1.Development of Trousseau's syndrome
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(3):211-213
Trousseau's syndrome is a special clinical syndrome happened in cancer patients, It's the clinical presentation because of its abnormal in the process of coagulation and fibrinolysis mechanism. It can improve clinical curative effect in the treatment of the patients with cancer and improve their quality of life if we understand it's definition, clinical manifestations, epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment measures.
2.Research progress on gene polymorphism in breast cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2014;26(1):61-64
Breast cancer is one of the malignant tumors in women. The incidence of breast cancer has relationship with genetic susceptibility of different individuals.Single nucleotide polymorphism can lead to individual genetic susceptibility. To find out gene polymorphism of breast cancer contributes to discover the populations susceptible of breast cancer and make strategies to prevent cancer.
3.Research progress of transcription factor sal-like protein 4
Cancer Research and Clinic 2016;28(7):497-501
Sal-like protein 4 (SALL4), a newly discovered oncogenes, plays an important role in the formation of embryo, maintenance of embryonic stem cell pluripotency and self-renewal. SALL4 not only has a close relationship with hereditary disease, benign disease, malignant tumor, blood system tumor and germ cell tumors, but also chemoresistance and poor prognosis. SALL4 obtains biological functions by adjusting different signaling pathways, transcription factors and epigenetic modulation. Further mechanism study of SALL4 and its relationship with various diseases will provide new opportunities for the treatment of diseases.

Objective To explore therapeutic efficacy of blue-light-filtering intraocular lenses implantation on treating patients with diabetes cataract , and provide a more comfortable choice after phacoemulsification ( PHACO) and intraocularlens ( IOL) implan-tation.Methods A total of 100 cases (100 eyes) of patients with diabetes cataract was collected , and was randomly divided into group I ( n =50, implanted ordinary intraocular lenses ) and group II ( n =50, implanted blue-light-filtering intraocular lenses).Af-ter surgery, the best-corrected vision and postoperative complications were reported .The subjective visual performance was evaluated by questionnaire .Results At 1 week and 1 month after surgery , the best-corrected vision had no significant differences between two groups ( P >0.05 ) .Early complication after surgery was not significantly different between two groups ( P >0.05 ) .The subjective visual performance in the blue-light-filtering intraocular lenses group was significantly better than that in the ordinary intraocular lenses group ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusions When the blood sugar is controlled in certain level , it is possible for the blue-light-filtering in-traocular lenses to provide a better choice for patients with diabetes cataract .

Objective To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene Lumican mRNA in gastric cancer and its role in the development of gastric cancer. Methods The expressions of Lumican mRNA in gastric cancer tissues, tissues near tumor and normal tissues were detected by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),clinical pathology for those tissues was studied as well. Results The expression absence rates of Lumican mRNA were 42.4%(28/66),15.2%(10/66)and 0 in gastric cancer tissues, tissues near tumor and normal tissues respectively. The expression absence rate of Lumican mRNA in patients with lymph node metastasis was 61.1%,which was significantly higher than that of the patients without lymph node metastasis(20.0%,?2=11.323,P=0.001).The expression absence rate of Lumican mRNA in the gastric cancer at the advanced stages(stages Ⅲ,Ⅳ)was 61.5%,which was significantly higher than that in the gastric cancer at the early stages(stages Ⅰ,Ⅱ,30.0%,?2=6.417,P=0.011).The expression absence rates of Lumican mRNA in the high, moderate and poor differentiation tumors were 38.5%(10/26),38.5%(10/26)and 57.1%(8/14)respectively,the expression absence rate of Lumican mRNA was no significant association with the differentiation degree(?2=1.576,P=0.455).Conclusion The expression absence of tumor suppressor gene Lumican mRNA may play an important role in the tumorgenesis and influences the prognosis of gastric cancer.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2015;(9):704-709
Cerebral smal vessel disease (CSVD) accounts for 25 to 30% of al strokes. It is a main cause of vascular cognitive impairment. Because of cerebral smal vessels can not easily be directly observed and studied in vivo and on imaging, so the term CSVD is generaly used to describe a syndrome of clinical, cognitive, neuroimaging, and neuropathological changes, and not focus on the pathological changes of the smal vessel wal itself that caused these syndromes. This article reviews the advances in research on CSVD, particularly its pathological changes of vessel wals.

Objective To observe the characteristics of glycemic excursion and to evaluate the therapeutic effects on blood glucose in new dignosed type 2 diabetes mellitus after being given continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CS Ⅱ).Methods Thirty-eight new dignosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were randomly divided into group CS Ⅱ(n=18) and group many-times subcutaneous insulin infusion(MS Ⅱ,n=20).The blood glucose lasted for three days were monitored by continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS).Results The abnormal glucose metabolism in two groups were markedly released after two weeks treatment, the mean blood glycemic(MBG),mean amphtude of glycemic excursions(MAGE),means of daily differences(MODD) and the percentage of blood glucose beyond 7.8 mmol/L and 11.1 mmol/L after therapy were all significantly decreased compared with those of before therapy (P<0.001);the average levels of blood glucose before and after diet were decreased obviously as well(P<0.05,P<0.01).All index in group CS Ⅱ were lower than that of group MS Ⅱ (P<0.01,P<0.001).Conclusion Continuous glucose monitoring system can assess the changes characteristics of blood glucose effectively, continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion was an effective means of controlling blood glucose.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2014;(4):1-4
Objective To explore the correlations between emotions and self-concept in patients with traumatic brain injury. Method The Chinese version of the Positive and Negative Affect Scale and the Tennessee Self-Concept Scale was used to test 178 patients with traumatic brain injury. Results The mean scores on positive and negative emotions were (1.93±0.53) and (2.76±0.61), respectively. The mean score on self-concept was (2.45±0.31). The positive emotions of patients were positively correlated with the level of self-concept and the negative emotions negatively with the level of self-concept (r=0.437and -0.363respectively,bothP<0.01). Conclusions For patients with traumatic brain injury, the negative emotions outnumber the positive emotions and their self-concept was at lower level. Nurses should take measures to improve their positive emotions and reduce their negative emotions in order to improve their self-concept level.

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Mepilex surgical dressing in prevention of pressure sore. Methods 46 patients with high risk factors and Norton grading lower than 10 point were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 23 patients in each group. The control group was given reduction of local pressure, protection of the skin, nutritional support and other conventional measures to prevent pressure sore. Besides conventional nursing measures, the experimental group was given Mepilex to cover the bone eminence place, replaced every 7~10 days. The occurrence and development of the pressure sore was observed on the second, fourth, sixth and eighth week after admission. Results The occurrence rate of the experimental group on the sixth week was 4.55%, and the control group was 26.09%,the difference had statistical significance. The cure rate of the two groups showed no difference on the eighth week. Conclusions Application of Mepilex to treat patients with high risk of pressure sore has good effect.
