The back wall erected, Hill-orientation of the house established; capped already, Floor-disc' Center-palace of the house generated; the family members entered, Sky-disc' Center-palace of the house located; the stove fire started, the Destiny of Earth of the house just when operated.
2.Exploration of acquired-congenital eight hexagram and space-time conversion
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(5):466-468
Congenital Eight Hexagram represents Time in Spreading Sequence and Acquired Eight Hexagram represents Space in Opposite He-ten. Acquired Eight Hexagram is the phased stagnation of Time in the process of Spreading Sequence and Congenital Eight Hexagram is the continued development of Space after the reorganization of Opposite He-ten.Time and Space can be changed to each other. The moment Time towards Space includes the future of Space in Opposite He-ten and the moment Space towards Time includes the future of Time in Spreading Sequence.
3.To explore the origin of the Tianyi-elegants
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(3):211-212
Following the transformation of Congenital Eight Hexagram to Acquired Eight Hexagram, the relation between Chou of the Earthy Branches with Jia of the Heavenly Stems was tested and the arrangement rule of the other heavenly stems with their corresponding Tianyi-elegants was also inferred accordingly. We could find that the translocation of Two with Eight in the transformation of Congenital Eight Hexagram to Acquired Eight Hexagram was the axis of the generating process from Middle Palace Five of Acquired Eight Hexagram to Jia of the Heavenly Stems and the rest of the Tianyi-elegants were derived in accordance with their different Heavenly Stems orderly following the Yin-Yang's properties of Hetu's four directions. So we thought that the Tianyi-elegants was originated by the translocation of Two with Eight in the transformation of Congenital Eight Hexagram to Acquired Eight Hexagram.
4.Decoding Hetu and Luoshu
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(2):120-121
Objective To study the internal linkage of Hetu and Luoshu that reveals the law from which the universe occurs and develops. Methods By finding out the root causing the difference of the Middle Palace Numbers between Hetu and Luoshu, we try to interpret the origin of the universe and its development. Results The number Five and Ten in the Middle Palace of Hetu are generated by the combination of Sheng-cheng Numbers in Hem's four directions which are One-six, Two-seven, Three-eight, Four-nine which can be producted by each other orderly. The number Five in the Middle Palace of Luoshu is generated by the Yang numbers One-Three-Seven-Nine in Luoshu's four positive directions which have properties of Duidai and Heshi and the Yin numbers of Two-Four-Six-Eight in Luoshu's four comers do not produce the Middle Palace's Ten. Conclusion The combination of respective separations of Sheng-cheng Numbers in Hetu's four directions is the prerequisite of transformation from Hetu to Luoshu. The root of the universe's occurrence is Duidai and Heshi in Luoshu and the root of the universe's development is the separations of Sheng-cheng Numbers from the unity in Hetu.

6.Exploration of the Destiny of Earth
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2009;31(4):318-319
Objective To explore the regularity and the origin of the correlation between the Destiny of Earth and the corresponding Vigorous Hill-orientation at the Time. Methods Compare the 24 Hill-orientation Map and the Congenital Fuxi Position Map and analyze the correlation between the Destiny of Earth of the corresponding Vigorous Hill-orientation at the Time (Vigorous Position at the Time) and the Number of Congenital Hexagram corresponding to the position. Results It was identical that the Number 1, 2, 3, 4 of Congenital Hexagram on behalf of Congenital Fuxi Chart Position and the Destiny of Earth (the corresponding Destiny of Earth is 1.2.3.4 too) of the corresponding Vigorous Hill-orientation at the Time in the 24 Hill-orientation Map having 15° clockwise rotation corresponding to the position (instead of 1-Yun by 5-Yun, as 1-Yun has no Vigorous Hill-orientation at the Time) ; and the Number 5, 6, 7, 8 of Congenital Hexagram on behalf of Congenital Fuxi Chart Position and the Destiny of Earth of the Vigorous Hill-orientation at the Time in the 24 Hill-orientation Map having 15°clockwise rotation corresponding to the position (instead of 9-Yun by 5-Yun, as 9-Yun has no Vigorous Hill-orientation at the Time) has one hexagram difference respectively (the corresponding Destiny of Earth is 6, 7, 8, 9). Conclusion The Destiny of Earth which has the regularity of running track is closely related to the Congenital Fuxi Position Map.

Objective To observe the effects of compound Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen) Injection on immune function and quality of life in ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods Sixty cases of ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with paclitaxel plus carboplatin chemotherapy plus compoundKushen Injection for intravenous injection, while the patients in the control group were treated with paclitaxel plus carboplatin chemotherapy for three cycles. Changes in peripheral venous blood, the level of T cell subsets and NK cell, body weight, quality of life of 1 day before chemotherapy and 1 week after chemotherapy were observed. Results The mean values of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells in the observation group improved to certain different degrees, with statistical significance compared with the control group (P<0.05). The body weight of observation group after chemotherapy increased than before chemotherapy (P<0.05);the control group had no significant difference (P>0.05). Karnofsky score of the observation group increased after chemotherapy (P<0.05);the control group had no obvious change (P>0.05).Conclusion CompoundKushen Injection can effectively enhance the immune function of ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy, increase the weight of patients, and improve their quality of life.

Objective To investigate the protective effects of pretreatment with valsartan, an angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor blocker, on the brain against ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury. Methods Thirty-six healthy male C57BL/6J mice aged 10-12 weeks weighing 20-25 g were randomly divided into 2 groups (n - 18 each): valsartan group (V) and control group (C). In group V valsartan 2 mg?kg-1 dissolved in 2.5% NaHCO3 100 ?l was given intraperitoneally (i.p. ) every day for 10 days before experiment while in group C 2.5% NaHCO3 100?l without valsartan was given. The animals were anesthetized with intraperitoneal pentobarbital 40 mg?kg-1. Middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was produced by inserting an 8-0 nylon thread with rounded end into the left internal carotid artery and advancing it cranially until resistance was felt. MCAO was maintained for 1 h. The nylon thread was then withdrawn for reperfusion. A laser doppler blood flow detector (Omegaflo FLO-C1, Omegawave Co, Netherlands) was used to detect local cerebral blood flow (LCBF) at central and marginal infarct area [LCBF (%) = LCBF during I/R / baseline LCBF ? 100% ]. The model of MCAO was considered established when LCBF at central infarct area was 20% lower than the baseline value. LCBF was measured 10 min before MCAO (T0, baseline), as soon as MCA was occluded (T1) at 10, 30, 50 min of ischemia (T2-4) and at 10, 30, 60 min of reperfusion (T5-7) . MAP was measured immediately before valsartan administration, at T0 and T5. Neurological function deficit (NFD) was evaluated and scored (0 = no deficit, 4 = worst result) at 23 h after reperfusion was started . After evaluation of NFD the animals were anesthetized again and killed. The brains were removed. Cerebral water content was measured [cerebral water content (%) = (wet weight - dry weight) / wet weight ? 100%]. Infarct area was measured. Mortality rate was recorded. Results Pretreatment with valsartan did not affect MAP significantly but significantly reduced infarct area, brain water content, NFD and mortality rate and improved focal cerebral blood flow after MCAO. Conclusion Valsartan pretreatment can decrease cerebral infarct area induced by MCAO through improvement of focal cerebral blood flow after MCAO.
