1.HPLC-ELSD in determination of AR-Ⅰ content in total furostanol saponins of Asparagus cochinchinensis

Objective:To determine AR-Ⅰ content in total furostanol saponins of Asparagus cochinchinensis.Methods: High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used and the condition was: Diamonsil C_(18) column(5 mm?250 mm,5 ?m);mobile phase:(CH_(3)CN-H_(2)O(36∶64);) flow rate: 0.8 ml/min;injector volume:20 ?l;colum temperature: room temperature.Evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD) condition was: drift tube temperature: 40℃;and nebulizer gas pressure(N_(2)): 2.0?10~(5) Pa.Results: The linearity was good when AR-I was within the range of 0.094-0.940 0 g?L~(-1)(r=0.999 2).The test had higher sensitivity and good stability.The average recovery was 101.3%(n=6)and RSD was 2.36%.Conclusion: HPLC-ELSD is practical and reliable for the determination of the furostanol saponins of Asparagus cochinchinensis.

In order to achieve real-time data acquisition and process, a signal acquisition and process system was designed based on USB2.0., in which DSP (Digital Signal Processor) acted as the core. Utilizing the powerful data processing capability of DSP, this system can extract biomedical signals from weak signals and then analyze them. At the same time, it realizes a high-speed and dependable transmission of data between DSP and PC.
3.The Oxidative Stress State of Mice After Air Simulated Diving

Objective To study the oxidative stress state of mice before and after air simulated diving. Methods Forty-eight mice were divided into 6 groups randomly. Every group was exposed to corresponding pressure for 60 minutes, twice a day for consecutive 3 days. Blood was obtained at the corresponding time to observe the changes of maleic dialdehyde, glutathione, glutathione-s-transferase, glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase and catalase. 4.The investigation of effects of TNP in the head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

Objective Our retrospective study is aimed to compare the effect and the adverse reaction of TNP(paclitaxel liposome +nedaplatin +tegafur)and PF(fluorouracil +cisplatin)in the treatment of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(SCCHN).Methods Clinical data of patients with SCCHN received treatment at our hospital from 2009 to 2014 was retrospectively analyzed .Patients were divided into PF group and TNP group according to the treatment prescription .The general data,clinical features,treatment and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared .Results A total of 54 patients was retrospective analyzed ,including 27 patients in TNP group and 27 in PF group.There was no significant differences in clinical data between the two groups .There was no significant differences in the location of the tumor ,clinical stage and differentiation degree between the two groups.The curative effect of TNP group was significantly ameliorated than the PF group .The incidence of gastro-intestinal reaction in TNP group was obviously lower than in PF group .There was no significant differences in the other adverse reactions .Conclusion In the treatment of SCCHN , TNP regimen is more effective than PF regi-men,and the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reaction during the treatment is lower .
5.A method for determination of furostanol saponins in saponins extract from Radix Asparagi

Objective:To establish an Ehrlich reaction-colorimetry method for determining furostanol saponins in saponins extract from Radix Asparagi.Methods: Based on the coloration reaction between furostanol saponins and p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde,a colorimetry method was established to determine the content of furostanol saponins in saponins extract from Radix Asparagi at 510 nm.Saponins AC-9 was measured as reference in the determination.Results: The standard curve of saponins AC-9 showed good linearity in the range of 0.08-0.40 mg and the average recovery was 99.79%(RSD=(1.05%).) Conclusion: This method is rapid,accurate and easy to be carried out,and it can be used to control the quality of Radix Asparagi.
6.Treatment and prognosis of 70 nasal non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients

Objective To analyze the initial response rate of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the influence of different treatment modalities on pmgnnsis of primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL)of the nascl cavity.Methods From January 1993 to December 2002,70 patients were confirmed by histopathology as NHL,including 52 T cell origin,2 B cell and 16 NK cell.The main radiotherapy portal was set in front of the nose with a spade like protrusion,supplement with a portal next to the ear on one side or both sides.Combined portal in facial cervical area was first used when there was invasion of the oropharynx.The median dose to the nasal cavity wag 54.0 Gy with a range of 336 to 66 Gy,given before or during after radiotherapy or alone,consisted of 2-6 cycles chemotherapy of COP,CHOP or COBDP.Prognostic factors were analyzed with Cox model. Results The local control rates was 12.5%, 66.7% and 74.0% in chemotherapy alone,radiotherapy alone,and chemotherapy plus radiotherapy.The 5-year survival rate Wag 12.5%,50.0% and 62.0%,respectively(P<0.05).Multifaetor analysis showed that tumor extension and treatment methods were the most important prognostic factors besides Ann-Arbor stage,but gender,pathology,age and symptoms had little effect on prognosis.Conclusion Chemotherapy plus radiotherapy group achieved a better survival rate than radiotherapy alone.For some NHL patients with good financial condition,APBSCT is a good choice.
7.Treatment of subtrochanteric femoral fractures with proximal femoral nail antirotation

