ObjectiveTo explore the role of autofluorescence bronchoscopy in lung cancer operation and the meaning of choice lung cancer operation mode.MethodsTo retrospectively analyze 32 non-small cell lung cancer patients. Before lung cancer operation, white light bronchoscopy (WLB) and autofluorescence bronchoscopy (AFB) had been done routinely.Compared the different invasive tumor conditions by WLB and AFB,operation modes were decided by the edge of the tumor which were proved by biopsy pathology.ResultsIn 32 cases,19 cases underwent pulmonary lobectomy. One case underwent carinal resection and reconstruction.8 cases underwent sleeve lobectomy.4 cases underwent other therapy because of tumor airway metastasis. In 8 cases which underwent sleeve lobectomy,3 ca ses were found by WLB and AFB together,5 cases were found only by AFB.In 4 cases who had no operation chance,2 cases were found by WLB and AFB together,2 cases were only by AFB.The sensitivity for the detection of bronchial premalignant lesions was extremelyhigher withthe addition of AFB than WLBalone ( P < 0.05 ).ConclusionAutofluorescence bronchoscopy is a safe and efficient technique which could improve the sensitivity of diagnosis in lung cancer than WLB.It is important to select operation mode.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA) and transbronchial biopsy(TBB) in central lung cancer. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the diagnostic data of 150 patients with central lung cancer who underwent TBNA followed by TBB in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2012.Results Among 150 patients with central lung cancer,33 cases had intracavity mass.Thirtythree cases (100%) were confirmed by TBB and 32 cases (97.0%) confirmed by TBNA.There was no statistically significant difference between the diagnosis of TBB and TBNA(P =0.90).There were 26 cases with simple stenosis, among which 1 case(3.9%) confirmed by TBB and 26 cases(100%) confirmed by TBNA.And there was statistically significant difference was observed between the diagnosis by TBB and TBNA (P =0.01) Sixteen cases belonged to the lumen external pressure type with 2 cases(12.5%) were confirmed by TBB and 16 cases(100%) confirmed by TBNA.And there was statistically significant difference was observed between the diagnosis by TBB and TBNA (P =0.02).Forty-seven cases had luminal stenosis combined with mucosal diffuse lesions with 25 cases(53.2%) confirmed by TBB and 40 cases(85.1%) confirmed by TBNA.And there was statistical difference was observed between the diagnosis of TBB and TBNA(P =0.04).Twenty-eight cases had mixed type central lung cancer with 27 cases(96.4%) confirmed by TBB and 28 cases(100%) confirmed by TBNA.No statistically significant difference was observed between the diagnosis of TBB and TBNA (P =0.87).Conclusion According to endoscopic performance of central lung cancer, accurate and reasonable choice of biopsy method can minimize inspection costs on the basis of maintaining positive rate of diagnosis in order to achieve optimal titer.

OBJECTIVETo prepare pulsed-release tablet (PTS) according to the rhythm of coronary heart disease based on efficacy material and the mechanism of compound Danshen.
METHODPTS were achieved by coating the core which contains drugs, CMS-Na, lactose, succinic acid and MCC with separation layer (Eudragit RL), swelling layer (HPMC E5), and controlled-release membrane (Eudragit RS-RL-EC).
RESULTThe results of in vitro experiments showed that no difference was observed among the profiles of Danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, ginsenoside Rg1, Rb1, notoginsenoside R1 release from the two-step release system. And it indicated that swelling was the basis and prerequisite for drug release from PTS, and the diffusion, organic acid-induced, and osmotic pumping mechanism were involved in drug release, but the latter they were the dominant factors.
CONCLUSIONSuccessfully obtained the PTS of a certain lag-time behind the rapid release which indicate that after bed time administration of such device, the drug plasma concentration-time curve CAN meet the requirements of chronotherapy of cardiovascular disease.

Objective:To assess the levels of self-compassion, psychological resilience, and academic adjustment of undergraduate students in a military medical university, and analyze their influencing factors and interactions. Methods:A total of 341 undergraduate students were selected by convenience and purposive sampling in a military medical university from April to May, 2022 for surveys with the General Information Questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Self-Compassion Scale, the Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, and the Academic Adjustment Scale for College Students. The collected data were analyzed through univariable analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influencing factors. AMOS 23.0 was used for path analysis. Results:The scores of self-compassion, psychological resilience, and academic adjustment of the students were at slightly high levels, with a significant positive correlation between one and another ( r s=0.580-0.611, all P<0.001). The influencing factors included professional identity, the level of received support, grade, time spent in student clubs, and the plan of postgraduate study (all P<0.05). The standardized direct effect of self-compassion on academic adjustment was 0.285 ( P=0.001), and the sum of the standardized mediating effects of psychological resilience and professional identity on self-compassion and academic adjustment was 0.314 ( P=0.001). The total mediating effect accounted for 52.42% of the total effect. Conclusions:The levels of self-compassion, psychological resilience, and academic adjustment of undergraduate students in the military medical university are influenced by multiple factors. Relevant departments should pay attention to specific populations and take targeted measures to increase the students' self-compassion, psychological resilience, and academic adjustment.

Objective:To analyze the spatiotemporal characteristics and spatial aggregation of the incidence of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in China from 2004 to 2020, and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of HFRS.Methods:The epidemic information of HFRS in China from 2004 to 2020 was collected from the Public Health Science Data Center, the China Health Statistics Yearbook, and the National Statutory Infectious Disease Epidemic Profile Report. The Joinpoint model was used to analyze the annual average incidence rate change trend, ArcGIS 10.5 software was used for spatial visualization analysis, and global spatial autocorrelation, local spatial autocorrelation and spatiotemporal scan analysis were applied to detect hot spots and aggregation areas. Results:From 2004 to 2020, a total of 208 441 cases of HFRS were reported in China, with an average annual incidence rate of 0.91/100 000. Joinpoint model analysis showed that the average annual incidence rate of HFRS in China showed a decreasing trend from 2004 to 2020. In the provinces with high incidence, the disease was mostly distributed with multimodal distribution in spring, autumn and winter, especially in autumn and winter. The results of global spatial autocorrelation analysis showed that the global Moran's I of HFRS incidence rate in China from 2004 to 2019 were all positive. Except 2012 and 2020, the random distribution pattern was not excluded, other years showed spatial clustering ( Z > 1.65, P < 0.05). The results of phased local spatial autocorrelation analysis indicated that Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces were high-high aggregation regions. A total of five aggregation regions were detected in the month-by-month spatiotemporal scan analysis, and the differences of each aggregation region were statistically significant ( P < 0.001). Conclusions:From 2004 to 2020, the overall incidence of HFRS in China shows a downward trend, and the incidence rate has obvious spatial aggregation. High-risk areas still exist, and it is necessary to focus on and take targeted prevention and control measures.
