Objective:To investigate dermoscopic features of molluscum contagiosum.Methods:A total of 82 outpatients with molluscum contagiosum were collected from Dalian Dermatosis Hospital between August 2019 and January 2020, and the dermoscopic features of 227 skin lesions were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of the 227 skin lesions, hilar depression and orifices were observed in 120 (52.86%) by naked eyes and 198 (87.22%) by dermoscopy, and blood vessels were observed in 20 (8.81%) by naked eyes and 214 (94.27%) by dermoscopy. Different vascular patterns were identified by dermoscopy, including crown-shaped vessels (132 lesions, 58.15%) , punctate vessels (34 lesions, 15.00%) , and a mixed pattern (48 lesions, 21.15%) . The proportion of punctate vessels was significantly higher in lesions with inflammation or exfoliation (86.00%) than in those without (22.03%, χ2=81.685, P < 0.001) , and significantly higher in lesions with eczematous changes (50.00%) than in those without (33.85%, χ2=17.784, P < 0.001) . The most frequently observed structures were round, white-yellow, amorphous structures (40.53%) , followed by four-leaf clover-like pattern (33.48%) , polylobular pattern (20.26%) and nonspecific pattern (5.73%) . Conclusion:Orifices, vascular structures and white-yellow amorphous structures can be observed in molluscum contagiosum by dermoscopy, and the most common vascular pattern is the crown-shaped vessel.

Objective To investigate the expression of cellular chemokine CCL22 and its receptor CCR4, as well as its clinical significance in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), along with its roles in the pathogenesis of this disease. Methods Forty-eight patients with SLE and 26 normal human controls were recruited into this study. The patient cohort included 2 males and 46 females with an average age of 33.98± 12.73 years and disease course of 1 month to 20 years. Blood samples were collected from the subjects. ELISA and flow cytometry were used to examine the plasma concentration of CCL22 together with the CCR4 expression on peripheral blood cells. SLEDAI was applied to evaluate the severity of SLE patients. Results The plasma concentration of CCL22 was 227.03±122.84 ng/L in SLE group, 369.53±79.10 ng/L in the control group, 168.09±61.83 ng/L in patients with lupus nephritis and 292.77±163.45 ng/L in patients without lupus nephritis; there was a significant difference between the SLE patients and normal con-trols (P < 0.05) as well as between patients with lupus nephritis and those without (P < 0.05). Increased percentage of CCR4-expressing cells were observed in the peripheral blood of patients with SLE compared with the controls (20.24%±13.86% vs 10.44%±3.07%, P < 0.01), and the percentage of CD3+CCR4+ cells was significantly higher than that of CD3-CCR4+ cells. Moreover, a decrease was noted in the plasma con-centration of CCL22 in severe patients (P < 0.05). In SLE patients, the percentage of CCR4 increased with the rise in SLEDAI score, whereas the plasma concentration of CCL22 negatively correlated with SLEDAI score (r = -0.308, P < 0.05). Conclusion CCL22/CCR4 may play a certain role in the development, pro-gression and organ involvement in SLE.

Objective:To build murine asthma model with Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus. To compare the curative effects of the immunotherapy regimens with either Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus allergen extracts or a recombinant Derp2(rDerp2). To offer a novel thread for immunotherapy of allergic diseases.Methods:The BALB/c mice were divided into four groups randomly. They were: negative control, positive control, allergen extracts and rDerp2. Mice were sensitized by i.p. injection of mixture of allergen extracts and Al(OH)3 except the negative control,and were i.p. given a treatment with either allergen extracts or rDerp2 respectively, and then were i.n. given allergen extracts as a challenge. Negative control was treated by saline always. Assays for IgE,IgG1,IgG2a in serum,IL-4,IFN-? in BALF and SCCS were performed by ELISA. Total cell number and assorted cell number in BALF samples were determined. The lungs kept in 10% formalin were made into slices stained by HE in order to observe the pathologic changes in lungs.Results:Compared to the negative control, in the positive control the total cell number and the number of inflammatory cell in BALF were significantly increased, BALF eosinophil counts were significantly increased, neutrophils and eosinophils were the predominant BALF inflammatory; and the Th2 cytokine, e.g. IL-4, was the main cytokine in BALF and SCCS. Compared with the positive control, the allergic responses in the mice given relevant immunotherapy were obviously alleviated, and the predominant cytokine in BALF and SCCS was Th1 pattern, e.g. IFN-?.Conclusion:We established successfully the murine asthma model. Immunotherapy with Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus allergen extracts had better curative effects than immunotherapy with recombinant Derp2.

AIM: To study a method of determing ginsenoside Rg_1 and Rb_1,notoginoside R_1 contents in Xuesaitong Enteric Dripping Pill. METHODS: HPLC was used to determine gingsenoside Rg_1 and Rb_1 notoginse-(noside) R_1 contents. RESULTS: The average recoveries were 100.35% for ginsenoside Rg_1(RSD=1.34%),(102.01%) for ginsenoside Rb_1(RSD=1.48%),100.13% for notoginsenoside R_1(RSD=1.78%),n=6),respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple,senstive and precise.It could be used for the determination of ginsenoside Rg_1 and Rb_1,notoginsenoside R_1 contents in Xuesaitong Enteric Dripping Pill.

AIM: To study a method of determining ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1,notoginsenoside R1 contents in Tiaojing Yangyan Capsule(Radix Astragali,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,etc.). METHODS: HPLC was used to determine ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1,notoginsenoside R1 contents. RESULTS: The average recoveries were 99.03% for ginsenoside Rg1(RSD=1.59%),98.95% for ginsenoside Rb1(RSD=1.40%),99.18% for notoginsenoside R1(RSD=1.97%) respectively n=6. CONCLUSION: The method is simple,sensitive and precise.It can be used for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1,notoginsenoside R1 in Tiaojing Yangyan Capsule.

Objective To detect levels of C?X?C chemokine receptor type 5 (CXCR5) and inducible costimulator(ICOS)in blister fluid of patients with bullous pemphigoid(BP), and to explore their significance in the pathogenesis of BP. Methods Blister fluid samples were collected from 15 patients with BP(experimental group)and 15 patients with second?degree burns(control group). Enzyme?linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was performed to detect the levels of CXCR5 and ICOS in the 2 groups. Results The level of CXCR5 was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(219 ± 145.31 vs. 147 ± 23.83 ng/L, t=4.577, P<0.05), while no significant difference in the ICOS level was observed between the 2 groups (30.18 ± 14.86 vs. 21.43 ± 5.32 ng/L, t = 1.628, P > 0.05). Conclusion The expression of CXCR5 may be associated with the occurrence of BP, but further researches are needed to determine the relationship between ICOS and the occurrence of BP.

In this paper, the domestic and international demand and development trend of clinical diagnostic radionuclides are analyzed, and the medium and high-energy cyclotrons, adequate and systematic facilities, and preparation techniques required for the production of medical radionuclides based on solid targets are introduced. This paper focuses on the research and development carried out by some important medical institutions and scientific research institutes in China over the years in the aspects of medium and high-energy cyclotrons, beam transmission lines, high-power irradiation target stations and new medical isotope production processes etc. It also looks forward to some new directions for the development of medical radionuclides in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
