Objective To investigate the possibility, effect and safety of intracoronary autologous moronuclear bone marrow cell (MBMC) transplantation in patients with ischemia heart failure (IHF). Methods 41 patients with IHF were enrolled in this prospective nonrandomized study. 14 patients were transplanted with autologous MBMC via a balloon catheter placed into the infarct-related artery during balloon dilatation by highpressure infusion, which was performed 6-8 times for 2 minutes each. 13 patients were transplanted via selective the infarct-related arteries by highpressure infusion. Results There were no major periprocedural complications. Two patients had limited premature ventricular contractions during cell infusion forseveral seconds. Two patients felt cold after 15-30 minutes infusing cell and got better several minutes later. There were no new onset of arrhythmias found on 48 h ECG monitoring. After 3 months of follow up, the symptoms and cardiac function were significantly improved in the transplantation group. FDG-PET analysis revealed a significant increase in myocardial metabolism (23.94?7.28)% (P=0.015). Objective To study the effect of intra-pulmonary arterial anti-tumor necrosis factor-α antibody(TNF-α Ab) on ultra-structure of lung after cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).Methods Forty New Zealand rabbits were selected and randomly divided into four groups:group Ⅰ-Ⅲ underwent CPB; group Ⅳ only received open chest operation.In the group Ⅱ,rabbit TNF-α Ab(27 ng/kg) was dropped into the pulmonary artery when the aorta was clamped and CPB continued 30 minute.Pulmonary arterial perfusion was given to the group I instead.Blood TNF-α and neutrophils count from right and left atrium and oxygenation index in the four groups were determined perioperatively.Lung water content,TNF-αmessenger RNA,Bcl-2 protein,Bax protein,Bcl-2/Bax,apoptosis index and pathomorphological change were measured in the lung tissues.Results TNF-α Ab can restrain leukocyte accumulation and reduce releasing of TNF-α in the lung and improve oxygenation index.Moreover,TNF-α Ab can reduce the expression of Bax on alveolar epithelial cells and alleviate the decreasing of the expression of Bcl-2.It can also reduce the occurrence of apoptosis and attenuate pathomorphological changes in the lung tissue.Conclusion Intra-pulmonary arterial antitumor necrosis factor-α antibody markedly lessens the injury of inflammatory reaction and ultra-structure of lung after CPB via Bcl-2/Bax pathway.

Objective To study the protective effect of compound raspberry seed powder on acute irradiated rat .Methods Totally forty Wistar rats were randomized divided into four groups:normal control group, radiation group, vitamin group, compound raspberry seed powder group . The drugs were intragastrically administrated for 7 days.On 8th day, the rats in each group except control were irradiated with 8 Gy X-rays.24 h after irradiation, all rats were sacrificed and its WBC, PLT, superoxide dismutases (SOD), malonaldehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in serum were detected, the DNA damage in peripheral blood lymphocytes ( PBL ) was measured with the single cell gel electrophoresis technique.Results Compared with radiation alone group , the quantities of WBC, PLT, the activity of SOD, the content of MDA and the activity of GSH-PX in the vitamin group and compound raspberry seed powder group were significantly improved(F=14.869, 6.376, 7.705, 3.851, 3.134, P<0.05).The DNA damage in PBL of radiation alone group was more severe than that of other three groups ( F=5.493, P<0.05) .Conclusions Raspberry seed powder is effective in radiation protection .

Objective To summarize the experiences of Nuss procedure with thoracoscope for repairing pectus excavatum.Methods 21 cases of pectus excavatum were treated by Nuss procedure with thoracoscope.In these patients,10 had symmetric pectus excavatum and 11 had asymmetric one.Results The operation in all patients were successful.The mean operating time wag(70.7±9.6)min and the mean intraoperative blood loss was(20.3±10.9)ml.The average hospital length of stay was(5.3±1.1)days,the average durante dolors was(6.9±4.0)days.The exceUent rate was 81.0%(17/21),including 90.0%(9/10)in symmetric pectus excavatum and 72.7%(8/11)in asymmetric pectus cxcavatum.Conclusion Nuss procedure is easy to perform,with minimal invasion,short operating time,and less blood loss.Nuss procedure is suitable for the symmetric pectus excavatum.

