Objective To investigate the differential gene expression in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients with typical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) syndromes, and to explore the relationship between TCM syndromes and gene expression. Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from CHB patients and healthy volunteers before treatment. After total RNA of leukocytes was isolated, the gene expression profiles were detected by microarray. The expression levels of partial genes were tested by real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) . Results Microarray analysis results showed that there were significant differences of gene expression between CHB patients and healthy volunteers, and among CHB patients with the syndrome of liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency, syndrome of damp-heat accumulation, and syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficiency. The results of gene ontology ( GO) and signal pathway analysis between the healthy control and CHB patients with various syndromes showed that the specially-regulated genes of CHB patients with liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency were mainly related to cytokinetic process, those in patients with dampness-heat accumulation were mainly related to the positive regulation of lipid storage, and those of patients with liver-kidney yin deficiency were mainly related to the activities of nitric oxide synthase regulator. The real time RT-PCR for partial genes presented the similar results with those of gene microarray. Conclusion There are specific expression profiles of differential genes and significant differential genes in CHB patients with the syndrome of liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency, syndrome of damp-heat accumulation, and syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficiency, which may be the molecular foundation for the classification of TCM syndromes of CHB patients.

Objective To investigate the current situation and existing problem of development and management of intravenous therapy in Ningxia region. Methods A total of 42 hospitals from Ningxia region were admitted to questionnaire survey. Results Venous vascular access tools usage:42 hospitals used scalp needle for infusion, 73. 80% of the hospitals used intravenous indwelling needle, 14. 28% of the hospitals carried out the PICC tube, only 1 hospital had umbilical vein for newborns, med-long catheter and implantable infusion port were not carried out in all hospitals; intravenous therapy equipment: 3 hospitals had vein of the configuration center, 39 hospitals 3 hospitals with a vein of the configuration center, 39 hospitals in the therapeutic room of the hospital to complete the work in the to complete the anti tumor drug allocation of only 3 hospitals completed the work in the therapeutic room, only 3 hospitals completed the anti tumor drug distribution in the biological cabinet; management of intravenous therapy: 3 hospitals established venous treatment team to carry out consultation work, 23 hospitals had the relevant procedures for venous treatment, 2 hospitals carried out the special quality control work. Conclusions Intravenous therapy in Ningxia hospital is lagging behind, and there are security risks in occupational protection of vein disposition, so development of venous management, training, scientific research and other aspects should be systematic, professional and standardized.

Objective To apply the World Health Organization(WHO)International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health(ICF)to a comprehensive analysis of the functional characteristics of children with attention deficit hyper-activity disorder(ADHD)and to develop a functionally oriented, individualized exercise rehabilitation protocol. Methods International Classification of Diseases(ICD-11)and ICF were utilized to systematically analyze the body structure, physical function, activities and participation, and environmental factors of children with ADHD.Based on the ICF's bio-psycho-social model of function, disability and health, combined with the theory of somat-ic and mental interaction, and referring to the WHO 2020 Guidelines on Physical Activity and Sedentary Behav-iour,particularly the sections relevant to disabled adolescents,a function-oriented exercise rehabilitation protocol suitable for children with ADHD was formulated. Results The dysfunctions of children with ADHD were mainly manifested in the area of mental functions(b1),which was highlighted by attention functions(b140),energy and drive functions(b130)and higher-level cognitive func-tions(b164).In terms of activities and participation, limitations were primarily observed in learning and applying knowledge(d1),general tasks and demands(d2),communication(d3),and interpersonal interactions and relation-ships(d7).In addition, environmental factors such as products and technology(e1),support and relationships(e3),and attitudes(e4)affected the progression of the disorder.According to the guidelines, physical activity could be categorised into motor skill-based activities,fitness-based activities and sport-based activities.Children with ADHD were recommended to perform at least 60 minutes of moderate to high intensity fitness activities(e.g.,aerobic exercise)and motor skill activities(e.g.,basic movement exercises)a day,and at least three times a week of high intensity activities such as strength/resistance training and athletic competitions. The protocol should also ensure an accessible environment and adaptive assistive technology to promote the overall functional rehabilitation of children with ADHD. Conclusion Based on the ICF theoretical framework, combined with the theory of mind-body interaction, and with refer-ence to the WHO 2020 Guidelines on Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour,a functionally oriented exercise rehabilitation protocol was constructed, focusing on the children's attentional function, learning and mental func-tions.