Postoperative X-ray films showed that the fracture healing time was averagely 5.4 months. Al of the fractures were recovered wel that subtrochanteric fractures, intertrochanteric fractures and femoral shaft fractures were al healed. There was no fracture displacement, internal fixation loosening and varus deformity. Only one case showed difficulties in nail insertion. Excellence rate of Harris hip functional scores was 88.2%postoperatively. Proximal femoral nail antirotation is a reasonable design, and the helical blade can resist the rotation and stabilize the angle. The proximal femoral nail antirotation has better effects, which is an ideal internal fixation for subtrochanteric femoral fractures.
8.IDENTIFICATION OF SCHISTOSOMA X WITH RAPD-PCR

Objective To identify genomic DNA of Schistosoma ?. Methods Amplification of genomic DNA by the random-amplified polymorphic DNA polymerase chain reaction (RAPD-PCR) with 10-base pair was used. The 50 worms were collected from rabbits infected with cercariae of S.? and Schistosoma japonicum(S.j.) respectively. RAPD-PCR were performed on PCR-2400 according to the manufature's instruction. And 29 primers were adopted from Operon Company. The samples were run on 1.4% sepharose. Results RAPD fragments produced were various in quantity(4-12 bands)and size(0.5-5.2Kb) in S.? and S.j. , most of about 224 bands produced with 27 different primers were common, but 6 differential bands produced with 2 primers (J 01 CCCGGCATAA and L 12 GGGCGGTACT) of the 29 primers were found, 4 and 2 of the 6 differential bands seen in the S.? and S.j. respectively. Conclusion These specific fragments found in S.? and S.j. may be used as molecular markers for the identification of S.? and S.j.
9.Features of computed tomography examination of esophageal submucosal hematoma

Esophageal submucosal hematoma is rarely seen in clinical practice and its clinical presentations are untypical.Gastroscopy might injure the esophageal mucosa and cause bleeding.Computed tomography had the advantages of quick examination and formation of imaging,as well as non-invasiveness,which is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the esophageal submucosal hematoma.The clinical data of 9 patients with esophageal submucosal hematoma who were admitted to the Yueqing People's Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University,the First Affiliated Hospital of the Zhengzhou University and the Third People's Hospital of Wenzhou from July 2005 to February 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.The features of computed tomography examination of esophageal submocosal hematoma include the range of the esophageal submucosal hematoma exceeds 2 parts of the esophagus,the rip of the esophageal mucosa begins and ends at the physiological narrowing of the esophagus,thickening of the esophageal wall,stricture of the esophagus,annular thickening and eccentric thickening of the esophageal wall,crescent,spot or gas shadows of the esophageal cavity,the density of the hematoma decreases as the time passed by.These features of computed tomography are of great importance for the diagnosis of esophageal submucosal hematoma.
10.Advances in Shh signaling pathway of renal interstitial fibrosis

Sonic hedgehog signaling pathway has a unique role in the process of renal fibrosis,while it is mainly expressed in the impaired renal tubular epithelial cells. Shh signaling pathway promotes the process of epithelial-mesenchymal transition and renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis. Shh signaling pathway ligand triggers cell proliferation in the pericyte,suggesting a possible role for this pathway in the regulation of cell cycle progression of myofibroblasts progenitors during the development of renal fibrosis. Shh protein can be expressed at the early stage of kidney injury,which indicates that Shh signaling pathway is involved in the tissue repair process after kidney injury at the early stage. The process of renal interstitial fibrosis related to signaling pathway is involved with signaling pathway and proteins,cytokines,extracellular matrix,complement and so on. This paper reviews the progress in the study of the relationship between Shh and renal interstitial fibrosis.
