer cel line SGC7901, and then, in cel transplantation group, each rat underwent an intraperitoneal injection of 1×107 bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s. After transplantation, the targeting ability of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s was detected using fluorescent DiI labeling. Cyclin D2 mRNA and protein expressions were measured using real-time PCR and western blot assay, respectively. Apoptosis of gastric cancer cel s was observed by in situ terminal labeling method.
RESULTS AND METHODS:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s successful y migrated into the gastric cancer site in rats. The expression levels of cyclin D2 mRNA and protein in the cel transplantation group were significantly higher than those in the model group (P<0.05). It was observed that the number of apoptotic cancer cel s was significantly reduced in the cel transplantation group compared with the model group (P<0.05). These findings indicate that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cel s have the ability to migrate into the tumor sites, thereby promoting the proliferation of gastric cancer cel s.

OBJECTIVE:To promote the development and make full use of the pharmacoeconomics(PE)in China.METHODS:The problems to be able to solved using PE,i.e the necessity of developing PE in China was discussed,and the bottleneck which will restrain or hinder the optimal utilization of PE was pointed out.RESULTS:We should strengthen the cultivation of talents engaged in PE,formulating guidelines of pharmacoeconomic evaluation and gradually apply PE into National Essential Medicine Policy.CONCLUSION:The decision-makers of health policy should have a sufficient understanding of PE so as to facilitate the utilization and sustainable development of PE in health policy-related decision-making.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of severe MT patients,and to add a reference for similar cases.Methods From March 2014 to September 2015,the clinical data of 53 patients with severe MT in Liu'an First People's hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results Four out of 53 cases of severe MT were missed diagnosis (missed diagnosis rate:7.5％);51 cases (96.2％) received surgical treatment;2 cases (3.8％) were treated by non operation,45 cases (84.9％) were treated successfully,and 8 cases (15.1％) died.Among the 8 patients,3 died of severe craniocerebral injury,2 cases died of MODS and sepsis,and 1 cases died of shock.Fifteen cases of primary thoracic and abdominal trauma patients with DCS after treatment were cured and discharged,among which PCT in the treatment of 2 d increased only at the beginning then gradually reduced after.CRP,IL-6 and IL-10 all showed a trend of decline.Compared with 7 d and 1 d,significant difference was shown (P＜0.01).Conclusion By clearly knowing the clinical characteristics of severe MT,accurate diagnosis should be made to avoid misdiagnosis.At the same time,we should pay more attention to the emergency treatment and the treatment of fatal injury.

Objective By givng patients psychological nursing,attributing them to cooperation in the examination,perfect images and the correct diagnosis can be obtained. Methods Explaining the knowledge of the equipments and the examination, broadcasting videos ,improving the environment of the waiting-room,and telling the family the details of examination, can reduce or eliminate mental burden of the patients. Results 98% of the patients' mental burden are relieved. Conclusion Knowing patients' informations carefully is the key of the mental nursing. Every patient has different experience,background, the width of knowledge and the details of the examination. Different plans on psychological nursing based on that lead to satisfying results.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of combined cognitive behaviioral therapy with alprazolam anti-anxiety. on patients with preliminary hypertemsion. Methods After evaluating by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) ,60 outpatients with preliminary hypertension were randomly divided into A and B groups. The A group (n = 29) were accepted the combined cognitive behavioral therapy with alprazolam anti-anxiety for 8 weeks at the basis with medication, the B group ( n = 31 ) given rontine medication only. Meantimes, fifteen healthy volunteers who matched with age and sex were selected as the normal control group ( C group ). The blood pressure of all the subjects were recorded at the begin and after eight-weeks therapy,and the levels of plasma von willebrand factor (VWF) and serum high-sensitive reaction protein(hs-CRP) were measured respectively. The evaluating by self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were performed in the A and B groups,before and after the treatment at the same time. Results The patients with preliminary hypertension have higher SAS score as well as the levels of plasma VWF and serum hs-CRP. After psychotherapy,in A group,the SAS score,the levels of VWF and serum hs-CRP, and the blood pressure were significantly decreased( P < 0. 01 ),compared with those in B group, however, were still significantly higher than those of C group( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The patients with preliminary hypertension showed some-degrees anxious emotion. By combined cognitive behavioral therapy with alprazolam anti-anxiety,we could not only more positively control the patients, blood pressure,but also improve the patients emotion states,as well as decrease the levels of VWF and hs-CRP.