Objective To evaluate the effect rotation constancy static magnetic field(RCSMF) on the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) and platelet-derived growth factors (PDGFs) in fracture healing, and elucidate the possible mechanism of RCSMF promoting fracture healing.Methods A total of 80 rats with femur closed fracture were randomly divided into a magnetic treatment group (M) and a control group (C).The M group was given RCSMF treatment 30 minutes per day, 6 times per week, using 0.4 T 6 Hz magnetic field, while the C group was not given any intervention.Femurs and calluses were subjected to BMP-2, PDGF-A and PDGF-B immunohistochemistry assay at 2, 3, 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment.The integrated optical density (IOD) of positive staining was calculated.Two-factor variance analysis was used to compare the main effect of time, treatment and that of their interaction.Results For both groups, the IOD of immunoreactivity of BMP-2 at 2, 3 and 4 weeks after the treatment was significantly higher than that 8 weeks after the treatment, and the value at four weeks after the intervention was also significantly higher than that at 2 weeks after it.There was a significant interaction effect of time × treatment of BMP-2 (F =3.17, P ＜ 0.05).Significant differences were observed in the IOD of positive staining PDGF-A at different time points for both groups : the value at 2 weeks after treatment was significantly higher than that at 3, 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment, and that at 3 and 4 weeks after treatment was also significantly higher than that at 8 weeks after the treatment.The IOD of positive staining PDGF-B of the M group (57.6 ± 2.1) was significantly higher than that of the C group (50.11 ± 2.22, P ＜ 0.05).There was significant difference in the IOD of positive staining PDGF-B (F =50.06 ,P ＜ 0.01) at different time points : the IOD of positive staining PDGF-B at 3 weeks after treatment was significantly higher than that at 2 and 8 weeks group after the treatment, and the value at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment was also significantly higher that at 8 weeks after the treatment.Conclusion RCSMF may elevate the expression BMP-2 and PDGF-B to promote fracture healing.

Objective To explore the interventional effect of two different methods in the prevention of chemotherapy phlebitis caused by 5-fluorouracil.Methods Eighty cases of patients treated with cisplatin+5-fluorouracil (PF) chemotherapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from May 2015 to July 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to admission time,40 cases in each group.The observation group was smeared with 2% anisodamine along the direction of vein puncture after peripheral venous puncture success,while the control group was smeared with mucopolysaccharide polysulphate emulsion paste.The occurrence of phlebitis and degree of local pain after intervention were compared between the two groups.The blood biochemical indexes and inflammatory factors levels before and after intervention were compared too.Results After the intervention,the distribution of phlebitis level and local pain degree had statistical difference between the two groups (Z=2.57,2.53;P=0.01);the observation group was superior to the control group in the aspects of phlebitis lesion degree and local pain alleviation;WBC,MPV and PDW in the observation group had statistical difference between before and after intervention;WBC,PLT and PCT in the control group had statistical difference between before and after intervention (P<0.05);PLT count was positively correlated with PCT in the two groups (r=0.952,P<0.05);the CRP level and WBC count after intervention had no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion 2% anisodamine can effectively prevent and alleviate the occurrence of 5-FU caused chemotherapy phlebitis and local pain.At the same time,PLT can provide a basis for preventing chemotherapy phlebitis.

Objective To explore the safety,efficacy and clinical significance of stenting with cerebral protection devices for carotid artery stenosis.Methods 14 patients with carotid artery stenosis were treated by intra-arterial stents implanted.All of them used cerebral protection of filter devices.Results 18 self-expandable stents were successfully implanted in 14 patients.Of them,stroke ictus caused by microemboli in 2 patients ,and they recovered after treatment for 1~3 d,6 patients had transient bradycardia and hypotension.No cerebral infarction could be seen in all cases during the follow-up period.Conclusion Carotid setenting with cerebral protection devices is an effective and safe method in treating carotid stenosis,and it is helpful to reduce the neurological complication.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the caloric test findings of the unilateral primary horizontal and posterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(HSC-BPPV and PSC-BPPV).METHODS Caloric test were tested in 152 PSC-BPPV patients and 25 HSC-BPPV patients after Dix-Hallpike test and Roll test.RESULTS Of 152 PSC-BPPV patients 64 canal paresis(CP)were found in the abnormal side and 44 in the normal side;Of 25 HSC-BPPV patients 16 canal paresis were found in the abnormal side and 9 in the normal side.The incidence of CP in PSC-BPPV is 30.3% and the incidence of CP in HSC-BPPV is 52%.13 Patients with PSC-BPPV were found abnormal Directional Preponderance(DP)and 10 Patients with PSC-BPPV were found abnormal Directional Preponderance.CONCLUSION The incidence of CP in the abnormal side of HSC-BPPV and PSC-BPPV is more than that of the normal side.The incidence of CP in abnormal side of the HSC-BPPV is more than that of PSC-BPPV.The incidence of abnormal DP in HSC-BPPV is more than that of PSC-BPPV.
